"Adopsi e-commerce oleh usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu faktor kunci kesuksesan bisnis. Oleh karena itu penting bagi kita untuk mengetahui manfaat adopsi e-commerce serta faktor penghambat dan pendorong adopsi e-commerce untuk UKM. Laporan ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai adopsi e-commerce bagi UKM.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa survei yaitu menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data kuantitatif dan wawancara langsung untuk mendapatkan data kualitatif mengenai adopsi e-commerce oleh UKM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UKM sudah mulai melakukan adopsi e-commerce untuk menunjang proses bisnisnya. Meskipun tingkat pemanfaatannya berbeda-beda namun secara umum adopsi e-commerce mampu memberi manfaat positif bagi peningkatan kinerja UKM. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor biaya masih menjadi kendala utama dalam adopsi e-commerce. Sedangkan pelayanan pelanggan merupakan faktor pendorong utama bagi UKM untuk melakukan adopsi e-commerce. Dengan mengambil studi kasus UKM sektor perbankan di kota Depok, penelitian ini mampu memberi gambaran tentang adopsi e-commerce oleh UKM khususnya di sektor perbankan.

E-Commerce adoption by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the key factors of business. Therefore, it is essential for us to know the impacts of e-commerce adoption, as well as the deferring and driving factors of e-commerce adoption for the SMEs. This report is a result of research about e-commerce adoption for the SMEs.
This is a descriptive research that used survey through questioner as its method to collect quantitative data and direct interview as its method to collect qualitative data about e-commerce adoption by the SMEs.
The result of the research shows that SMEs have already starting to apply e-commerce adoption to maintain their business process. Although the degree of adoption is different from one SME to another, it is still generally accepted that ecommerce adoption will bring positive impacts towards SMEs development. The result of this research also shows that financing is still a major deferring factor in adopting e-commerce, whilst, customer service is one of the driving factor in ecommerce adoption. By using banking sectors in Depok as its research subject, this research is able to give actual illustration on e-commerce adoption by and for the SMEs."

"This research aims to observe whether the Trademark Law can contribute to protect Indonesia`s batik business, particularly for the small-medium enterprises who produce and sell batik products ('Batik SMEs'). The individual trademark system has not been successful to support the batik SMEs business. However, the fact that those SMEs gather in a community, organization, or kinships bring potentials for the development of collective trademarks, which can address the problems that individual trademark cannot anticipate. This research finds that, in order to anticipate the free-trade attack, i.e. imported textiles with batik patterns/motifs; Indonesian batik SMEs need to be nurtured and encouraged to register their own collective trademarks, and to build their branding infrastructure, through local batik community`s standardization, and collective batik labeling. This recommendation is also proposed considering the government`s ineffective policy on Batikmark. This research will take samples of Batik SMEs in several areas, namely Yogyakarta, Pekalongan, Solo, and Jakarta. Those areas have been recalled as some of the centers for Batik production and trading activities. This research is conducted through combining the quantitative and qualitative-empirical methods. Data are collected through literature studies, interviews, as well as questionnaires, including site visits and discussions with the SMEs in those areas."

"The word "ambidexterity" can be interpreted as the capability of an organization that simultaneously implement innovation activities both in exploratory and exploitative manner. The organization that implement these two types of innovation activity is called ambidextrous organization. In general, the studies on ambidextrous organization in the past mainly focused on structural ambidexterity whereas studies on contextual ambidexterity still got less attention. The contextual ambidexterity can be achieved through the provision of context that allow employees to implement both activities on exploration and exploitation. The Depok City in West Java was one of the municipalities that see a growing number of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). According to a data from the Depok Agency for Markets, Cooperatives and SMEs, the total number of SMEs was 2,400 units, consisting of 2,352 smaller merchants and 48 medium enterprises. The aim of this research paper was to elaborate on how far the SMEs in Depok could adopt the study of contextual ambidexterity. The research itself utilized qualitative approach with mixed methods research as its methodology by the use of questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The questionnaires were distributed to the owners of SMEs with purposive sampling technique whereas in-depth interviews were conducted on SME actors. The measurement on contextual ambidexterity was conducted with the instrument that was developed by Ghosbal and Bartlett (in Birkinshaw and Gibson, 2004). The research results indicated the capability of an organization to innovate was created through the context of organization in the form of performance management and social support. The designs of both performance management and social support from the organization could provide the context that would support the employees to perform innovative acts both in exploitative and exploratory sense.

