"Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service is one of the methods which applied to increase afair andhealthy competition among operators. This method offers the ability to retain customer?s MSISDNnumber when porting from one service provider or operator to another. There are three options oftechnical solution to support the implementation of this method they are Intelligent Network basedSignalling Relay Function based and Call Divert Solution. To decide the appropriate technical solution,we use decision making method based Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHF) with eight criteria. Al-lP showsthat Inteligent Network is the appropriate choice because it has more benefits than others technicalsolutions."

"Konsep permanence di dalam temporality sudah semakin relevan. Fokus skripsi ini adalah untuk mempelajari pemahaman akan temporary use di dalam urban space berdasarkan fenomena pengaplikasian temporary use di dalam kegiatan yang bersifat permanen. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk merefleksikan pemahaman teoru dengan menghubungan kasus Pasar Kue Subuh Blok M. Data untuk studi kasus diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi dari cara pengguna bermanuver dalam pasar yang mengindikasikan adanya penggunaan temporary use. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa di dalam temporary use ada temporality dan permanence yang di indikasikan oleh adanya sifat portability, actions, dan time.

The concept of permanence within temporality has become more relevant in recent days. The focus of this thesis is to study the understanding of temporary use in urban space from the phenomena of having a temporary use within a permanent action of an event. The purpose of the study is to reflect the understanding of the theory by relating to the case in Pasar Kue Subuh Blok M. The data collected were gain by doing observation of the way people maneuver in the market indicating the appliances of temporary use and how the market took place in a temporary vacant space within a permanent environment. This phenomenon is seen mostly in Asian country where messy urbanism becomes a tactic of survival in the everyday flux. The study shows that in the temporary use there are temporality and permanence where the aspect of portability, actions, and time become important."

"ABSTRAKNumber Portability merupakan salah satu langkah yang harus dicapai menuju tercapainya tujuan utama deregulasi dan lingkungan kompetisi layanan telekomunikasi. Kemampuan pelanggan untuk tetap menggunakan nomor telepon mereka walaupun sebenamya mereka telah pindah dari pcnyelenggara telekomunikasi yang satu menuju penyelenggara yang lain, mutlak diperlukan dalam lingkungan kompetisi yang sesungguhnya. Dengan Number Portability, pelanggan dapat dengan leluasa memilih dan menentukan sendiri penyelenggara telekomunikasi yang diinginkan berdasarkan tarif, service dan service feature yang diberikan, tanpa harus menanggung resiko perubahan nomor telepon. Salah satu jenis portability adalah Service Provider Portability dimana pelanggan dapat menentukan sendiri penyelenggara telekomunikasi yang diinginkan.Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai implementasi Local Sevice Provider Portability dimana daerah atau wilayah yang dapat dilayani Number Portabilrty adalah suatu daerah tertentu dalam sua.u kode area tertentu. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam implementasi adalah Location Routing Number yang merupakan metode berdasarkan Intelligent Network. Dalam skripsi ini .iuga akan dianalisa mengenai proses atau tahapan dan skenario implementasi Local Service Provider Portability, dampak implemetantasi terhadap jaringan penyelenggara dan perencanaan sistem penomoran. Selain itu akan dianalisa juga mengenai masalah interkoneksi jaringan dan kesiapan infrastruktur jaringan penyelenggara.

"ABSTRACTPesatnya kemajuan teknologi membuat jenis identitas menjadi sangat bervariasi. Kemajuan teknologi juga memungkinkan penggunaan satu identitas, khususnya identitas digital digunakan untuk berbagai kegunaan. Penggunaan identitas untuk berbagai kegunaan tidak dapat terlepas dari pelaksanaan interoperabilitas data pribadi yang harus diperhatikan keamanan dan kerahasiaannya. Pelaksanaan interoperabilitas tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait ketentuan yang berlaku mengenai penyelenggara penyedia identitas di Indonesia serta bagaimanakah tanggung jawab penyelenggara penyedia identitas terhadap data pribadi di Indonesia dalam kaitannya dengan interoperabilitas data pribadi dan bagaimana penerapan interoperabilitas data pribadi tersebut di Indonesia. Penelitian merupkan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Mengingat identitas yang mempunyai sifat mudah dipindahkan portable adalah identitas digital yang online, ketentuan mengenai penyelengara penyedia identitas tidak hanya mengacu pada UU Administrasi Kependudukan. Namun, juga akan mengacu pada UU ITE, Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik serta Peraturan Menteri Kominfo tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam sistem Elektronik. Meskipun praktik interoperabilitas data pribadi di Indonesia telah banyak dilaksanakan, tetapi ketentuan tentang interoperabitas data pribadi, belum diatur secara komperehensif di Indonesia. Terkait masalah tanggung jawab terhadap data pribadi, penyelenggara penyedia identitas harus memperhatikan asas perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia, terutama mengenai persetujuan, relevansi dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan serta penghormatan data pribadi sebagai privasi.

