"Penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) di dalam sebuah organisasi harus bisa memberikan pengaruh yang positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengaruh TI terhadap knowledge management (KM) dan kinerja proyek, dengan menguji secara empiris pengaruh TI terhadap KM, pengaruh KM terhadap kinerja proyek, dan pengaruh TI terhadap kinerja proyek.Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan tipe penelitian berupa studi kasus pada PTXYZ. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang TI, dimana operasional bisnisnya berbasis proyek dan memiliki dukungan TI yang sudah terintegrasi. Kuisioner dalam penelitian ini diukur berbasis proyek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling, dimana 100 sampel proyek akan diambil secara acak dari populasi proyek-proyek di PT XYZ yang dikelola oleh Project Management Office (PMO) selama tahun 2011-2012. Kuisioner tersebut ditujukan untuk 100 proyek dan diberikan kepada semua project manager (PM) yang bekerja di lingkungan PT XYZ dan terlibat dalam proyek-proyek di tahun 2011-2012. Masing-masing PM dapat mengisi lebih dari satu kuisioner sesuai dengan proyek yang ditanganinya pada rentang waktu tersebut. Hasil pengembalian kuisioner adalah sebanyak 84 proyek. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa data adalah Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah TI berpengaruh postif terhadap tingkat penerapan KM dan kinerja proyek di PT XYZ. Sebaliknya, KM tidak berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja proyek di PT XYZ.

Application of information technology (IT) within an organization should have positive impacts. This research was conducted to gain a deeper understanding and investigate the impacts of IT on knowledge management (KM) and project performance by examine empirically the impacts of IT on KM, the impacts of KM on project performance, and the impact of IT on project performance.

This paper presents a case study of projects? level of KM and projects performance, focuses on the XYZ Company. PT XYZ is a major player in the IT industry, which have business operation based on project and haveintegrated IT systems. The questionnaire in this research was measured based on project. 100 project samples was drawn at random from the population. The population in this research refer to all projects in PT XYZ that was managed by the Project Management Office (PMO) in 2011-2012. The questionnaire is intended for 100 projects and given to all project manager (PM) who worked in PT XYZ and was involved in the projects in 2011-2012. Each PM can fill more than one questionnaire in accordance with the project that he managed. The number of returned questionnaire was 84 projects. The partial least square (PLS) approach was used to analyze data and validate the research model.

The findings indicate that levels of IT application are positively associated with projects? level of KM and project performance. Conversely, KM has no effect on project performance at PT XYZ."

"ABSTRAKManajemen proyek semakin dikenal dan banyak digunakan oleh berbagai organisasi untuk memperoleh keuntungan kompetitif. Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh Standish Group International mengenai Teknologi Informasi TI dan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, di tahun 2015 hanya 29 proyek berakhir dengan kesuksesan dan sisanya 71 dikategorikan gagal. Faktor keahlian manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu faktor kesuksesan pelaksanaan proyek. Pada faktor tersebut, manajer proyek yang baik, mampu menunjukkan kepemimpinan dengan tetap mempertahankan tujuan utama. Proyek akan gagal jika manajer proyek tidak memiliki kepemimpinan. Ketidakberhasilan penerapan kepemimpinan pada tingkat dunia menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Hal ini dilakukan agar para manajer proyek TI di Indonesia memiliki kesiapan dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan yang efektif.Data yang terkumpul melalui survei sebanyak 85 responden yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS-SEM . Metode ini digunakan karena tidak membutuhkan ukuran sampel yang besar dan model penelitian yang bersifat eksplorasi. Para responden yang dipilih dari survei adalah praktisi yang memiliki pengalaman manajemen proyek TI di Indonesia, yaitu manajer proyek dan anggotanya.Penelitian ini menghasilkan 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan efektifitas kepemimpinan di Indonesia antara lain Idealized Influence dan Inspirational Motivation. Faktor-faktor ini berasal dari gaya kepemimpinan transformational. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan tersebut masih memiliki peran penting untuk dimiliki manajer proyek TI di Indonesia.

