"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengelolaan penyelenggaraan pajak reklame papan/billboard berukuran lebih dari 24 meter persegi. Penyelenggaraan pajak reklame belum berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis prosedur pengelolaan pajak reklame berukuran luas lebih dari 24 meter persegi yang dikelola Sudin Pelayanan Pajak Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian ini berpedoman pada teori Administrasi Pajak Perpajakan Daerah. Pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan post positivist dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prosedur penyelenggaraan pajak reklame secara administrasi pajak telah baik dilakukan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, namun, prosedur masih dinilai membutuhkan waktu lama mulai dari awal prosedur hingga pemungutan pajak, pengawasan belum konsisten dilakukan, dan pegawai pengelola masih belum sesuai dengan beban kerjanya.

This thesis discuss about procedure management permit for billboard advertisement tax sized more than 24 square meters. Advertisement tax not yet make a significant contribution in DKI Jakarta municipal revenue. The purpose of this research is to analyze procedure permit for billboard advertisement tax sized more than 24 square meters in Administrative City of South Jakarta. Thesis guided by theory of local tax administration. The approach used post positivist approach and used in-depth interviews and literature study for method collecting data and processed used qualitative data analysis technique.

Result show that procedure management permit for billboard advertising tax sized more than 24 square meters in Administrative City of South Jakarta has been implemented with good procedure of administration tax. But, procedure permit take a long time from beginning of procedure until collecting tax, inconsistency of tax inspection, and human resources not equal with work load."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis implementasi pemungutan Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan manfaat penelitian murni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis implementasi pemungutan Pajak Reklame dan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemungutan Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Cianjur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan field research dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi pemungutan Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Cianjur yang dilakukan oleh instansi-instansi terkait pada kenyataannya masih belum sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, dan terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pemungutan Pajak Reklame di Kabupaten Cianjur.

This thesis discusses the analysis of the implementation of advertising tax collection in Cianjur Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research with the benefits of pure research. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the implementation of advertising tax collection and inhibiting factors in the implementation of advertising tax collection in Cianjur Regency. Data collection techniques performed by field research and study literature.

The study concluded that the implementation of the implementation of the Advertising Tax collection in Cianjur Regency conducted by relevant agencies in fact still not in accordance with the applicable rules, and there are inhibiting factors that become an obstacle to implementation of advertising tax collection in Cianjur Regency."

"Implementation of local autonomy in Indonesia means that the government has authority, rights and obligatory to regulate their house hold themselves as their finance based on the regulation. Bogor, as a buffer city for Jakarta, also applies the local autonomy. One of income sources for local government finance is local earnings, which is include local tax. In Bogor advertising tax give contribution enough as local earnings.Research question are how advertising tax auditing prossedure in Bogor Municipality and implication advertising tax auditing in Bogor Municipality. The research approach is quantitative, the collecting data techniques by in-depth interview with number of informants that obviously involved in audit advertising tax, which are the staff of Bogor Local Revenue Agency, advertising tax payer literature studies and also data from Bogor Municipality.Whereas the secondary data is obtain through literature study by examining various literature to derive comprehensive description on the object researcg. Data analysis is done in qualitative way, based on the result of the field finding as the primary data, and the secondary data.Billboards that are already expired bring their own problem, So that the Bogor Local Government has to destroy them. If the billboards were kept, they would decrease the Bogor?s local income. The aim of this research is to analyze the process about local auditing tax in Bogor and its implication to advertising tax income. By Tax Performance Index (TPI) from 2003-2006, there is still big potential advertising tax to cover local government cost. Although TPI has increased, its still can not reach the local revenue target. Even though Bogor Government is still using simple auditing local tax system, It has fulfilled auditing step indicator. This research prove that the tax auditing system is effective, but the regional income has not optimal yet."

"Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa upaya pengumpulan pajak reklame papan, billboard dan megatron di Kota Depok selain itu juga untuk menganalisa perkembangan pajak dan kapasitas pajak reklame papan, billboard dan megatron. Penelitian ini hendak menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana upaya pengumpulan pajak yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Depok dan kapasitas pajak reklame, serta berapa perkembangan penerimaan, upaya pengumpulan, dan kapasitas pajak reklame. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisa upaya pengumpulan pajak dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menghitung perkembangan penerimaan, kapasitas dan upaya pengumpulan pajak. Hasil analisa yaitu bahwa upaya pengumpulan pajak reklame sudah baik dibandingkan kota pembanding, yaitu Kota Bogor dan Kabupaten Bogor, meski terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat.

The focus of this study is to analyse advertising tax in the form of board, billboard and megatron tax effort in Kota Depok, besides to analyse the progress revenue from advertising tax and the capacity of advertising tax. This study is intended to answer questions such as how is advertising tax effort, how the capacity dan the progress of the revenue from advertising tax. By using qualitative method to analyse the tax effort and quantitative to analyse progress of the revenue, capacity and tax effort. This study finds that advertising tax tax effort in Kota Depok is better than Kota Bogor and Kabupaten Bogor, eventhough there are few weaknesses."
