"Untuk mampu bersaing dengan para kompetitor, perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan work engagement yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua studi. Pada studi satu, peneliti menyebar kuesioner kepada 22 orang karyawan Departemen QO PT X untuk mengetahui korelasi antar variabel yang diteliti. Internal supervisor communication diukur dengan alat ukur dari Karanges dkk (2014) (α = 0.93), perceived supervisor support diukur dengan alat ukur dari Eisenberger dkk (2001) (α = 0.85), serta work engagement diukur dengan alat ukur dari Schaufelli dkk (2006) (I± = 0.88). Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa koefisien korelasi internal supervisor communication dengan work engagement (I± = 0.87, p < 0.01) lebih besar daripada koefisien korelasi perceived supervisor support dan work engagement (I± = 0.69, p < 0.01). Pada studi 2, peneliti merancang program intervensi variabel internal supervisor comunication untuk karyawan Departemen QO PT X dalam rangka peningkatan work engagement. Program intervensi tersebut dinamakan Communicative Leaders, yang terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu pelatihan dan monitoring. Dalam penerapannya, peserta intervensi adalah atasan yang dinilai bawahannya memiliki skor internal supervisor communication yang rendah. Selanjutnya, peneliti melihat hasil evaluasi intervensi yang dilakukan. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa (1) terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada persepsi bawahan terhadap internal supervisor communication atasan langsungnya (Z = -0.2041, p < 0.05), dan; (2) terjadi perningkatan keterikatan work engagement (Z = -2.445, p < 0.05).
To be able competing with competitors, companies need employees with high work engagement. In study one, researchers managed to collect 22 responsesfrom the X company employee in QO Department to examine the relationship between variables. Internal supervisor communication was measured by using Karanges dkk (2014) (I± = 0.93), perceived supervisor support was measured by sing Eisenberger dkk (2001) (I± = 0.85), and work engagement was measured by using Schaufelli dkk (2006) (I± = 0.88). The result showed that the relationship coeficient betweeen supervisor internal communication and work engagement is bigger than the relationship coeficient between perceied supervisor support and work engagement. In study 2, researcher designed internal supervisor communication intervention program to increase work engagement for employees of the PT X QO Department. The intervention program was called Communicative Leaders, which consists of two parts: training and monitoring sessions. In its implementation, intervention participants were supervisors that have low internal supervisor communication score based on the perception of their subordinate from study 1. After that, researcher evaluated the intervention result. The results are: (1) there was a significant increase in subordinates perceptions of their supervsors internal supervisor communication (Z = -0.2041, p <0.05), and; (2) there was a significant increase in work engagement (Z = -2,445, p <0.05)."

ABSTRAKSupervisor dan manajer adalah orang yang paling berpengaruh terhadap diri karyawan. Work Engagement merupakan aspek penting yang harus ada di diri setiap karyawan agar karyawan dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal. Skripsi ini menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement karyawan kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk. Pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support, dan pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support dimoderasi oleh Learning Opportunity. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 orang dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis mediasi dan moderasi Baron dan Kenny dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support memediasi pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement secara parsial. Learning Opportunity memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support.
ABSTRACTSupervisors and managers are the most influential people to the employees. Work Engagement is an important aspect that must be in every employee so that employees can run their work maximally. This thesis analyzes the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support to Work Engagement of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk head office employees. The influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement is mediated by Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Supervisor Support 39 s influence on Perceived Organizational Support is moderated by Learning Opportunity. This research was conducted at head office of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk with the number of respondents as many as 250 people using a Likert scale questionnaire 1 5. This study uses simple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation and moderation analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results show that Perceived Supervisor Support has a positive effect on Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support positively affects Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support to Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support mediates the effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement partially. Learning Opportunity moderate and strengthen the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Perceived Organizational Support. "

"Penelitian ini secara garis besar dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek dengan peran mediasi burnout. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang peneliti rancang pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM), beberapa temuan dihasilkan dari data yang telah terkumpul dari 207 responden pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Temuan atau hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kemudian, self-efficacy juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Ditambah dengan adanya variabel burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, semakin tinggi perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, maka semakin rendah perasaan burnout dan turnover intention yang dialami oleh karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kesimpulannya, penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy dari karyawannya khususnya Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout dan turnover intention karyawannya.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support and self- efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek with the role of mediating burnout. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, several findings were generated from data collected from 207 Gen Y and Gen Z worker respondents in Greater Jakarta. The findings in this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Then, self-efficacy also has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Coupled with the presence of the burnout variable mediating the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Thus, the higher the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek, the lower feelings of burnout and turnover intention experienced by Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek. In conclusion, it is important for companies to pay attention to the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of their employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z in Jabodetabek to reduce the burnout rate and turnover intention of their employees."

