"Verifikasi lapangan penyinaran radioterapi merupakan suatu keharusan dalam penjaminan kualitas dari ketidakpastian geometri lapangan pada penyinaran pasien radioterapi. Verifikasi ini umumnya dilakukan menggunakan suatu film khusus. Penelitian ini akan mencoba mengkombinasikan teknologi diagnostic untuk verifikasi perencanaan penyinaran pasien radioterapi menggunakan Kodak CR system. Phantom CIRS sebagai objek dengan luas lapangan 15 x15 cm2 dengan berkas sinar-x 6MV. Melalui metode ini akan didapatkan kombinasi material dan ketebalan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terbaik. Kombinasi tersebut akan digunakan lansung pada pasien dengan variasi kasus penyinaran, antara lain kasus daerah kepala dan leher, payudara dan daerah abdomen bawah yang akan dibandingkan dengan citra DRR?s dari TPS Pinnacle. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kualitas citra yang baik untuk verifikasi dapat membedakan organ spesial serta verifikasi geometri lapangan.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa CR system yang digunakan pada diagnostik dapat dimanfaatkan dalam verifikasi penyinaran radiasi pasien radioterapi dengan berbagai macam keuntungan termasuk keuntungan ekonomi pada pasien. Untuk penyempurnaan penelitian maka diperlukan suatu variasi pada berbagai ketebalan objek lokalisasi serta pemanfaatan variasi berkas sinar (10 MV atau Co-60) yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan lokalisasi.

Radiation treatment planning field verification are conclusion to manage the problem of geometrical matcing field in radiotherapy. Verification imaging in radiotherapy usually used a special film therapy as an image media. We try to combine diagnostic technology to verification treatment plan of radiotherapy patients using Kodak CR (Computed Radiography) system, a system that use in radiology diagnostic. CIRS phantom was used to simulate a lung cancer patient that will be treated with the field size 15 x 15 cm2 using photon 6 MV. With this phantom, materials and thickness filters were selected in order to get an appropriate image. Between these two selected filters CR imaging plate was used for verifying treatment plans of patients with carcinoma of head-neck, breast, and case lower abdomen area. For evaluation, these verification images were compared with DRR?s from Pinnacle TPS. From examination with CIRS it was determined a combination of filters, quality verification images were found acceptable for recognizing several specific organs. Furthermore the images was also able to verify geometry field matching.
Conclusion, CR system can be used for verification of treatment plans of radiotherapy patients. With these system that is common for diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy verification procedures will be economically beneficial for the patients. Future observation variation object thickness needed, and also variation beam (ex, photon 10 MV and Co-60) for localization treatment.

"RADIOGRAFI CO-60 PADA KUBUS CORAN TIMAH HITAM. Radiografi Co-60 pada
Carbonsteel atau Stainlessteel sudah banyak diaplikasikan, tetapi untuk metal Timah hitam belum
diaplikasikan dan belum dikenal luas. Densitas Timah Hitam lebih besar daripada Carbonsteel atau
Stainlessteel dan bersifat meredam radiasi gamma sehingga dibutuhkan waktu paparan lebih lama
serta hasil film radiografinya tidak sebagus dibandingkan aplikasi radiografi pada Carbonsteel atau
Stainlessteel. Studi ini juga mengaplikasikan radiografi digital menggunakan sumber isotop Co-60
dan menggunakan media scanner film positif Epson V700 untuk pendigitalisasian hasil radiografi
konvensional film. Radiografi ini menggunakan film AGFA D7 untuk mendapatkan kontras medium,
kepekaan medium dan kualitas bayangan yang baik. Tujuan radiografi Co-60 pada kubus coran
Timah hitam adalah untuk mengetahui indikasi cacat coran kubus Timah hitam dan mendigitalisasi
hasil radiografi konvensional menggunakan film dengan media pemindai film posistif untuk proses
transfer data dan penyimpanan data secara digital. Telah dilakukan pengujian radiografi
menggunakan isotop Co-60 pada metal coran Timah hitam dengan metoda ketebalan tunggal
bayangan tunggal menggunakan media scanner film positif dan isotop Co-60 dengan parameter
pengamatan cacat metal coran Timah hitam pada film radiografi. Waktu paparan radiasi Co-60
adalah 3,500 jam untuk ketebalan metal kubus coran Timah hitam 100 mm dengan menggunakan
aktivitas 29 Ci dan SFD tegak lurus adalah 840 mm. Pengujian radiografi pada metal kubus coran
Timah hitam dengan metoda ketebalan tunggal bayangan tunggal menghasilkan parameter indikasi
cacat metal kubus coran Timah hitam berupa porositas level 2. Densitas rerata film radiografi adalah
2,051 dan 2,046 pada 5 menit di larutan pengembang. Hasil pemindaian film positif berupa radiografi
digital yang memungkinkan untuk proses transfer data digital atau penyimpanan data digital secara
komputerisasi. Dengan ini status masih dalam batas dapat diterima sesuai standar yang diacu.
RADIOGRAPHY OF CO-60 IN THE LEAD CUBE CASTINGS. Radiography Co-60 on
Carbonsteel or Stainlessteel has been widely applied, but for metal Lead has not yet been applied
and has not yet widely known. Lead has a greater density than Carbonsteel or Stainlessteel and
could muffle gamma radiation so it takes a longer exposure time. The result of its film radiography
are also not as good as compared to radiography applications on carbonsteel or Stainlessteel. The
study also applied digital radiography using isotope Co-60 sources and used Epson V700 scanner
positive film for digitization results of conventional radiographic films. These radiographs using film
AGFA D7 to get the contrast medium, medium sensitivity and good image quality. The purpose of
radiography Co-60 on the cube castings Lead is to find indications of defective castings cube Lead
and digitizing the results using conventional radiographic film with a positive film media scanner to
process the data transfer and storage of digital data. Radiographic testing has been carried out using
the isotope Co-60 on metal castings Lead with a single thickness of a single shadow method using
positive film scanner media and isotope Co-60 with disabilities observation parameter Lead metal
castings on radiographic film. Co-60 radiation time exposure is 3,500 hours for the thickness of the
metal cube castings Lead 100 mm with the activity of 29 Ci and perpendicular SFD of 840 mm.
Radiographic testing on metal cube castings Lead by the method of a single thickness of single
image defects produce a parameter indicative for a cube of metal castings Lead of porosity level 2.
The density mean of radiographic film was 2.051 and 2.046 for 5 minutes in a developer solution.
The result of scanning positive film is in the form of digital radiography which allows for the transfer
of digital data or computerized storage of digital data. This status is still within limits acceptable
under the standards referred."