ABSTRACTProject management is recognized and widely used by organizations to gain competitive advantage. According to a survey conducted by Standish Group International on Information Technology IT and software development projects, by 2015 only 29 of projects ended with success and the remaining 71 were categorized as failures. The project management expertise factor is one of the success factors of project implementation. On these factors, good project managers, able to demonstrate leadership while maintaining the ultimate goal. The project will fail if the project manager does not have leadership. The failure to apply leadership at the world level is the basis of this research. The implementations of this research for the project manager in Indonesia have the readiness to run effective leadership.Data collected through a survey of 85 respondents who processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS SEM . This method is used because it does not require large sample size and exploratory research model. The respondents selected from the survey are practitioners who have IT project management experience in Indonesia, ie project managers and their members.This research produces two factors that influence the implementation of leadership effectiveness in Indonesia such as Idealized Influence and Inspirational Motivation. These factors are derived from transformational leadership styles. It can be concluded that the leadership still has an important role for IT project managers in Indonesia."

"Proyek pembangunan Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) banyak mengalami perpanjangan waktu (time overrun) yang disebabkan karena pengelolaan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder management) belum dilakukan dengan baik. Pemangku kepentingan sebagai pihak berkepentingan merupakan elemen penting untuk dikelola. Pada penelitian ini, kepentingan setiap stakeholder internal dan eksternal disurvey untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan masing-masing stakeholder yang berpengaruh guna peningkatan kinerja waktu pada pembangunan RPTRA. Hasil survey tersebut dianalisa menggunakan software Structural Equation Modelling (Smart PLS 3.0) untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengembangan peran dan tanggung jawab pemangku kepentingan berupa diagram alir komunikasi (flow communication) yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja waktu berdasarkan PMBOK.

The Development of Integrated Child-Friendly Public Space (RPTRA) had experienced a lot of time overrun caused by poor management of the stakeholders. Stakeholders are the important elements to manage. In this research, surveys are conducted on the interests of internal and external stakeholder are identified in order to improve the time performance in the development of RPTRA. The identifications key based on the survey result were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (Smart PLS 3.0) software on development of roles and responsibilities among stakeholders subsequently in the form of communication flow that can improve the time performance based on PMBOK."

"Investasi dibidang TI cenderung mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan kebutuhan akan teknologi dan informasi yang kian meningkat. Dalam era teknologi dan informasi saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan maupun produknya. Dan TI merupakan alat strategis untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja suatu perusahaan. Sehingga tak heran investasi yang dikeluarkan untuk TI tidaklah sedikit. Dan diharapkan investasi yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan jalan pengelolaan sumber daya TI yang optimal. Untuk itu penelitian ini di tujukan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keefektivan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya TI dan sesuai dengan tujuan strategis dari perusahaan, khususnya untuk perusahaan yang berbasiskan proyek yang bergerak di bidang EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction). Hal tersebut akan di lakukan dengan cara menganalisa dan merancang struktur IT Governance yang sesuai dengan karakteristik proyek-proyek EPC. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam rancangan IT Governance tersebut akan menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kerangka kerja yang berorientasi proyek; PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) dan pendekatan kerangka kerja yang menjadi standar industri; COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology). Kedua pendekatan yang berbeda tersebut dapat saling melengkapi dalam menganalisa dan merancang IT Governance suatu perusahaan yang berorientasi proyek. IT Governance yang dirancang dengan pendekatan kerangka kerja COBIT dan PMBOK ini memberikan arahan dan langkah-langkah yang cukup jelas dalam merealisasikan fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan sumber daya TI. Hal tersebut tertuang dalam bentuk aktifitas yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi dalam mengelola fungsi dan sumber daya TI. Begitu pula dengan tindakan-tindakan yang bersifat pemantauan (monitoring) untuk melakukan kontrol terhadap proses-proses TI yang telah diterapkan dengan menetapkan tingkat maturitas yang diinginkan, CSF (Critical Success Factors), KPI (Key Performance Indicators) dan KGI (Key Goal Indicators).

Investment in IT sector tends to increase following the increasing needs on technology and information system. On the era of technology and information, the company is required to improve both service quality and product performance. IT is a strategic tool that could improve the company performance. Therefore a company may invest a lot of money for its IT sector which in return the investment could improve company?s performance with optimum IT resources management. Research is done for the company for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness on managing the IT resource that suitable with a company's strategic vision, especially the one which based on Engineering Procurement and Construction Project. The research will be done by analyzing and designing the IT Governance which is suitable with the EPC project characteristics. There are two approaches used to design IT Governance. First, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and the other one is COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology). Those two different approaches could complete to each other both the analysis and design of IT Governance of a company with project orientation IT Governance, which is designed by using both COBIT and PMBOK approaches, gives guidelines in managing the IT resource. Those guidelines are based on activities that organization can maintain. And also monitoring activities to control implemented IT processes such as level of maturity, CSF (Critical Success Factors), KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and KGI (Key Goal Indicators)."

