"[This book summarizes results of longstanding research and scientific contributions from many projects and relevant working groups. It collects and evaluates wind and wave climate projections under changing climate having design needs and marine safety in focus. Potential impact of projected climate change in met-ocean conditions on ships and offshore structures is discussed and illustrated by an example of the expected wave climate change on tanker design.

"The main aim of this book is to evaluate the concept of stress and provide tools for physicians to identify patients who might benefit from stress management. This will incorporate a detailed description of the physiological and pathophysiological consequences of acute and chronic stress that might lead to cardiovascular disease. The book will aim to critically evaluate interventional research (behavioural and other therapies) and provide evidence based recommendations on how to manage stress in the cardiovascular patient. Our intentions are to define and highlight stress as an etiological factor for cardiovascular disease, and to describe an evidence based "tool box" that physicians may use to identify and manage patients in whom stress may be an important contributing factor for their disease and their risk of suffering cardiovascular complications."

To reduce the huge dependence on fossil energy-which reaches 95% (Pusdating, KESDM, 2012) it is necessary to utilize energy derived from non-fossil fuels. The development of alternative energy also supports the realization of the sustainable development goals in providing new and renewable energy referring to PP No. 2 of 2017 concerning the National Energy General Plan / RUEN Indonesia has great potential in the development of marine wave energy of around 17,989 MW with an installed capacity of 0.3 MW (0.002%) and wind energy of around 60,647 MW (> 4 m / s) with an installed capacity of 3.1 MW (0.01%). The use of renewable energy as a source of electricity is a solution to reduce the use of fossil fuels. However, this new renewable energy has its drawbacks because it depends on natural conditions, the energy provided cannot be guessed causing the energy released to be unstable and allows it to be absent when needed. This paper aims to determine the ability of ocean waves to be another solution for PLTB in producing electrical energy, because wind energy has the third largest potential after Solar and Hydro but its installed capacity and utilization are still very minimal."

An electrical energy has been become basic human need in the world, especially in Indonesia. A renewable energy search is crucial because the fosil energy resource isn rsquo t a renewable property. As an alternative, several researches conduct an energy harvesting. An energy harvesting is a process where the energy comes from external source such as sea wave, heat energy, wind energy, etc. and that source will be converted into electrical energy.
One of the conversion energy harvesting media that has been developed at recent days is a piezoelectric media. Then, we developed a generator which use a sea wave movement. This generator uses an Oscillation Water Column OWC system which designed with an oscillation system to accumulate a seawave energy to give an external force for piezoelectric as a converter. A seawave based power plant is expected to become an alternative of renewable energy.
The result of this research is a prototype with seawave powerplant with maximum voltage of 3.67 V, ocean wave energy potensial of 15.04 Joule power efficiency 9.3 at serial circuit with average water height is 25 cm and wave period is 10 s.
