"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari sistem akuntabilitas kinerja aparatur pemerintah yang telah dikelola oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi selama kurun waktu yang cukup lama. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah konten analisis disebabkan penulis berfokus pada metode kualitatif yang berusaha mendapatkan fakta-fakta serta fenomena yang tidak dapat diceritakan menggunakan statistika. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah beberapa kesimpulan yang pada intinya mengungkapkan bahwa sistem akuntabilitas aparatur negara dan reformasi birokrasi dapat melibatkan berbagai pihak dengan lebih masif dan kolaboratif, sebab kinerja pemerintahan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama tidak hanya para petinggi aparatur, pegawai, bahkan masyarakat Indonesia itu sendiri. Dikarenakan penelitian ini merupakan sebuah kesatuan dalam program magang, penulis berpendapat penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dalam format yang lebih dalam dan diteruskan untuk lebih mendalami bagaimana dampak yang berhasil dibuat oleh implementasi sistem akuntabilitas aparatur pemerintahan.

This study aims to determine the impact of the accountability system on the performance of government apparatuses that have been managed by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Reform for a considerable period of time. The research method used is content analysis because the author focuses on qualitative methods that try to get facts and phenomena that cannot be told using statistics.

The results of this study are some conclusions which basically reveal that the system of accountability of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform can involve various parties more massively and collaboratively, because government performance is a shared responsibility not only officials of officials, employees, and even the Indonesian community itself.

Because this research is an integral part of the apprenticeship program, the authors argue that this research can be continued in a deeper format and continued to explore more about the impact that was successfully made by the implementation of the accountability system of government officials."
