"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi (PKP) ini bertempat di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kecamatan Cipayung. PKP ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami, peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian, serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain di Puskesmas. Kegiatan PKP ini berlangsung dari tanggal 5 sampai 30 Oktober 2015 dengan tugas khusus rekapitulasi laporan pemakaian dan lembar permintaan obat (LPLPO), penggunaan obat rasional, penggunaan obat generik, jumlah kunjungan resep, dan data tenaga kefarmasian periode Januari-Agustus 2015 di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas. Kegiatan praktek kefarmasian dalam bidang manajemen yang dilakukan di puskesmas meliputi perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan dan pengarsipan, serta pemantauan pengelolaan dan evaluasi pengelolaan. Pelayanan Farmasi klinik yang telah dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung adalah pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberian informasi obat dan konselingABSTRACT Profession Internships were held at regional health department of east jakarta and cipayung district community health centers. Profession Internships were intended to make student understood the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist, had insights, knowledges, skills, attitude behavior, and real experiences to do pharmaceutical practices, learned strategy and practical development of pharmacist profession, had a real description about the issues of pharmaceutical, and had ability to communicate and interact with other medical personnel at community health centers. This activity was held from 5th to October 30th 2015 with special assignment of usage report recapitulation and sheet of drug request, rational drug usage, generic drug usage, the number of prescription visit, and pharmaceutical staffs on January-August 2015 period at community health centers of Cipayung District, East Jakarta. Based on the activities, pharmacist at community health centers of Cipayung District generally had done the duties and responsibilities of pharmaceutical practices. Apothecary student had succeed obtaining the insights about activities in community health centers. Pharmaceutical practices in management at community health centers included planning, request, reception, storage, distribution, controling, recording, reporting, archiving, along with management monitoring and management evaluation. "ABSTRAK
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas meliputi 2 (dua) kegiatan, yaitu
kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik dan kegiatan manajerial berupa pengelolaan
obat dan bahan medis habis pakai. Kegiatan dari pengelolaan Obat dan Bahan
Medis Habis Pakai berupa perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan,
pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi.
Tugas Apoteker di Sudinkes Jakarta Timur terutama adalah di subseksi
Farmakmin, yaitu mengadakan pendampingan perizinan sarana farmasi bila
diminta oleh PTSP, pengelolaan laporan-laporan seperti LPLPO, POR, NAPZA
dari Puskesmas, Rumah Sakit, dan sarana Farmakmin, pengelolaan obat buffer
dan obat program dari Kementrian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk
disalurkan ke Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan, Binwasdal sarana Farmaasi
Makanan dan Minuman. Tugas Apoteker Puskesmas di bidang pengelolaan obat
dan bahan medis habis pakai yakni dalam perencanaan kebutuhan; permintaan;
penerimaan; penyimpanan; pendistribusian; pengendalian; pencatatan, pelaporan,
dan pengarsipan; serta pemantauan dan evaluasi pengelolaan telah dilaksanakan
oleh apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman. Tugas Apoteker Puskesmas
dalam bidang farmasi klinik yang belum dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Matraman
adalah konseling, ronde/visite pasien, pemantauan dan pelaporan efek samping
obat, pemantauan terapi obat, dan evaluasi penggunaan obat.ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical Services at the health center includes two (2) activities, ie
activities of clinical pharmacy services and managerial activities in the form of
drugs and medical materials management of consumables. The activities of the
management Drugs and Medical Materials Consumables such as planning,
demand, receipt, storage, distribution, control, record keeping, reporting,
monitoring, and evaluation.
Task Pharmacists in Sudinkes East Jakarta primarily in subsection

management of consumables that is in the planning needs; demand; reception;
storage; distribution; control; recording, reporting, and archiving; management
and monitoring and evaluation has been carried out by a pharmacist in Matraman
sub-district health center. Pharmacist PHC tasks in the field of clinical pharmacy
which has not been implemented in PHC Matraman is counseling, round / visite
patients, monitoring and reporting of adverse effects of drugs, drug therapy
monitoring, and evaluation of drug use."

Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja. Peran apoteker di Puskesmas adalah mengelola perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. "Sejak dikeluarkannya kebijakan pemerintah tahun 1993 tentang deregulasi dibidang kefarmasian terutama sektor apotek, persaingan bisnis apotek menjadi sangat ketat terutama di Jakarta. Untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut Apotek Kimia Farma sebagai apotek jaringan terbesar di Indonesia telah mencanangkan visi menjadi perusahaan jaringan layanan Farmasi yang terkemuka di Indonesia dan misi di antaranya memberikan jasa layanan prima bagi pelanggannya dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan Apotek Kimia Farma Jakarta, khususnya Apotek Kimia Farma-1 Kemayoran, Apotek Kimia Farma-48 Matraman, dan Apotek Kimia Farma-147 Duren Sawit.
Penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana visi, misi Apotek Kimia Farma telah tercapai dengan baik atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan Single Cross Sectional Study memakai instrumen kuesioner. Model yang dipakai untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan adalah model SERVQUAL (Service Quality) yang dikembangkan oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Berry menggunakan 5 dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible (aspek fisik), reliability (konsistensi), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan) dan emphaty (perhatian).
Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan diukur dengan analisis Gap (kesenjangan), yaitu selisih antara ekspektasi terhadap kualitas layanan yang diharapkan dan persepsi setelah pelanggan menerima layanan; dan analisis diagram Kartesius, yaitu dengan cara memetakan atribut kualitas layanan pada diagram Kartesius yang terbagi dalam 4 (empat) kuadran, dimana kuadran A (ekspektasi > rata-rata dan persepsi < rata-rata) yang menunjukkan pelanggan kurang puas, kuadran B (ekspektasi dan persepsi pelanggan > rata-rata) yang menunjukkan pelanggan puas, kuadran C (ekspektasi dan persepsi < rata-rata) yang menunjukkan pelanggan biasa saja, dan kuadran D (ekspektasi < rata-rata dan persepsi > rata-rata) yang menunjukkan apotek berlebihan dalam melayani pelanggan. Sedangkan perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan antar apotek digunakan analisis varian (Anova).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari lima dimensi Servqual yang diteliti, dimensi yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi adalah dimensi emphaty (kesenjangan -0,37 atau tingkat kepuasan 91,66 %); atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi, bangunan apotek memiliki desain interior/eksterior yang baik dan menarik (kesenjangan -0,14 atau tingkat kepuasan 96,4 %); dan atribut yang terpetakan pada diagram Kartesius terbanyak adalah pada kuadran B yang berarti kualitas layanan Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti menunjukkan cukup baik. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian menyatakan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna tingkat kepuasan pelanggan antar apotek yang diteliti (alpha>0,05).
Kesimpulan : secara umum tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti mendekati ?Puas?, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan antar Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna.

Since policy sector pharmaceutical affairs 1993 by government about deregulations sector community pharmacy, competition business community pharmacy in Jakarta was very strict. For win something this competitions, Kimia Farma community pharmacy as the biggest community pharmacy network in Indonesia have propagandized vision be the foremost business networking community pharmacy in Indonesia and mission first-rate services for customers with customer satisfaction. The objective of this research is detect satisfaction level of service quality of Kimia Farma community pharmacy Jakarta, in particular Kimia Farma community pharmacy -1 Kemayoran, Kimia Farma community pharmacy-48 Matraman, Kimia Farma community pharmacy-147 Duren Sawit.
Beside This research also objective for knowed vision, mission of Kimia Farma community pharmacy was reached. This research using survey method with quisionaire Single Cross Sectional Study approaches. Research using Servqual (Service Quality) model was discovered by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry use five dimensions of service quality, that was tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty.
Satisfaction level measured with Gap analysis that was difference expectation before customer receiving the service and perception after that; and Cartesian Diagram analysis, that was mapping atribut service quality on Cartesian Diagram that divided into four quadrant, A quadrant (expectations > average and perceptions < average) means customers are not satisfy; B quadrant (expectations and perceptions > average) means customers are satisfy; C quadrant (expectations and perceptions < average) means customers are common; D quadrant (expectations < average, perceptions > average) means the community pharmacy is over service. Analysis difference on customer satisfaction within community pharmacy used analysis varian (Anova).
Result: dimension that highest satisfaction level was emphaty (gap -0.37 or satisfactions levels 91.88 %); attribute that highest satisfaction level was well designed interior/exterior building (gap -0.14 or satisfaction levels 96.4 %). Mapping attribute on Cartesian Diagram majority on quadrat B, means service quality Kimia Farma community pharmacy was sufficient. Based on hypothesis test, was not difference significant satisfactions level Kimia Farma community pharmacy was research (alpha > 0.05).
Conclusions: generally satisfactions level of Kimia Farma community pharmacy that researched nearly satisfy, with satisfaction levels within community pharmacy was not significant difference."