Ambidexterity dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan organisasi yang secara simultan melaksanakan aktivitas inovasi baik secara eksploratif maupun eksploitatif. Organisasi yang melakukan kedua jenis aktivitas inovasi ini disebut ambidextrous organization. Umumnya kajian ambidextrous organization lebih banyak berfokus pada structural ambidexterity sedangkan penelitian yang mengkaji contextual ambidexterity masih kurang mendapat perhatian. Contextual ambidexterity dapat dicapai melalui penyediaan konteks yang dapat memberikan ruang bagi karyawan untuk melaksanakan aktivitas eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Kota Depok merupakan salah satu kota dengan jumlah UMKM yang semakin berkembang. Berdasarkan data Dinas Pasar, Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Depok, jumlah UMKM di Depok adalah 2.400 unit, yang terdiri dari 2.352 pedagang kecil dan 48 usaha menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi tentang sejauh mana Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di kota Depok dapat mengadopsi pembelajaran contextual ambidexterity. Penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian berupa mix methode dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Kuesioner diberikan kepada pemilik UMKM dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sementara wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap pemilik UMKM. Pengukuran atas contextual ambidexterity menggunakan instrumen yang dikemukakan oleh Ghosbal dan Bartlett (dalam Birkinshaw dan Gibson, 2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas organisasi di dalam berinovasi tercipta melalui konteks organisasi berupa manajemen kinerja dan dukungan sosial. Disain manajemen kinerja dan dukungan sosial dari organisasi menyediakan konteks yang dapat mendukung karyawan untuk berperilaku inovatif baik secara eksploitatif maupun eksploratif."

"Improvimg of SMEs performance need good management system. The purpose of this research is analyze the factors influencing the performance of SMEs and to determine whether the variables of innovation, environmental hostility and firm size affect to process improvements. A survey was conducted in Purbalingga regency by purposive sampling technique. The samples that are used to data analysing are 110 small medium enterprises. Partial Least Squares method was used to examine 6 (six) research hypotheses. Research instrument validity was measured by convergent validity and discriminant validity. Instrument reliability was measured by conbach's alpha and composite reliability. The result shows that innovation and firm size positively effect to process improvement. Process improvement has a positive effect on firm's growth. "

"Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Namun karena masalah administrasi, UMKM kesulitan untuk mendapatkan akses pembiayaan dengan cara konvensional, seperti pinjaman bank. Untuk itu, Fintech Peer-to-Peer Lending hadir sebagai alternatif baru bagi UMKM untuk mengakses pembiayaan. Dengan demikian, perlu untuk menganalisis peraturan dan implementasi Peer-to-Peer Lending untuk pembiayaan UMKM di Indonesia. Skripsi ini memiliki dua rumusan permasalahan yaitu 1) bagaimana regulasi Peer-to-Peer Lending untuk pembiayaan UMKM?  dan 2) bagaimana implementasi Peer-to-Peer Lending untuk pembiayaan UMKM dan kesesuaiannya terhadap regulasi Peer-to-Peer Lending Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peer-to-Peer Lending untuk pembiayaan UMKM diatur berdasarkan POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Sayangnya, peraturan tersebut ternyata belum cukup mampu  mengakomodasi pembiayaan untuk sektor produktif atau UMKM secara optimal. Terlepas dari itu, sebagai salah satu Penyedia Peer-to-Peer Lending yang memberikan pembiayaan untuk UMKM, PT Akseleran Keuangan Inklusif Indonesia telah berhasil melaksanakan kewajibannya untuk memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana termuat dalam POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016. Dalam rangka mendukung akses pendanaan bagi UMKM melalui layanan Peer-to-Peer Lending, OJK diharapkan dapat memperbaiki peraturan tersebut sehingga dapat mempercepat literasi dan inklusi keuangan. Selain itu, pemerintah Indonesia disarankan agar mempercepat pengesahan RUU tentang Teknologi Finansial agar menjamin kepastian hukum para pihak dalam Peer-to-Peer Lending.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has an important role in the economy of a country, including in Indonesia. Due to administrative issues, they fail to gain access to finance by conventional means, such as bank loans. For this reason, Peer-to-Peer Lending exist as an important alternative for MSMEs to access funds. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the regulation and implementation of Peer-to-Peer Lending in Indonesia. This thesis has two research questions namely 1) how are the regulations on Peer-to-Peer Lending Service for MSMEs financing? and 2) how are the implementation of Peer-to-Peer Lending for MSMEs financing and its compliance to Peer-to-Peer Lending regulations? This thesis is a normative legal research. This study shows that Peer-to-Peer Lending for MSMEs financing is regulated under POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 on Information Technology-Based Lending Service. Unfortunately, the regulation is not considered sufficient to accommodate financing for the productive sector or MSMEs. Regardless, as one of the Provider of Peer-to-Peer Lending who provide financing for MSMEs, PT Akseleran Keuangan Inklusif Indonesia has succeeded in carrying out its obligations to fulfil the provisions as stated in POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016. In order to better support access to funding for MSMEs by Peer-to-Peer Lending, OJK is expected to be able to improve the regulations so as to accelerate financial literacy and inclusion. In addition, the Indonesian government is suggested to accelerate the validation of the Bill on Financial Technology in order to ensure legal certainty for the parties in Peer-to-Peer Lending."

"Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu kekuatan pendorong terdepan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Namun dalam prakteknya, sektor UMKM sangat sulit mendapatkan akses permodalan dari Bank, dikarenakan para pengusaha kecil yang tersebar di daerah pedesaan dan merupakan daerah-daerah terpencil umumnya hanya memiliki tanah yang belum Bersertipikat untuk dijadikan jaminan, di lain pihak prosedur mengikatan tanah yang belum bersertipikat dengan Lembaga Hak Tanggungan memerlukan proses yang lama dan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Untuk itu PT. Bank X membuat suatu kebijakan menerima pemberian kredit UMKM dengan jaminan berupa tanah yang hanya dilengkapi dengan Surat Keterangan Ganti Rugi (SKGR) untuk nilai plafon kredit tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dan upaya PT. Bank X untuk mengatasi kredit bermasalah dalam penyaluran kredit UMKM dengan jaminan berupa tanah yang belum bersertipikat tersebut. Penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif.
Dari penelitian disimpulkan penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian oleh PT. Bank X dalam pemberian kredit UMKM berupa pembentukan divisi khusus yang menangani pelaksanaan pemberian kredit UMKM, melakukan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan pemberian kredit dan membuat Surat Kuasa Menjual (SKM) dibawah tangan dalam pengikatan agunan dengan SKGR Tanah. Penyelamatan kredit bermasalah dilakukan dengan penjadwalan kembali, persyaratan kembali, penataan kembali. Apabila upaya penyelamatan kredit tersebut tidak memberikan hasil atau tidak ada itikad baik dari debitor untuk menyelesaikan kreditnya, maka akan dilakukan eksekusi terhadap obyek jaminan dengan cara penjualan langsung dibawah tangan, dalam hal ini penjualan dilakukan berdasarkan surat kuasa menjual.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the leading driving force in economic development. However, in practice, the SME sector is very difficult to get access to capital from the Bank, because small businesses are scattered in rural and remote areas is generally only have land that has not been certified to be used as collateral, on the other hand procedures that have not been certified by the Lien Guarantee institutions require a long process and almost costly. Therefore, PT. Bank X makes a policy of SMEs receiving loans with collateral such as land that only comes with a Certificate of Indemnity (SKGR) for the value of certain credit limit. This study aims to determine the application of the precautionary principle and attempts PT. Bank X to address the non-performing loans in the SME lending with collateral in the form of the land that has not been certified. Research analyzed using descriptive analytical approach normatif juridical.
Of the study concluded application of the principle of prudence by PT. Bank X in MSME lending in the form of the establishment of a special division that handles the implementation of SME lending, monitoring the implementation of the provision of credit and make a Power of Attorney to Sell (SKM) under arms in the binding of collateral with SKGR Land. The rescue of problem loans is generally done by rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring. If the credit rescue efforts did not provide results or no good faith of the debtor to settle the credit, it will be executed against the security object by way of direct sales under the arms, in which case the sale was based on a power of attorney to sell.

