ABSTRACTThis study aims to investigate the effect of extreme positive returns (MAX) andextreme negative returns (MIN) in predicting the cross-sectional of expected returnsin Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 to 2014. This study was done byusing portfolio sorting approach and Fama-Macbeth regression to test the effect ofMAX and MIN towards expected returns. This study also aimed to test the negativerelation between idiosyncratic volatility and expected returns as documented by Anget al. (2006, 2009). The result of this study showed that there is a positive MAX Effectand negative relation between MIN and expected returns in Indonesian market. "Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data per 20 September 2021 di 46.500 sekolah, ada 2,8 persen atau 1.296 sekolah yang melaporkan klaster COVID-19. Klaster COVID-19 paling banyak terjadi di SD/MI yaitu 2,78 persen. Per tanggal 18 Maret 2021 Angka kematian di Provinsi Lampung mencapai 5,32 persen atau berada di atas rata-rata nasional, yakni 2,71 persen. Berdasarkan SE Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Bandar Lampung Nomor : 420/1254/IV.40/2022 tentang pembelajaran tatap muka pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dilaksanakan pada hari senin tanggal 14 Maret 2022. MIN 8 Bandar Lampung adalah MIN percontohan yang terletak sangat dekat dengan pemukiman padat penduduk, luas bangunan sekolah yang tidak terlalu besar memiliki jumlah siswa paling banyak serta memiliki interaksi dengan masyarakat luar yang sangat aktif. Berdasarkan dari studi pedahuluan yang sudah peneliti lakukan ternyata didapatkan hasil bahwa perilaku 3M siswa MIN 8 Bandar Lampung masih kurang disiplin.Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan perilaku 3M pencegahan COVID-19 pada siswa MIN 8 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2022. Metode: Menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional survey, subjek diukur dan diamati hanya satu kali dalam penelitian ini. Hasil: Siswa kelas 5 (62,9%) MIN 8 Bandar Lampung tahun 2022 menerapkan perilaku 3M. Variabel pengetahuan (56,7%), sikap (62,9%), pola asuh (58,8%), dukungan guru (70,1%), dukungan teman sebaya (62,9%), peraturan sekolah (50,5%) dan sarana prasarana (56,7). Variabel terpenting yang terkait dengan penggunaan perilaku 3M adalah kebiasaan orang tua, dengan OR 3.095 (95% CI: 1.315-7.284). Kesimpulan: Kebiasaan orang tua dan peraturan sekolah secara signifikan berhubungan dengan perilaku 3M. Variabel yang paling dominan terkait dengan perilaku 3M adalah kebiasaan orang tua dan peraturan sekolah setelah mengontrol dukungan teman sebaya

Background: Based on data as of September 20, 2021 in 46,500 schools, there were 2.8 percent or 1,296 schools that reported COVID-19 clusters. Most of the COVID-19 clusters occurred in SD/MI, namely 2.78 percent. As of March 18, 2021, the death rate in Lampung Province reached 5.32 percent or was above the national average, which was 2.71 percent. Based on the SE Head of the Education and Culture Office of Bandar Lampung Number: 420/1254/IV.40/2022 regarding face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was held on Monday, March 14, 2022. MIN 8 Bandar Lampung is a pilot MIN located very close to with densely populated settlements, the school building area is not too large and has the largest number of students and has very active interactions with the outside community. Based on the preliminary study that has been carried out by the researchers, it turns out that the 3M students of MIN 8 Bandar Lampung still lack discipline. Objective: To determine the factors related to the application of 3M behavior as a prevention of COVID-19 in students of MIN 8 Bandar Lampung in 2022. Methods: using a cross sectional study design where in this study the subject was only measured and observed once. Result: 5th grade students of MIN 8 Bandar Lampung in 2022 (62.9%) apply 3M behavior. Variables of knowledge (56.7%), attitudes (62.9%), parenting (58.8%), teacher support (70.1%), peer support (62.9%) school regulations (50.5%) and infrastructure (56.7). The most dominant variable related to the application of 3M behavior is the habituation of parents with OR 3,095 (95% CI: 1.315-7,284). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between parental habits and school rules with 3M behavior. The most dominant variables related to 3M behavior are parental habits after controlling for peer support, and school rules."