pengelola Sub Seksi Farmasi, Makanan dan Minuman, yang salah satu tugasnya
adalah pengelolaan laporan tentang pengunaan obat dari seluruh Puskesmas di
wilayah Jakarta Timur. Sementara itu Apoteker di puskemas bertugas dan
bertanggungjawab dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, baik dalam

"Peracikan adalah pekerjaan kefarmasian yang merupakan bagian utama dari pelayanan apotek. Penelitian mengenai pelayanan resep belum ada di apotek Depok. Obat racikan parasetamol sering diresepkan pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan resep racikan puyer parasetamol di beberapa apotek Depok. Parameter yang dievaluasi adalah: keragaman bobot, harga, lama pelayanan, informasi, pemberi pelayanan resep puyer parasetamol. Selain itu, juga dievaluasi mengenai aktivitas dan peran apoteker di apotek. Dua puluh dari 68 apotek dipilih secara acak. Obat racikan puyer parasetamol diperoleh dengan cara penebusan resep dan pelayanan kefarmasian diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah apotek individu adalah 80%, sisanya adalah apotek jaringan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar obat puyer parasetamol (97,50%) tidak memenuhi keragaman bobot (Farmakope Indonesia IV). Harga bervariasi antara Rp. 5000,- - Rp. 17.800,- dan lama pelayanan peracikan bervariasi antara 9 - 41 menit. Pemberi informasi di apotek sebagian besar dilakukan bukan oleh apoteker. Informasi mengenai obat masih terbatas. Jumlah apoteker sebagai APA dan PSA adalah 13,33%. Jumlah apotek yang buka 24 jam adalah 22,22%. Apoteker yang bekerja selama 31-60 jam/minggu adalah 52,63%. Sebanyak 48,57% apotek melayani 0-5 lembar resep racikan per hari. Sebagian besar apotek (68,89%) meracik dengan mortir dan alu. Sebagian besar apotek (68,89%) membersihkan alat dengan cara dicuci sabun. Sebanyak 40% apoteker sering melakukan pelayanan secara langsung kepada pasien.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas obat racikan dalam hal keragaman bobot masih kurang baik dan kualitas pelayanan masih harus ditingkatkan.

Compounding is pharmaceutical job that main part of pharmacy service. The research of dispensing is not yet in Depok pharmacy. Compounding prescription of paracetamol is prescribed to the children frequently. The aims of this research were to evaluate compounding prescription of paracetamol divided powder service in several Depok pharmacies. The parameters that evaluated were weight variety, price, service duration, information, dispenser paracetamol compounded divided powder. In addition, activity and function of pharmacists were also evaluated. Twenty of 74 pharmacies were chosen randomly. Paracetamol compounded divided powder was obtained by prescription and pharmaceutical care were obtained by questionnaires. A number of private pharmacies were 80%, the balance were dependent pharmacies.
The results showed that the paracetamol divided powder (97,50%) do not fulfill the requirements (4th Pharmacopeia of Indonesia) predominantly. Variation in price was between Rp. 5000,- - Rp. 17.800 and dispensing duration was between 9 - 41 minutes. The most information service of pharmacies were not given by pharmacist and the drug’s information was insufficient. A number of pharmacists as an APA and PSA were 13,33%. A number of pharmacies that open 24 hours were 22,22%. Duration work of pharmacists during 31-60 hours/week were 52,63%. At the rate of 48,57% pharmacies were served 0-5 compounding prescription daily. Partly of pharmacies (68,89%) were compounded by mortars and pestles. Partly of pharmacies (68,89%) were cleaned the equipments by soap. At the rate of 40% pharmacists were frequently served patient directly.