"This paper reveals that West Sumatera banking sector are more likely using the availability of collateral for the credit to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME). Using 384 sample size from MSME in West Sumatera, if a MSME have enough collateral, the probability of their credit application to be rejected by banks will fall from 59.9% to 11.7% comparing to they don?t have enough collateral. This finding proved a credit guarantee scheme is needed, and for the further study it is recommended to conduct research on the characteristic of the potentials of MSME as a credit scoring model for banks.
Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perbankan di Sumatera Barat cenderung untuk menggunakan jaminan yang cukup sebagai dasar penolakan dan pemberian kredit yang diajukan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Menggunakan data hasil survei dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 384 UMKM di Sumatera Barat, penulis menemukan bahwa peluang sebuah aplikasi kredit yang diajukan UMKM ditolak akan berkurang dari 59,9% menjadi 11,7% jika UMKM tersebut memiliki jaminan yang cukup. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya sistem penjaminan kredit untuk UMKM dan sekaligus
merekomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengindentifikasi karakteristik UMKM yang memiliki potensi yang baik dan pembuatan model kredit scoring."

"Tesis ini membahas business coaching mengenai penerapan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dari UMKM Bengkel Trijaya Ban. Masalah yang diangkat pada tesis ini lebih kepada masalah yang dihadapi oleh Bengkel Trijaya Ban yang belum mempunyai strategi promosi yang lebih dapat menjangkau target pasar yang lebih luas.
Usulan yang diajukan adalah dengan menerapkan empat strategi promosi baru yang cocok dengan kondisi Bengkel Trijaya Ban dan sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan owner dan staff bengkel Trijaya Ban demi mengetahui kekurangan dan gap di Bengkel Trijaya Ban.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi promosi yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan penjualan di Bengkel Trijaya Ban. Hasil dari implementasi promosi ini adalah agar bengkel bisa bersaing dengan para kompetitor dan meningkatkan penjualan dikala kompetisi bengkel sangat ketat.

This thesis discusses the business coaching on the implementation of promotion strategy to increase sales of SME Trijaya Tires Workshop. The problem raised in this thesis is more to the problems faced by Bengkel Trijaya Ban who do not have a promotional strategy that is more able to reach the broader target market.
The proposed proposal is to apply four new promotional strategies that match the condition of Trijaya Ban Workshop and in accordance with the progress of the times. The method used in this research is an interview with the owner and staff of Trijaya Ban workshop in order to know the shortcomings and gaps in Trijaya Tires Workshop.
The conclusion of this research is the implementation of appropriate promotion strategy can increase sales in Bengkel Trijaya Ban. The result of this promotional implementation is that the workshop can compete with the competitors and increase sales when the competition is very tight.

"Penguatan daya saing UMKM di Indonesia dinilai penting seiring dengan era keterbukaan persaingan global dengan berlakunya masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN tahun 2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa model dan strategi penguatan daya saing internasional UMKM dengan potensi ekonomi local berdasarkan pendekatan LEDI - 9F. Penelitian in menggunakan penedekatan analisis isi dan analytic networking process (ANP).