"Tingginya turnover intention dan rendahnya task performance menjadi permasalahan di perusahaan yang harus ditangani dan dapat diselesaikan oleh tingginya support dari supervisor yang dirasakan serta keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap diri sendiri selama bekerja (self efficacy). Kedua permasalahan tersebut dapat dialami oleh seluruh karyawan, terutama karyawan generasi Z. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived supervisor support terhadap employees turnover intention dan task performance dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Dengan tujuan eksplanatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 253 responden Generasi Z yang bekerja sebagai karyawan di DKI Jakarta yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan data non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan hierarchical multiple regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan juga terdapat pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap task performance pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, self efficacy juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi antara perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan perceived supervisor support terhadap task
High turnover intention and low task performance are problems in the company that must be handled and can be solved by the perceived high support from supervisors and high confidence in themselves during work (self efficacy). Both of these problems can be experienced by all employees, especially generation Z employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived supervisor support on employees turnover intention and task performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable for employees in DKI Jakarta. With an explanatory purpose, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires distributed online to 253 Generation Z respondents who work as employees in DKI Jakarta which were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques using hierarchical multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and there is also an effect of perceived supervisor support on task performance for employees in DKI Jakarta. In addition, self-efficacy is also proven to be a mediating variable between perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and perceived supervisor support on task performance for Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta."

"Peningkatan minat dan partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan magang meningkat, tetapi survey membuktikan fenomena job stress terjadi pada mahasiswa magang. Job Demands-Resources Theory menjelaskan bahwa perlu adanya keseimbangan antara demands dan resources supaya mengurangi job stress. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat besaran peran job resources, yaitu perceived supervisor support, dan personal resources, yaitu psychological capital, terhadap job stress pada mahasiswa magang. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Indonesia yang sedang melaksanakan magang (N =134). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah The Survey of Perceived Supervisor Support, The Psychological Capital Questionnaire, dan Parker’s Job Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support secara berperan secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap job stress (β = -.696, t = -3.175, SE = .219, p = .002), tetapi psychological capital tidak (β = -.064, t = -.696, SE = .091, p = .488). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa yang sedang magang sangat memerlukan dukungan dari supervisor pada pelaksanaan magangnya untuk mengurangi job stress.
The increase in interest and participation of students in internship activities has risen, but surveys indicate a phenomenon of job stress occurring among intern students. The Job Demands-Resources Theory explains that a balance between demands and resources is necessary to reduce job stress. Therefore, this study aims to examine the extent of the role of job resources, namely perceived supervisor support, and personal resources, namely psychological capital, on job stress in intern students. Participants in this study were active students in Indonesia who were currently undertaking internships (N = 134). The measurement tools used were The Survey of Perceived Supervisor Support, The Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and Parker’s Job Scale. The results showed that perceived supervisor support had a significant and negative effect on job stress (β = -.696, t = -3.175, SE = 0.219, p = .002), but psychological capital did not (β = .064, t = -.696, SE = .091, p = .488). It can be concluded that intern students require support from supervisors during their internships to reduce job stress."

