"Analisis Efektifitas Kegiatan Mewarnai Untuk Menurunkan Skor Ansietas Pre-Operatif Anak Usia Sekolah di Ruang Rawat Bedah Anak (BCH) RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo. Operasi merupakan salah satu tindakan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan menyelamatkan nyawa pasien dalam keadaan gawat darurat dan menargetkan berbagai sistem pada tubuh. Fase pre-operatif merupakan salah satu fase dimana tenaga kesehatan dapat mempersiapkan pasien, terutama anak untuk menghadapi tindakan pembedahan. Kegiatan mewarnai telah diaplikasikan sebagai salah satu metode non-farmakologis untuk menurunkan ansietas pada anak usia sekolah. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menggambarkan efek pemberian kegiatan mewarnai pada anak usia sekolah agar terjadi penurunan skor ansietas pre-operatif. Kegiatan ini telah diaplikasikan kepada pasien yang berumur 11 tahun yang akan menjalani operasi pada keesokan harinya. Respon pasien diukur dengan CFS & MYPAS yang menghasilkan skor CFS sebesar 1 setelah diberikan intervensi kegiatan mewarnai sehari sebelum masuk ruang operasi dan skor MYPAS sebesar 22,75 pada 30 menit sebelum masuk ke ruang operasi. Kesimpulannya, persiapan anak pada masa pre-operatif merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk memberikan anak pengertian mengenai prosedur pembedahan, juga menurunkan ansietas pre-operatif pada anak karena perubahan lingkungan baru di sekitarnya.

Effectiveness Analysis of Coloring Activities To Reduce Pre-Operative Anxiety Score of School-Age Children in the Childrens Surgery Room (BCH) of RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo Surgery is one of the actions intended to improve the quality of life of patients and save the lives of patients in emergencies and target various systems in the body. The pre-operative phase is one phase in which health workers can prepare patients, especially children, to perform surgical procedures. Coloring activities have been applied as one of the non-pharmacological methods to reduce anxiety in school-age children.

The purpose of this study was to reflect the effect of drawing activities on school-age children in order to decrease pre-operative anxiety scores. This activity has been applied to 11 years olds boy who will undergo surgery on the next day.. Patients response were received with CFS & MYPAS which resulted in a CFS score of 1 after a coloring activity on a day before entering the operating room and MYPAS score of 22.75 in 30 minutes before entering the operating room.

In conclusion, pre-operative child preparation is one of the important things to provide children with surgical procedures, also reduce pre-operative anxiety in children due to changes in the new environment around them."
