"Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang properti perlu memahami hal-hal yang mempengaruhi kelayakan bisnis didasarkan pada proses bisnis investasi. Salah satu proses yang mempengaruhi kinerja kelayakan investasi adalah market research. Studi kasus yang akan digunakan adalah gedung kantor X. Proyek tersebut memiliki kendala seperti: mengalami keterlambatan, pendanaan proyek dari market tidak sesuai dengan rencana, dan volume penjualan tidak mencapai target.
Metodologi yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan AHP untuk mencari faktor-faktor dominan, melakukan analisa korelasi, regresi, optimasi dan simulasi cash flow. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja kelayakan investasi properti, yaitu: tingkat okupansi jual, tingkat okupansi sewa, dan analisa perkiraan harga sewa/jual.
A company which engaged in business of property should understand the issues that affect the feasibility of the business. One of the important process is market research. Case studies that will be used is X office building. The project has problems such as the source of funding for the project funding from the market is not in accordance with the plan, and the volume of sales does not reach the target.The methodology used in this research is the analysis of the hierarchy using the AHP to seek the dominant factors, correlation, regression analysis, optimation, and cash flow simulation. There are three factors that affect the performance of investment properties, namely: level occupancy sell, rent occupancy level, and analysis of the estimated cost to rent / sell."

"Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran merupakan rumah sakit baru yang dibangunpada tahun 2016 dan merupakan bagian dari Hermina Hospital Group yang saatini merubah status dari rumah sakit ibu dan anak menjadi rumah sakit umum.Gedung yang baru, lokasi, status yang baru memerlukanstrategi pemasaran untukmerubah image masyarakat dan memasarkan rumah sakit sebagaiRumah SakitUmum Hermina Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatifdeskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data kunjungan pasien dari Januari ndash; Maret 2018 dan observasi fasilitas kesehatan yang ada untuk menganalisa karakteristik pasien dan kebutuhan pasien untuk sebagai riset pasar untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pasien merupakan perempuan dan anak usia 4-15 tahun dan tingginya angka batal berobat. Dari hasil ini, telah ditetapkan strategi pemasaran yangberorientasi untuk menarik konsumen yang lebih bervariasi dan dapat bersaingdengan kompetitor. Evaluasi kepuasan pasien dan keluhan pasien dilakukan untukumpan balik pelayanan kesehatan.Kata kunci: strategi pemasaran, riset pasar, RS Hermina Kemayoran
Hermina Kemayoran Hospital is a new hospital built in 2016 and is a part ofHermina Hospital Group, a hospital group that has changed its status from amother and child hospital to a general hospital. A new hospital, location, andstatus needs a marketing strategy to change the public rsquo s perception and to marketthis new hospital as a general hospital. This research uses the analyticaldescriptive quantitative method using secondary data and observation of availablefacilities in the hospital to analise patient characteristics and needs as a form ofmarket research to formulate a marketing strategy for this hospital. The resultsshow that most patients were 4 15 years old children and women with a highnumber of patients cancelling. From this result, the marketing strategy is orientedto attract more variations of costumers and to compete with the competitors.Evaluation of patients rsquo satisfaction level and complaints should be done forhospital services feedback.Key words marketing strategy, market research, Hermina Kemayoran Hospital"

Business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia made PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. as the largest pharmaceutical company in Indonesia are required to continue to develop themselves by creating innovative products with the best quality for consumers. In its implementation, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk has a Corporate Business Development CBD division. This division plays a role in the upstream process leading to downstream process of products developed at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. Competent human resources in the health sector are the key components in Kalbe Farma CBD, where one of them is Pharmacy. Members of Corporate Business Development are required to have deep analytical and knowledge capabilities in the emerging field of healthcare business, able to analyze and develop an idea into the finished products. These competencies are important to be possessed by prospective pharmacists. To provide an overview of Kalbe Farma 39 s CBD works, a specific assignment entitled of Essential Oil Market Analysis was given. Essential oil markets are studied strategically with external analysis and internal analysis to determine their feasibility to be developed as the finished product. Based on external and internal analyzes, essential oils deserved to be developed into finished products due to their various advantages as health products and the magnitude of opportunities for this market. "

"Product packaging is not only used as a product container, but also used as a means of marketing by companies, particularly by those involved in consumer goods. Yogurt products are predicted to experience expansion in the Indonesian market. In this study, the authors analyzed the implementation of cognitive-based design in developing yogurt product packaging to increase consumers’ willingness to buy the product. This study was divided into two phases: initial research and primary research. Initial research pursued six levels of color scheme and font factors and then narrowed down the results into the two best options that would later be combined with the primary research that analysed the shape factors. Research methods used in the initial study were the Eye-Tracking method and the ‘Retrospective-Think-Aloud’ (RTA) method. Preliminary results showed that ‘Fineliner’ and ‘Bodoni’ font type along with ‘Analogue’ and ‘Tetradic’ color schemes are judged to be the best combination and thus, these results would be combined in the main study with the shape factor. Conjoint Analysis methods were used in the main study. The main results of the research study showed a preference from Indonesian consumers for yogurt product packaging with the ‘Fineline’ font type with its rounded shape and an ‘Analogue’ color scheme."

"This edited volume brings together some of the best papers from the 2022 Conference on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), held at the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, Romania. The volume seeks to expand the current research on PLS-SEM and promote the method’s application in the scientific community. It gathers research from scholars in many different fields who work on the advancement of PLS-SEM and who apply the method to explain and predict behavioral phenomena.
Researchers today can draw on a wide array of different PLS-SEM-based algorithms, complementary methods, and model evaluation metrics. Tying in with these developments, the first part of this book documents methodological advances of PLS-SEM, which extend the researchers’ current toolbox of methods. The following parts demonstrate state-of-the-art applications of PLS-SEM in various fields such as consumer behavior, hospitality, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. Special emphasis is placed on studies that apply complementary methods to offer a more nuanced analysis of the research questions."

"Pelatihan Excellence Service Quality for Supervisor (ESQS) di Bank X adalah salah satu pelatihan service yang menjadi ujung tombak pelayanan nasabah di Bank X. Melalui pelatihan ini Supervisor yang menjabat sebagai Sales officer dan Service Officer atau Kiosk Manager diharapkan mampu menunjukkan perilaku pelayanan yang tnemuaskan nasabah dan mampu berperan sebagai role model bagi bawahan (frontliners), sehingga nasabah semakin puas dan posisi Bank X pada survei MRI tahun 2006 dapat meningkat menjadi peringkat 1 atau maksimal 3 besar.
Menurut teori Jack J. Phillips, evaluasi pelatihan ESQS ini baru sebatas level 1 (Reaction and Planned Action) dan level 2 (Learning). Kedua evaluasi ini masih dinilai kurang memuaskan karena belum terlihat perubahan perilaku yang diharapkan dari peserta. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelatihan selanjutnva yakni evaluasi pelatihan level 3 (job application implementation). Evaluasi level 3 pada pelatihan-pelatihan lain di Bank X biasanya menggunakan I orang rater.
Evaluasi oleh 1 orang rater cenderung subjektif, karena memungkinkan munculnya isu-isu like and dislike. Berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi di Bank X, maka Penulis mengusulkan suatu rancangan program evaluasi pelatihan level 3 sesuai teori Jack P. Phillips (fob application implementation) ditambah dengan penerapan kuesioner menggunakan 360° Feedback, yang diharapkan mampu memberikan penilaian yang lebih komprehensif, obyektif, dan "kaya"."
