"Service Quality of Public Medical Center Sub District of Cakung, East JakartaThe existence of Public Medical Center (Puskesmas) as the task force of performing the foremost medical service assigned by Local Government by its mission to give medical service required by public (community) soundly, rapidly and cheaply, as well as to the extent which service quality what had been given refer to as wished by large public. In other words, that service quality should always be oriented to public satisfaction as customers. Hence, in order that Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta giving service quality to large public, then, necessary it should be analyzed by perception and wishing aspects of medical service users (public).
Based on background above, the objective of this research is to explain service quality provided by Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. The used research is survey method in quantitative nature, while applying the main data collector tool such as questioner. Results of survey is directed to support research analysis descriptively, for revealing the current problems.
To measure quality on perception and users wish of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. Of 116 non-probability sample respondents randomly, it had been conducted using sample collection technique accidentally. Theoretical approach as conceptual reference using SERVQUAL model as revealed by Zeithaml-Parasuraman-Berry consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions. Subsequently, those dimensions is divided into 22 question variable indicators as had been asked by questioner.
Based on research results had been found that service quality of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta satisfactorily, it had not been achieves as wished by users in which upon finding out mean-calculate for all dimensions it had been showed that total scores for both perception is 3.45 and wishing is 4.32 on average, so, there is a difference of -0.87. Whereas for satisfaction rate of customer the score value is 0.80 (80%) on average. It is indicated that service quality had not satisfied customer yet. However, it is necessary steps and efforts for increasing a better service in order to produce service quality suitable with needs.
From those research results may be considered some recommendations so as to increase service quality in which all staffs and employees of Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta should increase discipline by timely.practice schedule, increasing knowledge and expertise, sensitive to complaint or patients needs, more professional, augmenting medical practices or physicians, examination rooms/laboratory and equipment in order to treat patients more rapidly. Registration locket should be computerized, informational sending using understandable language along with direct socialization to large public. In order to build a better management system at Public Medical Center at Sub District of Cakung, East Jakarta. Because by improved quality management the program may be applied both effectively and efficiently.

"Tugas khusus ini memberikan gambaran terkait praktik kerja profesi apoteker di beberapa institusi kesehatan selama periode Maret hingga Oktober 2022, antara lain Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (KFTD) Cabang Bogor, Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda, PT. CKD-OTTO Pharma, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tarakan. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis dan pengalaman langsung di berbagai lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan. Penempatan di berbagai institusi kesehatan memberikan pengetahuan yang komprehensif serta pengalaman yang beragam di berbagai lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan, yang memungkinkan pengembangan keterampilan praktis serta pengetahuan mengenai industri kesehatan. Praktik kerja ini juga memperkuat pentingnya kerja sama tim, komunikasi yang efektif, dan pendekatan yang berorientasi pada pasien dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan berkualitas. Secara keseluruhan, praktik kerja dalam profesi apoteker memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk mengembangkan keterampilan praktis, memperluas pengetahuan profesional, dan memahami peran penting apoteker dalam memberikan layanan farmasi yang berkualitas kepada pasien. "Pemberian Air Susu Ibu secara baik dan benar merupakan bentuk upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, terutama pemberian Air Susu Ibu secara Eksklusif yaitu pemberian hanya Air Susu Ibu saja tanpa makanan dan minuman pendamping hingga bayi berusia 4 bulan, dalam hal ini termasuk pemberian kolostrum. Namun angka pemberian Air Susu Ibu secara Eksklusif ini masih rendah, serta adanya penurunan dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu ini. Dan hal tersebut di atas untuk mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana perilaku ibu dalam Air Susu Ibu dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Perilaku Pemberian Air Susu Ibu secara Eksklusif, maka dilakukan penelitian di Kelurahan Depok, Kecamatan Pancoran Mas. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian survey dengan menggunakan quistioner sebagai alat pengumpul data, populasi dan sampel adalah ibu-ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi berusia 4-6 bulan yang terdaftar sebagai warga di Kelurahan Depok, dan penentuan sampelnya dilakukan secara total sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua responden masih memberikan Air Susu Ibu pada bayinya secara eksklusif sehanyak 75,6%, namun masih ada yang memberikan secara non eksklusif 24,4%, hubungan antar dua variabel yang menunjukkan hasil yang bermakna adalah keyakinan ibu dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu, sikap ibu dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu, Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan dalam Pemberian Air Susu Ibu, Dorongan keluarga ibu dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu, Status pekerjaan ibu dalam hubungannya dengan pemberian Air Susu Ibu. Beberapa variabel walaupun tidak bermakna namun menunjukkan pola hubungan yang jelas yaitu pada ibu yang berada pada usia <35 tahun mempunyai perilaku eksklusif dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu dan masih ada yang non eksklusif, sedangkan yang usia > 35 tahun ada yang mempunyai perilaku eksklusif dan juga non eksklusif dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu.
Demikian juga variabel tingkat pendidikan, ibu yang mempunyai pendidikan tinggi ada yang mempunyai perilaku eksklusif dan non eksklusif dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu dan yang berpendidikan rendah demikian juga halnya. Dan mengenai status ekonomi dalam hal ini mengenai pendapatan keluarga dalam satu bulannya, yang berpendapatan tinggi, sedang dan rendah masing-masing ada yang mempunyai perilaku eksklusif dan non eksklusif dalam pemherian Air Susu Ibu pada bayinya. Dan dari hubungan Multi variabel menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang dominan yang benar-benar sigrufikan adalah variabel keyakinan ibu dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu, dari hasil persamaan regresi yang didapat ternyata mampu menjelaskan 75,63% terhadap populasi.
Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan, perlu lebih ditingkatkan penyuluhan dan pengembangan materi penyuluhan bagi ibu hamil dan menyusui tentang perilaku pemberian Air Susu ibu yang baik. Bagi Puskesmas dan kader-kader Posyandu yang tidak harus dilakukan di Posyandu saja tetapi lebih luas lagi jangkauannya ke masyarakat, serta bagi penentu kebijakan perlu diberlakukan rawat gabung di tempat tempat bersalin. Dan bagi peneliti lebih lanjut, perlu adanya penelitian selanjutnya mengenai pengaruh program yang dilakukan Puskesmas tentang pemberian Air Susu Ibu secara Eksklusif dengan melihat lama, tempat tinggal, pengaruh suku dan lainnya sesuai dengan perkembangan penelitian.