"Persediaan farmasi harus dikelola dengan baik untuk kelancaran pelayanan dan keuangan rumah sakit. Pengelolaan sedian farmasi rumah sakit dimulai dari alur perencanaan dan pengadaan obat-obatan di rumah sakit. Sistem perencaanaan yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk pengelolaan perencaan dan persediaan di rumah sakit agar efisiensi dalam proses pengadaan obat dapat tercapai. RS Hermina Medan melakukan perubahan dalam sistem perencaan obat-obatan dari awalnya menggunakan sistem min-max menjadi sistem pareto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat efisiensi terhadap kedua sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan riset operasional terhadap sampel obat hasil analisis ABC dan menggabungkan metode kualitatif. Hasil analisis ABC berdasarkan nilai pemakaian selama Agustus dan September 2023 diperoleh obat kategori A mewakili 80% dari total nilai persedian obat JKN di Instalasi Farmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan untuk perencanaan pengadaan obat kategori A dengan sistem pareto dan min-max didapatkan total inventory cost lebih rendah dengan menggunakan sistem min-max. Namun, rencana pengadaan dengan sistem min-max dapat lebih baik apabila perhitungan pemakaian obat di kontrol secara rutin dan proses perencanaan pengadaan dibantu oleh sistem informasi yang lebih baik. Penelitian diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dengan waktu yang lebih panjang agar penilaian inventory cost dapat lebih akurat.

Pharmaceutical supplies must be managed well for the smooth running of hospital services and finances. Management of hospital pharmaceutical supplies starts from the flow of planning and procurement of medicines in the hospital. An appropriate planning system is needed for managing planning and supplies in hospitals so that efficiency in the drug procurement process can be achieved. Hermina Medan Hospital made changes to its medicine planning system from initially using a min-max system to a Pareto system. This research aims to compare the level of efficiency of the two systems. This research was conducted using operational research on drug samples resulting from ABC analysis and combining qualitative methods. The results of ABC analysis based on usage values ​​during August and September 2023 showed that category A drugs represent 80% of the total value of UHC drug supplies in pharmacy installations. The research results show that by comparing calculations for planning the procurement of category A drugs using the Pareto and min-max systems, the total inventory cost is lower using the min-max system. Procurement planning using a min-max system can be better if the calculation of drug use is routinely controlled and the procurement planning process is assisted by a better information system. It is hoped that the research can be continued for a longer period so that inventory cost assessments can be more accurate."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana cara mengoptimalisasi tingkat persediaan material dengan pengaplikasian persediaan pengaman safety stock yang optimal untuk dapat mengakomodir jadwal pemboran yang dapat berubah-ubah. Kegiatan pemboran merupakan pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi dan memerlukan biaya besar sehingga optimasi tingkat persediaan material sangat penting dalam kelangsungan proses tersebut. Tujuan sebenarnya adalah untuk menentukan jumlah dari persediaan yang mendukung service level yang tinggi dan memaksimalkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Service level digunakan dalam manajemen persediaan untuk mengukur kinerja kebijakan persediaan dan menunjukkan kemungkinan tidak terjadinya stockout. Safety stock adalah persediaan untuk mencegah terjadinya stockout. Perusahaan memilih untuk menjaga tingkat Safety stock sebagai penyangga terhadap variabilitas permintaan yang mengakibatkan kurangnya efisiensi dan modal kerja yang tinggi. Pengoptimalan tingkat persediaan memungkinkan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan perputaran persediaan.Material pemboran yang akan menjadi objek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan klasifikasi ABC yang selanjutnya diklasfikasikan kembali frekuensi penggunaannya. Perhitungan selanjutnya adalah penentuan biaya pengadaan dan persediaan dari material. Perhitungan tingkat persediaan menggunakan metode min-max. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode min-max adalah jumlah pemesanan kembali Q , titik pemesanan kembali ROP/Min, tingkat persediaan maksimum Max dan persediaan pengaman SS.

This study aims to find out how to optimize the level of material inventory with optimal application of safety stock to accommodate the varying drilling schedule. Drilling activity is a high risk job and requires substantial cost, therefore, optimization of material inventory is critical for the process continuity. The actual objective is to determine the value and the mix of inventory that support a high service level and that maximizing the companies rsquo financial performance. Service level is used in inventory management to measure the performance of inventory policies and represents the probability of not being stock out. Safety stock is inventory that is carried to prevent stock outs. Safety stock determinations are not intended to eliminate all stock outs, just majority of them. Companies choose to keep safety stock level high as a buffer against demand variability resulting in inefficiencies and high working capital requirements. Safety stock optimization enables companies to achieve savings and increase inventory turns.The selection of the drilling material that will be the research object uses ABC classification which further being re classified by the usage frequency. The next calculation is to determine material setup cost and holding cost, which will be used in the next calculation, which is inventory calculation method by using min max method. The calculation result using the min max method is the total of re orders Q, re order point ROP Min , maximum inventory level Max, and safety stock SS. "
