"ABSTRACT
Many studies merely focus on discussing the benefits of open government, but the negative effects of open government in a variety of published literary works are limited. The advantages of open government are for citizens to get easier access to data and government activity, regulation, and policies. A particular purpose of the research explores the conceptual theoretic from a variety of scientific literature and to understand the negative effects of open government. The method in this research article is a synthesis of qualitative research approach to meta-theory analysis. Data in the research is processed deductively from a variety of scientific literature. The results of the research study aim to explain open government, or open data is not necessarily to generate transparency in government activities. Participation and collaboration in some cases are still considered yet they significantly support open government. It is because a concept may not be appropriate in different places that were affected by the characteristics of the sociocultural, economic, and democracy of a nation."

Psychotic-like experience (PLE) is hallucination/delusion – like experiences, nonclinical, and quite common in healthy normal population. PLE is shaped by the interplay of cognitive and emotional aspects which are found to be fluctuated in daily life. However, most of the longitudinal studies have yet to capture the dynamic, due to the longer time gap between measurements. Studies in higher-than-average genetic risk-group were also still limited. This study examines the role of negative affect as a mediator to the effect of negative-self schema on PLE in first-degree relatives of psychotic patients. Data was collected from 36 individuals using Experience Sampling Method (ESM). On the first day, depression (PHQ – 9), anxiety (GAD – 7), and psychotic symptoms (CAPE – 42) were measured. On day two until fifteen, daily measurements on negative-self schema (BCSS), negative affect (Momentary Affect Scale), and PLE (Index of PLE) were completed twice a day. Multilevel Mediation Modeling was performed to analyze the data. Negative-self schema was found to predict PLE, b = 0,378, p < 0,001, and this effect was partially mediated by negative affect, b = 0,401, 95% CI [0,2501; 0,5714]. Day-to-day fluctuation of negative-self schema accompany by negative affect would induce maladaptive interpretation which then result in the PLE symptoms. In first-degree relatives, vulnerability to PLE could be explained by behavioral sensitization."

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) is a wound therapy system which utilizes negative pressure to clean wound areas from exudate and bacteria, as well as to increase blood flow in order to induce cell proliferation and accelerate healing. This therapy is potentially more effective at assisting the regeneration of wounds, such as diabetic ulcers, compared to other conventional methods. The purpose of this research is to create a control circuit for an NPWT prototype using Arduino UNO as its microcontroller. This is done by writing code into the Arduino IDE software and uploading it into the Arduino UNO board, which has been connected to various supporting components such as push buttons, LCD, Motor Driver L298N, a negative pressure pump, and the pressure sensor MPXV4115VC6U. Testing of the prototype is done by turning the device on for 30 minutes with the negative pressure setting 85, 75, and 125 mmHg. Result of this test is that the NPWT prototype is capable of performing therapy with the aforementioned settings very well, with an average pressure error of 0.45% for the continuous mode and 0.96% for the intermittent mode at 85 mmHg, -0.22% for the continuous mode and -0.59% for the intermittent mode at 75 mmHg, as well as -0.20% for the continuous mode and -1.50% for the intermittent mode at 125 mmHg. Simulation by using a wound phantom resulted in the average pressure errors -0.56% for the continuous mode and -0.20% for the intermittent mode. Using the sensor MPXV4115VC6U, the prototype is able to detect pressure with an average of 99.46% accuracy, and the timer function, which uses the microcontrollers internal clock, is able to keep the timing of the therapy session with a 0.05% average deviation from the intended time setting. From these findings, it can be concluded that Arduino UNO is a microcontroller which is perfectly suitable to run an NPWT device effectively."

Largely influenced by moodIn order to be happy, it is important to hone the ability to inhibit irrelevant negative information. However, temporary emotional states such as mood and changes in positive affect are known to affect the performance of inhibitory control. The current study aimed to examine the moderating roles of mood and changes in positive affect on the relationship between inhibitory control and happiness. A total of 119 mentally healthy participants aged 18-35 years (M = 21.5 years) participated in this study. Fifty-nine participants received positive mood induction and 60 participants received neutral mood induction. Happiness was measured using the Subjective Happiness Scale (Lyubomirsky & Lepper, 1999), mood was measured using The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (Watson et al., 1988), while changes in positive affect was measured by calculating the difference between the levels of positive affect before (Pre PA) and after (Post PA) the mood induction procedure. Inhibitory control performance for irrelevant negative information was measured using Negative Affective Priming Task. The results of the moderation analysis using PROCESS model 2 showed that inhibitory control performance for negative information was a significant and positive predictor for happiness. Interestingly, mood significantly moderated the relationship between inhibitory control for negative information and happiness, but changes in positive affect did not moderate this relationship. Based on analysis using PROCESS model 1, in neutral mood condition, there was a positive correlation between inhibitory control for negative information and happiness. Conversely, in positive mood condition, there was a negative correlation between inhibitory control for negative information and happiness. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that the relationship between inhibitory control for irrelevant negative information and happiness is largely influenced by mood."

"Here is a valuable text and research tool for scientists and engineers who use or work with theory and computation associated with practical problems relating to Markov chains and queuing networks, economic analysis, or mathematical programming. Originally published in 1979, this new edition adds material that updates the subject relative to developments from 1979 to 1993.
Theory and applications of nonnegative matrices are blended here, and extensive references are included in each area. You will be led from the theory of positive operators via the Perron-Frobenius theory of nonnegative matrices and the theory of inverse positivity, to the widely used topic of M-matrices. On the way, semigroups of nonnegative matrices and symmetric nonnegative matrices are discussed. Later, applications of nonnegativity and M-matrices are given; for numerical analysis the example is convergence theory of iterative methods, for probability and statistics the examples are finite Markov chains and queuing network models, for mathematical economics the example is input-output models, and for mathematical programming the example is the linear complementarity problem.
Nonnegativity constraints arise very naturally throughout the physical world. Engineers, applied mathematicians, and scientists who encounter nonnegativity or generalizations of nonegativity in their work will benefit from topics covered here, connecting them to relevant theory. Researchers in one area, such as queuing theory, may find useful the techniques involving nonnegative matrices used by researchers in another area, say, mathematical programming."

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one group only before and after study design.