"Laporan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menunjukkan realisasi pencapaian AR belum optimal dimana jumlah tenaga kerja aktif membayar premi hanya 25% dari total jumlah angkatan kerja di Indonesia (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, 2022). Kazmi dan Javaid (2020) menemukan terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan atasan yang dirasakan terhadap peningkatan kinerja dimediasi oleh identifikasi organisasi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan atasan yang dirasakan terhadap kinerja Account Representative (AR) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, penelitian dibagi menjadi dua studi kuantitatif. Studi pertama melihat peran mediasi identifikasi organisasi terhadap hubungan dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dan kinerja Account Representative pada 160 partisipan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data studi pertama menggunakan Uji Mediasi Hayes dan Uji Korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian studi pertama menemukan peran identifikasi organisasi terhadap dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dan kinerja memiliki pengaruh partial mediation. Hal tersebut menunjukkan dukungan atasan yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan meskipun tanpa mediasi identifikasi organisasi. Studi kedua dilakukan untuk melihat perubahan hubungan dukungan atasan yang dirasakan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh identifikasi organisasi dengan melakukan intervensi terhadap identifikasi organsiasi. Intervensi pendekatan identifikasi sosial digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Account Representative BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan melibatkan 21 partisipan. Hasil penelitian kedua menunjukkan terdapat perubahan pengetahuan pada evaluasi pembelajaran, reaksi, dan perilaku pada evaluasi intervensi. Namun hasil analisa Uji T-Test Berpasangan Wilcoxon terhadap evaluasi pembelajaran menunjukkan pendekatan identifikasi sosial tidak berdampak signifikan pada hubungan dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dan kinerja Account Representative sebelum dan sesudah intervensi.
The latest report from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan indicates that the performance of the Account Representative has not been ideal: only 25% of Indonesia's total workforce are actively paying their premiums (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, 2022). Kazmi and Javaid (2020) discovered a positive correlation between perceived supervisor support and performance improvement, which was mediated by organizational identification. To investigate the impact of perceived supervisor support on the performance of Account Representatives (AR) at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, the research was divided into two quantitative studies. The first study examined the mediating role of organizational identification in the relationship between perceived supervisor support and the performance of Account Representatives, involving 160 participants who completed a questionnaire. Data from the first study was processed using Jamovi with Hayes Mediation Test and Pearson Correlation Test. The finding revealed that organizational identification partially mediated the relationship between perceived supervisor support and performance, indicating that perceived supervisor support significantly influences employee performance, even in the absence of organizational identification mediation. The second study aimed to observe the change in the relationship between perceived supervisor support and employee performance, mediated by organizational identification, following an intervention targeting organizational identification. A social identification approach intervention was implemented to assess the impact of perceived supervisor support on enhancing the performance of Account Representatives at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, involving 21 participants. The results of the second study indicated a shift in knowledge in learning assessment, reactions, and behavior in the intervention assessment. However, the paired Wilcoxon T-Test analysis of the learning assessment suggested that the social identification approach did not have a significant impact on the relationship between perceived supervisor support and the performance of Account Representatives before and after the intervention."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee Turnover Intention dan Task Performance pada karyawan perusahaan DKI Jakarta yang bekerja dibawah pengawasan supervisor dan telah bekerja selama enam bulan dalam waktu yang berurutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode convenience sampling dan purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dari 399 karyawan perusahaan DKI Jakarta dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Supervisor Support tidak memengaruhi Employee Turnover Intention dan juga Task Performance. Lalu, Organizational Commitment juga tidak memengaruhi Employee Turnover Intention. Namun, Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance. Tiga hubungan mediasi penuh juga ditemukan dan satu hubungan mediasi parsial.
This study aims to study the influence of Supervisory Commitments and Organizational Commitments on Employee Change Intentions and Task Performance on DKI Jakarta company employees who work under supervisory supervision and have worked for six months in a sequence. This research is a quantitative study using cross-sectional design and convenience sampling and purposive sampling methods for primary data collection. The research sample was obtained from 399 DKI Jakarta companies and data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Support Supervisor does not affect Employee Turnover Intentions and also Job Performance. Then, Organizational Commitment also does not affect Employee Turnover Intentions. However, Organizational Commitment has a positive influence on Task Performance. Three full mediation relationships were also found and one partial mediation relationship."

