An Automated quick check phantom for quality assurance and daily stability control for linac electron beams has been design and fabricated. The device has 5 circle selectable carousel system with different thicknesses of alumunium for dmax and d50 corresponding to 6, 9, 12, 16, and 20 MeV electron beams.
