Sexual function is one component of quality of life that must be fulfilled by humans. Hysterectomy which is an operative procedure in women may cause anatomical, hormonal, and psychological changes that can cause disturbance in sexual function. The total hysterectomy group had 71 patients and 21 radical patients with hysterectomy. Sexual dysfunction (radical hysterectomy 47.6%, total hysterectomy 28.2%, castration 33.8%, and no castration 28.6%), orgasmic disorders (total hysterectomy 28.2%, radical hysterectomy 47.6%, castration 28.6%, not castration 33.8%,), and pain disorder (radical hysterectomy 28.6% compared to 9.9% total hysterectomy). However, no significant differences were found between sexual function after radical hysterectomy and total hysterectomy, as well as between the castration group and notcastration.Based on these findings, sexual function is an important reference for health professionals to be considered in conducting counseling before and after surgery"

"This book contains annotated translations of 540 passages in Commentary on Shuowen Jiezi, which are devoted to explaining meanings of the characters used as radicals. The translation work was launched as a first step for enhancing proper understanding of the book, Shuowen Jiezi. The translation not only covers the passages from the original text but also covers annotations to those passages by Duan Yucai, an eminent scholar of Qing Dynasty period and the most recognized authoritative figure in the study of annotations to Shuowen Jiezi.
Shuowen Jiezi is the earliest extant lexicography in China, complied circa A.D. 100 by a scholar named Xu Shen, whose exact dates of birth and death are unknown. The book consists of 15 chapters, giving explanations on 9,353 characters. Xu categorized all these characters into 540 groups of distinctive meaning, and made each group represented by a character, which is called 'Radical'. Therefore, the body of Radicals forms a core structure of the whole text of Shuowen Jiezi: it functions as a network in which all the characters dealt with in the text are related to each other, and also as a source from which 'extensions and developments in meanings of characters' can be detected."

The kanji letters used in Japan come from China, with forms of adaptation, pronunciation and meaning. Each stroke of kanji letter is a sign or symbol that represents meaning or a concept. For non-Japanese speakers, the complexity of kanji forms is one of the difficulties in understanding kanji. This paper discusses the wrong problems faced by foreign speakers regarding kanji, namely how the contribution of the meaning of the kanji-forming components to the kanji meanings. If kanji has a kanji forming component or radical, the meaning of the kanji has a different meaning from the kanji which has no component. This can confuse non-Japanese speakers who know how to read kanji but do not know the changes in the meaning of kanji.
This study aims to analyze and look for the relevance of the meaning or concept of water represented by water radicals. This study focused on 19 water-based kanji which appeared in basic kanji learning, and was done by tracing kanji formation, analyzing the meaning and concept of water, through the Bushu Theory, Meaning Theory and Semiotic Theory.
Kanji, which has water radical, has three meanings, namely the meaning of water physically, the expansion of the meaning of water, and the meaning of water indirectly. The meaning of water is physically meaning that has direct meaning and relationship with water. The expansion of the meaning of water has the meaning water in ancient times, but now the kanji which has an expansion of meaning is used for something that has similarities with water. The meaning of water indirectly is a meaning that has no relationship or meaning of water.
