Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand the relation between principles of self-regulation and health behaviors, including which self-regulation principles used. Using three principles of self-regulation which are regulatory anticipation, regulatory reference, and regulatory focus (Higgins, Grant, & Shah, 1999) this study examined the role of
those principles on health behavior among people in DKI Jakarta. The health behavior was divided into health promotive behavior and health preventive behavior. This study was conducted to 385 citizens of DKI Jakarta (200 males and 185 females with average age is 32 years old). Data analysis using multiple regressions indicated the role of
self-regulation principles on health behaviour."

"ABSTRACT
Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disorder involving innate and adaptive immunity process. Effector T cell (Teff) responses promote atherosclerotic disease, whereas regulatory T cells (Tregs) have been shown to play a protective role against atherosclerosis by down-regulating inflammatory responses which include multiple mechanisms. Compelling experimental data suggest that shifting the Treg/Teff balance toward Tregs may be a possible therapeutic approach for atherosclerotic disease, although the role of Tregs in human atherosclerotic disease has not been fully elucidated. In this review, we discuss recent advances in our understanding of the roles of Tregs and Teffs in experimental atherosclerosis, as well as human coronary artery disease."

"In the study Self talk as 8 Regulatory Mechanism: How You Do It Matters (Kross et al., 2014) shows the use of names when doing self talk strategies can be used as a mechanism of self regulation of stressors in the future. However, in Indonesia, there is a culture where people are accustomed to calling themselves by name when interacting daily. This study attempted to further understand the influence of name use strategies when self talk to the mechanism of self regulation of future stressors in individuals who have been accustomed to calling themselves by name. The study was conducted in two studies (N = 195) with a university student as a participant. In study 2 participants were people who were accustomed to calling themselves by name. The results of the analysis showed that participants who did self talk strategy using names (M: 0,913; SD=0,417) assessed the stressors in the future as a challenge rather than a threat compared to
participants who did self talk strategy using the first person pronoun (M: 0,732. SD=0,368). This difference is significant t(93) = min 1,107, p>0,05 (Study 1). Meanwhile, in participants who are accustomed to calling themselves by name, the assessment of stress triggers in the future does not differ significantly between the conditions of using names (M=0,71; SD= 0,29) and the condition of using first person pronoun (M=0,65; SD=0,27) with the results of the t test as follows, t(93) = min 1,107, p>0,05. (Study 2). That is, the selftalk strategy uses the name of the mechanism of self regulation in individuals who are accustomed to calling themselves by name unable to change judgment (from a threat to challenge) to future stressors."

Competition in business, requires producers to be more careful in looking at opportunities. Various ways of communication to attract customers, one of which is through mobile marketing in the form of mobile coupons via Short Message Service (SMS). This media become consideration the manufacturer, since one of its advantages is cheap and easy to send messages in large numbers. However, the results given yet provide maximum results. This is because there is the influence of motivation expenditure (utilitarian vs. hedonic) owned by consumers towards compliance (regulatory fit) with a product offering that is contained in the mobile coupons as well as time would need (now versus future) in the decision to redeem (intention to redeem) The mobile coupons. The method used by the authors is to provide different treatment based on shopping motivation (utilitarian vs. hedonic) owned by the consumer. The authors used two different types of products are considered to represent the nature of these products, shampoo as a utilitarian product type and movie tickets as a hedonic product type."

"Summary:
Research into the role of sovereign investments in a time of crisis is still unsatisfactory. This timely Research Handbook investigates the juridical foundation of sovereign wealth funds and investments and extends our frontier of understanding in this important area. Current research surrounding sovereign wealth funds is focused on investment flows and trends that are grounded in economics, neglecting to consider the role of law and governance in the investigation. From a legal perspective, the Handbook narrates a 'passive' side of sovereign wealth funds and state owned companies, exploring how and to what extent the legal constraints imposed by host States act as barriers to investments. Additionally, the 'active' side is also discussed and the influence of ethical principles, treaty re-negotiations and sovereign immunity practices on state investments considered. A comprehensive reference on a complex area of research, the Handbook will be a valuable addition to the library of scholars and students interested in investment law, central banks, international economics and governance"

"ABSTRAK
This research essay will examine whether or not regulatory reform will succeed in providing a good regulation that gives significant effect to the development agenda, particularly in developing of the hydroelectric power plant which eventually fulfil citizen's electricity needs. In order to obtain the license in developing hydroelectric power plant, the investor has to engage with at least 6 ministries at the national level and with the local government. The institutions are the Ministry of Public works, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Forestry, Capital Investment Coordinating Board, State Electricity Company and Ministry of Finance. In each institution, the investors have to do some stages which mostly take a very long time. Until this recent time, the investors of hydroelectric power plant must comply with at least forty four national level regulation and should gain at least fourteen license from the various ministries. The figure does not include the license from the local goverment such as principle permits, location permits. License zoning, building permits and nuisance permit (hinderordonnantie). Regulation problems that occurred in the process of developing hydroelectric power plant greatly hamper the effort on providing electricity to all Indonesia's citizen. To overcome this issue, national strategy on regulatory reform was made. While reconceptualization on regulatory making process strategy and the capacity building on the policy and regulatory maker strategy might increase the effectivity on the implementation of upcoming regulation, regulatory simplification is the effective strategy that can accurately overcome the existing regulatory problem in developing a hydroelectric power plant in Indonesia."

"The production of a new and attractive ‘Japan Brand’—one that resonates with the emerging global image of ‘Cool Japan’ associated with Japan's popular culture—is a national project incorporated in the Japanese Intellectual Property Strategy promoted by the state since 2002. This article critically examines the Japan Brand Strategy as a government-owned production site of Cool Japan imagery and as a cultural policy designed to promote a specific sense of cultural identity. Detailed reconstructions of the selective appropriation of cultural products in order to create a new cultural imagery for Japan, of the meanings attached to this imagery and of the tactics devised to spread it, highlight how problematical it is to appropriate market-made images of Cool Japan for national ends. Furthermore, by examining the various functions attributed to this national strategy, I show that while it is primarily promoted as a means for enhancing Japan's industrial policy and cultural diplomacy, it is also devised as a mechanism to mobilize the nation during unsettled times. Through examining the Japan Brand Strategy, this article highlights the challenges faced today by cultural policy makers, questioning the contemporary relevance of the modernistic approach to the state as a regulatory cultural planning apparatus."