"Work engagement merupakan sebuh konstruk yang diasosikan dengan berbagai employee outcomes seperti job performance, job satisfaction dan employee well being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, dan learning opportunities terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial perbankan BUMN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM untuk mengolah 195 data responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh perceived supervisor support dan perceived organizational support. Selain itu perceived organizational support terbukti memediasi pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap work engagement. Sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

This research is a quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling SEM method to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that work engagement is directly affected by perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support. In addition, perceived organizational support proved to mediate the impact of perceived supervisor support on work engagement. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation. "

"Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) adalah salah satu lembaga yang akan menghadapi perubahan organisasi dalam rangka pengintegrasian lembaga-lembaga riset nasional ke dalam Badan Riset Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) oleh pemerintah indonesia, sehingga penting untuk menganalisa readiness for change dan resistance to change pegawai lembaga riset ini. Psychological capital merupakan unsur psikologi yang dapat dikembangkan dan berkaitan dengan persepsi pegawai atas dukungan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kotribusi secara praktik sehingga LIPI dapat menjawab tantangan perubahan dari pemerintah dan memberikan kontribusi dari segi ilmu pengetahuan dengan memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai mekanisme pembentukan kesiapan dan resistensi pegawai dalam menghadapi perubahan khususnya di sektor publik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 378 PNS LIPI dan model penelitian di analisis dengan structural equation modelling menggunakan Lisrel. Hasilnya adalah psychological capital hanya memediasi pengaruh perceiveds organizationals support terhadap respon pegawai untuk berubah, tetapi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh perceivedssupervisor support terhadap respon pegawai untuk berubah. Artinya adalah kesiapan dan resistensi pegawai LIPI untuk berubah dipengaruhi oleh persepsi pegawai terhadap dukungan organisasi dan sumber daya psikologis positif yang mereka miliki.
Indonesian institute of Sciences is one of the institutions that will face organizational change in the framework of integrating national research institutions into the National Innovation Research Agency (BRIN) by the Indonesian government. Hence, it is essential to analyze the readiness for change and resistance to change of this research institute's civil servants. Psychological capital is an element of psychology that can be developed and related to employee perceptions of organizational support. The purposesof this studysis to contribute in practice so this research institute can answer challenges of change from government and contribute in terms of science through provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms for forming employee readiness and resistance in the face of change, especially in the public sector. The sample of this study was 378 civil servants from Indonesian Institute of Sciences, and the research model was analyzed with structural equation modeling using Lisrell. The result is psychological capital only mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee responses to change, but cannot mediate the effect of perceived supervisor support on employee 'responses to change. This means that LIPI employees readiness and resistance to change is influenced by employees' perceptions of organizational support and their positive psychological resources."

"Kinerja dari sebuah pelayanan publik memiliki dampak besar terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Keberhasilan pelayanan publik sangat bergantung kepada pelayanan yang diberikan oleh sumber daya manusia di pelayanan publik tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teori motivasi kerja sebagai kerangka utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan melihat pengaruh Job Characteristic, Job Crafting dan Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Meaningful Work. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, terhadap 605 pegawai BPJS Kesehatan yang merupakan lembaga pelayanan public di bidang jaminan kesehatan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Analisis hubungan antar variabel dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software LISREL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Meaningful Work memiliki efek mediasi partial antara variabel Perceived Supervisor Support, Job Crafting dan Job Characteristics terhadap Employee Performance. Perceived Supervisor Support, Job Crafting dan Job Characteristics juga mempunyai pengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap employee performance. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah secara teoretis menguatkan teori motivasi kerja di sector pelayanan publik, implikasi manajerial bagi manajemen BPJS Kesehatan dan saran untuk penelitian yang akan datang.
Public service performance has a key role in the economic and social development of the country. The success of public services is highly dependent on the services provided by human resources in the public service. By using the theory of work motivation as the main framework that affects employee performance, this study was conducted to see the effect of Job Characteristics, Job Crafting, and Perceived Supervisor Support on Employee Performance mediated by Meaningful Work. This research is a quantitative study, on 605 BPJS Kesehatan employees which are public service institutions in the field of health insurance. Research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed online. Analysis of the relationship between variables was carried out through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using LISREL software. The results of this study indicate that Meaningful Work partially mediates between Perceived Supervisor Support, Job Crafting, and Job Characteristics variables on Employee Performance. Perceived Supervisor Support, Job Crafting, and Job Characteristics also significantly influence employee performance. The implications of this research are theoretically strengthening the theory of work motivation in the public service sector, managerial implications for BPJS Kesehatan management, and suggestions for future research."