ABSTRACTThe rapid technological advances the type of identity varies greatly. Technological development also allows the use of an identity, particularly digital identity, used for various purposes. The use of identity for various purposes can not be separated from the implementation of the right to data portability that must be secured and confidential. The implementation of the right to data portability raises questions concerning the applicable law of the identity providers and the liability of the identity providers regarding personal data in relation to the right to data portability in Indonesia and and alaso regarding the implementation of the right to data portability in Indonesia.This research is conducted by normative juridical approach. Concerning the identity that has portable nature is an online digital identity, provisions regarding the identity providers in Indonesia not only subject to the Population Administration Act, but also subject to to the Law on Electronic Information and Transaction, the Government Regulation on Electronic System and Transaction Implementation and Ministry of Communication and Informatics Regulation on Personal Data Protection In Electronic system. Although the right to data portability has been widely practiced in Indonesia, the implementation of the right to data portability in Indonesia itself has not been regulated in a specific provision.On the subject of identity providers liability regarding personal data, identity providers should consider the principles of protection of personal data in Indonesia, particularly on approval, relevance to objectives and needs and respect the personal data as a privacy."

"Tesis desain ini mengajukan pendekatan desain berbasis portability dan untuk pengguna yang movement-challenged. Untuk mempelajari bagaimana fenomena shrinking space berdasarkan portability dan extensibility terjadi, dilakukan observasi mikro dari video yang menunjukkan manuver sehari-hari dari pengguna kursi roda. Gerakan kemudian di trace untuk memperlihatkan interaksi antara pengguna dan elemen spasial sekitar seperti pintu, tiang, furniture, dan lainnya. Peran yang ditemukan adalah elemen spasial sebagai elemen yang mendukung tubuh, seperti support gerakan horizontal dan vertikal, support kekuatan tubuh, dan memperlancar flow manuver. Sebagai elemen elemen spasial yang berbasis extensibility, muncul gagasan desain compact sebagai basis pendekatan perancangan arsitektur untuk pengguna yang movement-challenged untuk merespon fenomena shrinking space.

This design thesis proposes a design approach based onportability and extensibility for movement-challenged users. To explore how the shrinking space phenomena transpire due to lack of portability and extensibility, a micro observation of movement and interaction of the body with spatial elements based on video and direct experience is done. Movement is then traced to highlight interactions between the body and spatial elements. Spatial elements is found to have roles as extensibility tool or body support, such as horizontal and vertical movement support, body strength support, maneuvering support, etc. Thus, spatial element being an element of extensibility, suggest the notion of compact space as a design proposition for movement-challenged user and to respond to the shrinking space phenomena."

"Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan jumlah pelanggan seluler terbesar di Dunia. Saat ini tingkat penetrasi pasar seluler di Indonesia sudah mencapai diatas 100%, hal ini menunjukkan pasar seluler sudah mengalami tingkat jenuh, pertumbuhan pelanggan operator seluler sudah tidak signifikan lagi jika dibandingkan dengan 5 tahun yang lalu. Hal ini berdampak terhadap persaingan yang ketat antar operator dalam hal menarik jumlah pelanggan dengan cara penurunan tarif yang signifikan namun tidak diikuti dengan kualitas layanan yang ditawarkan. Indonesia juga merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat churn paling tinggi di Asia yaitu diatas 10%. Melihat kondisi tersebut, layanan Mobile Number Portability (MNP) dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif solusi bagi pemerintah untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi pelanggan seluler, mendorong persaingan yang sehat antar operator ditengah pasar seluler yang mulai jenuh dan mengurangi tingkat churn yang berdampak terhadap pemborosan blok nomor. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) merupakan layanan yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk berpindah operator tanpa mengganti nomor telepon yang mereka miliki. Dengan implementasi MNP pelanggan seluler diuntungkan dengan kebebasan memilih operator dan tetap mempertahankan nomornya, serta mendapatkan tarif layanan yang lebih baik. Bagi operator, Mobile Number Portability akan mendorong untuk memperbaiki dan memberikan kualitas jaringan yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan, serta menawarkan iklim yang lebih kompetitif diantara operator yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan implementasi MNP di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan metode Cost Benefit Analysis dengan obyek penelitian operator GSM.Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa untuk kepentingan publik dan operator seluler dengan periode investasi 5 tahun, implementasi MNP ini layak untuk wilayah Jabodetabek. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas diperoleh bahwa variabel tingkat porting dan nilai tukar (Dollar) merupakan variabel yang paling sensitif yang berpengaruh terhadap kelayakan implementasi MNP tersebut.

