"Penyalahgunaan aset kripto berupa cryptocurrencies dan non fungible token (NFT) sebagai sarana tindak pidana pencucian uang sudah marak terjadi di beberapa negara. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan kapitalisasi aset kripto yang besar sudah mulai mengatur perdagangan, transaksi dan kepemilikan aset kripto dan jasa Pihak Ketiga. Namun, aturan yang berlaku saat ini masih menitikberatkan pengawasan dan kontrol terhadap perdagangan dan transaksi aset kripto dan jasa Pihak Ketiga yang beroperasi dengan metode centralised exchange yang menjadikan Pihak Ketiga sebagai perantara perdagangan dan penyimpanan aset kripto. Perdagangan aset kripto yang semula menggunakan metode terpusat atau centralised exchange yang menjadikan Pihak Ketiga sebagai perantara perdagangan dan penyimpan aset, mulai ditinggalkan oleh beberapa investor dan beralih ke perdagangan desentralisasi yang tidak lagi memerlukan perantara dalam perdagangannya. Metode desentralisasi yang tidak melibatkan Pihak Ketiga sebagai perantara, pengawas dan perekam transaksi mulai dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku kejahatan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis menemukan beberapa celah hukum yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh para kriminal. Mengacu pada rekomendasi FATF tentang aset virtual, Negara-negara direkomendasikan untuk memperbaharui rezim pencucian uangnya. Misuse of crypto assets, such as cryptocurrency and non fungible token (NFT), for money laundering is already common in various nations. As one of the countries with a significant crypto asset valuation, Indonesia has begun to regulate crypto asset trading, transactions, and ownership, as well as Third Party services. However, current regulations continue to focus on monitoring, controlling crypto asset trading and transactions, as well as Third Party services as intermediaries for trading and holding crypto assets. Crypto asset transaction, which initially adopted a centralized exchange that used Third Parties as trading intermediates and asset custodians, fell out of favor and was replaced by decentralized trading, which no longer required an intermediary in its trade. Criminals are starting to adopt decentralization tactics that do not involve third parties as mediators, supervisors, or transaction recorders. This research reveal various legal loopholes that criminals can exploit. Countries are advised to modernize their money laundering regimes in light of the FATF proposals on virtual assets. These reforms can be implemented by adopting international law and the rules of other countries. The Australian Government is one of the countries that has effectively controlled cross-border crypto asset trading, having established a licensing scheme that includes foreign crypto asset service providers based elsewhere. Based on a review of Indonesian and Australian legislation, as well as the FATF's recommendations on virtual assets, several adjustments must be included into the applicable legal requirements in order to prevent cross-border money laundering activities."

"Tesis ini membahas komunikasi krisis yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf) pada krisis COVID-19, yang dimulai dari awal masa kenormalan baru hingga terjadi pergantian Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi kasus yang menggunakan pendekatan teori komunikasi krisis discourse of renewal. Dengan menganalisis komunikasi krisis Kemenparekraf, penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis terhadap teori discourse of renewal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh karakteristik discourse of renewal terdapat pada komunikasi krisis Kemenparekraf sehingga dapat memberikan masukan dan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan teori discourse of renewal yang pada awalnya menyatakan bahwa hanya organisasi swasta dan terdampak secara fisik yang dapat menerapkan pembaruan. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini juga menawarkan kata kunci dalam menemukan karakteristik discourse of renewal pada pesan komunikasi krisis.

This thesis discusses crisis communication carried out by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (MOTCE) during the COVID-19 crisis, which started from the beginning of the new normal period until the change of the Minister. This research is a case study-based qualitative research that uses a discourse of renewal crisis communication theory approach. By analyzing the MOTCE crisis communication, this research also analyzes the theory of discourse of renewal. The results of this study indicate that all the characteristics of the discourse of renewal are found in the MOTCE crisis communication so that this thesis can provide input and recommendations for the development of the theory of discourse of renewal which initially states that only private organizations and those physically affected can implement renewal. In addition, the results of this study also offer keywords in finding discourse of renewal characteristics on crisis communication messages."
