"Migrain merupakan gangguan nyeri kepala primer dengan prevalensi tinggi dan cukup berdampak pada masalah sosial ekonomi. Studi yang dilakukan yaitu pengkajian kelengkapan resep serta analisis terhadap resep obat migrain yang diterima oleh Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode Januari 2023.Pengkajian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan resep yang diterima selama bulan Januari tahun 2023 kemudian memilih dua resep resep yang memuat obat migran untuk dilakukan pengkajian resep.Pengkajian resep obat migrain yang diterima di Apotek Roxy selama periode bulan Januari 2023 ditemukan bahwa resep yang diterima sudah rasional namun kelengkapan administratif dan farmasetik tidak tercantum dengan lengkap. Resep yang diterima sudah rasional namun perlu dilakukan pengkajian resep dengan data yang lebih banyak dan periode pengkajian lebih panjang sehingga data yang diperoleh lebih banyak dan beragam.

Migraine is a primary headache disorder with a high prevalence and quite an impact on socio-economic problems. The study carried out was a review of the completeness of prescriptions and an analysis of migraine drug prescriptions received by Apotek Roxy Galaxy during the January 2023 period. "ABSTRAKKegiatan praktek kerja profesi di apotek dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampumemahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuaidengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di apotek. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur apotek dan memahami proses pelayanan yang tersedia di apotek. Dalam melakukan pelayanan resep, dilakukan pengkajian dan analisis terhadap rasionalitas resep yang diterima. Untuk itu, pada tugas khusus dilakukan pengkajian dan analisis terhadap resep pasien rheumatoid arthritis.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan distribusi obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dalam ruang lingkup Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di PBF secara profesional, serta secara khusus melakukan identifikasi permasalahan pada proses pendaftaran customer baru kemudian mengembangkan inovasi pada eZView PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari.
