"ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

ABSTRACTA pharmacist has an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Pharmacy. Pharmacists must fulfill the competency standards as the requirements to enter the working life and undergo professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competence, so the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and the Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period February-June 2020. During internship, it was expected that pharmacist candidates expand their insight, understandings, and experience doing pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Februari ndash; Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi, serta memahami permasalahan dan strategi penyelesaian yang dihadapi di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Gap Analysis Antara Kondisi Aktual di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional terhadap Regulasi PIC/S, CPOB, TRS, dan EU Guidelines rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah memahami regulasi terkait pembuatan obat di berbagai negara dengan kondisi aktual yang terjadi di industri beserta pemenuhan nya terhadap regulasi tersebut. Secara umum, PTFinusolprima Farma Internasionaltelah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar.

Internshipat PT. Finusolprima Farma International Period February - March 2018 aims to prospective Pharmacists understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, and understand the problems and settlement strategies faced in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The special task given is entitled Gap Analysis Between Actual Conditions in PT. Finusolprima Farma International against Regulation of PIC/S, CPOB, TRS, and EU Guidelines . The purpose of the implementation of specific tasks is to understand the regulations related to the manufacture of drugs in various countries with the actual conditions occurring in the industry and its compliance with the regulation. In general, PT Finusolprima Farma International has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly."

"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya. industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu setiap produksi sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang dibuat senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya pemerintah mengeluarkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB sebagai panduan apoteker dalam berpraktik di industri farmasi.