Feeding Air Susu Ibu (ASI) in a proper way a very mean to increase the human resources specially when it is presented in Exclusive method, that the only ASI and colostrums are given without any supplementary foods or beverages until the baby get its age of 4 month. Unfortunately such method is still rarely applied, show up in low number, even decreased. Those circumstance drives a research at Kelurahan Depok, Kecamatan Pancoran Mas, to figure of mother behaviors with ASI and any related factors to that Exclusive behavior.The research was a questioner based survey to absorb much datas, populations and samples of baby at Kelurahan Depok. The sample determination is a total sampling.
Results proven all the respondents feed ASI Exclusively 75,6% to babies, while 24,4% un Exclusive significant result are Convictions of ASI feeding, Mother's Attitude, Health Ulcers Supports, Mother's Family Supports, and the Work Position of Mothers. Though still it present couple of unsignificant variables, however, it indicates a clear - relationship pattern with is happened to less than 15 - years aged. Either does this is happened to those aged more than 35 - years.
High-level educational variable has an influence to Exclusive and un-Exclusive behaviors ASI feeding, either does the-level one. Economically it happens to all mothers that has high, medium, or low priced income per month. Relationship of multi-variables indicate that the most-significant one is Mother Convictions to ASI feeding. Regressional equation show it by 75,63% of population.
Based on research itself, it is recommended to share knowlegment to pregnant mother and to those feeding, of about how to give ASI in proper ways. To Puskesmas and youths of Posyandu it is recommended share widely in community. And to the discretioners are necessarily have to enable common-cares of patient in confined places. Evantually, researches quiet necessary to take some next seeking about the influence of Puskesmas program of ASI feeding. It is should have done by looking upwards the time it took, the place it got surrounded tribal-impact analysis. and other factors according to future research propagation.

Pelaksanaan PKPA ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa PSPA menjadi Apoteker yang mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal dan etik di Apotek, Rumah sakit, Industri Farmasi, Puskesmas, maupun Pedagang Besar Farmasi, melalui keterlibatannya dalam praktik kefarmasian pada masing-masing bidang, membekali calon Apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian, memberi gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan penyelesaiannya. One of the learning activities carried out at the Pharmacist Professional Study Program (PSPA) at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia is the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) for students who are studying PSPA. The implementation of this PKPA aims to prepare PSPA students to become pharmacists who are able to practice pharmacy professionally, legally and ethically in pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, health centers, and pharmaceutical wholesalers, through their involvement in pharmaceutical practice in each field, equipping candidates Pharmacists should have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to practice pharmacy, provide a real picture of problems in pharmaceutical practice and their solutions.