Indonesia is one of country with the largest number of mobile subscribers in the world . Currently the mobile market penetration rate in Indonesia has reached above 100 % , it indicates the mobile market has experienced saturation levels, the growth of mobile operator customers are no longer significant when compared to 5 years ago . This has implications for the intense competition between operators in terms of attracting subscribers with a significant decrease in rates but not followed by the quality of services offered. Indonesia is also one of the countries with the highest churn rate in Asia is above 10 %. Based on these conditions, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) services can be used as an alternative solution for the government to provide the best service for mobile customers, encouraging healthy competition among mobile operators amid market begins to saturate and reduce churn rate affecting waste block number. Mobile Number Portability is a service that allows customers to switch operators without changing their phone numbers. With the implementation of MNP, mobile customers benefit from the freedom to choose operators and retaining the number, good price and better service. For operators, Mobile Number Portability would push to improve and provide better network quality for customers, as well as offering a more competitive climate among existing operators. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing MNP in the Greater Jakarta area using the Cost Benefit Analysis with the object of research GSM operators.This study gives the conclusion that the public interest and the mobile operator with an investment period of 5 years, MNP implementation is feasible for the Greater Jakarta area. While based on the sensitivity analysis shows that the variable porting rate and exchange rates (Dollar) is the most sensitive variables that affect the feasibility of the implementation of MNP."

Ada lima variable yang dihipotesiskan mempearuhi niat pembeli konsumen pada konten mobile game online di Indonesia yaitu visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, perceived risk, dan juga utilitarian browsing. Model penelitian ini diambil dari berbagai peneliti seperti jurnal dan juga studi orang sebelumnya. Menggunakan beberapa jurnal seperti, “Understanding Impulse Buying in Mobile Commerce: An Investigation into Hedonic and Utilitarian Browsing” dari Zheng, Men, Yang, dan Gong, 2019; “Why Do People Play Games? A Meta-analysis” dari Hamari, Keronen, 2017; “Relationaship Between Consumers Percieved Risks and Consumer trust: A Study of Sainsbury Store” dari Amin, Mahasan, 2014; “Understanding Continuance Intention to Play Online Games: The Roles of Hedonic Value, Utilitarian Value, and Perceived Risk” dari Sharma, Ghosh, 2020. Ada Sembilan hipotesis yang disimpulkan dari model yang telah dibikin oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan 213 responden konsumer online gamers di wilayah JABODETABEK yang memenuhi kriteria yang penulis sudah tetapkan, ditemukan bahwa empat variabel dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian konsumer pada konten mobile game online, yaitu visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, dan juga utilitarian browsing.

This thesis analyzes the hypothesized factors that influence consumer intentions to buy online mobile game content in Indonesia. There are five variables that are hypothesized to influence consumer buying intent on online mobile game content in Indonesia, namely visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, perceived risk, and also utilitarian browsing. This research model was taken from various researchers such as journals and also previous studies of people. Using several journals such as, “Understanding Impulse Buying in Mobile Commerce: An Investigation into Hedonic and Utilitarian Browsing” from Zheng, Men, Yang, and Gong, 2019; “Why Do People Play Games? A Meta-analysis” from Hamari, Keronen, 2017; "Relationship Between Consumers Perceived Risks and Consumer Trust: A Study of Sainsbury Store" from Amin, Mahasan, 2014; "Understanding Continuance Intention to Play Online Games: The Roles of Hedonic Value, Utilitarian Value, and Perceived Risk" from Sharma, Ghosh, 2020. There are nine hypotheses which are concluded from the model that has been made by researchers. Based on 213 consumer online gamers respondents in the JABODETABEK area who met the criteria set by the authors, it was found that four variables can influence consumer purchase intentions for online mobile game content, namely visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, and also utilitarian browsing"