XYZ dengan menggunakanstrategi optimalisasi fungsi manajemen pengetahuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasilpengukuran atas knowledge management maturity level perusahaan, disarankan agarperusahaan meningkatkan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang telah berjalan saat ini,khususnya pada aspek people melalui pelaksanaan pengembangan kepemimpinan paramanajer lini. Dalam tesis ini juga disusun sejumlah rekomendasi intervensi yang dapatdilakukan untuk meningkatkan awareness dan komitmen para manajer lini agar dapatterlibat secara aktif dalam pengelolaan manajemen pengetahuan di perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the procurement project for efficient and effective supply chain management is based on the implementation of the project UTHO and effort to produce cost optimization in project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary data observations and interviews and secondary data on the implementation of project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project ABC UTHO, for further analysis.

The analysis and discussion shows that the factors that influence the procurement project at UTHO Project PT. ABC is a consequence of the use of advanced types of efficient supply chain in UTHO Project PT. ABC. While the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC as a condition that mostly require the innovation process from UTHO Project PT. ABC and effort that can be done to produce the project procurement cost optimization in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC is to implement strategies that fully into account the general description of the company, general information UTHO Project, factors affecting the project procurement in supply chain management, as well as the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC."

"Pada tahun-tahun terakhir ini, banyak perusahaan telah memberi perhatian pada Quality Management, karena pelanggan lebih menyukai barang dan jasa yang berkualitas tinggi dengan harga yang wajar. Salah satu aspek dari quality management tersebut adalah Cost Of Quality, yang terdiri dari empat kategori yaitu prevention cost, dan appraisal cost sebagai biaya yang berkaitan dengan usaha menghasilkan kualitas baik serta internal failure cost dan external failure cost sebagai biaya akibat kualitas yang tidak baik. Sementara dalam literatur dapat diperoleh data-data tentang cost of quality dari perusahaan industri manufaktur, Minn ini akan menyajikan sistem perhitungan serta hasil perhitungan berupa nilai cost of quality dari proyek konstruksi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui nilai cost of quality pada kegiatan proyek konstruksi, yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis dan disimpulkan, sehingga dapat memberi kontribusi bagi kalangan akademis berupa sumbangan informasi tentang praktek manajemen kualitas serta bermanfaat bagi praictisi jasa konstruksi dalam usaha membangun dan mengembangkan sistem cost of quality khususnya pada proyek konstruksi. Untuk maksud tersebut, penulis telah melakukan studi kasus pada dua puluh dua proyek bangunan gedung yang telah diselesaikan oleh kontraktor pads kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah dimulai dengan pengembangan teori, pemilihan kasus, kemudian membuat desain penelitian, selanjutnya pelaksanaan studi kasus sampai menghasilkan nilai cost of quality yang dilengkapi dengan analisis dan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari studi kasus ini antara lain adalah : - Sistem cost of quality dapat diterapkan pada proyek konstruksi- Total cost of quality dan proyek-proyek yang diamati adalah sebesar 2.19% dari total biaya penjualan atau sebesar 1.92% dari total penjualan. - Internal failure dan external failure cost merupakan kategori cost of quality yang dominan.

In recent years organizations have been focusing much attention on quality management, because the customers are prefer products or services with a high quality and reasonable price. One aspect of quality management is cost of quality, which are divided into four categories: prevention cost and appraisal cost are costs associated with improving quality, while internal failure cost and external failure cost result from poor quality.

Meanwhile from the literature we could get the data of cost of quality from manufacture industry, the study will provide a calculation system and resulting in the form of construction project's cost of quality. The main purpose of this study is to know whether the cost of quality system could be apply in the construction project as well as to calculate the value of cost of quality, with than will be analyzed, and concluded, so that it could give contribution for the academic society in form of information about practical quality management as well as it will be useful to construction industry practitioner, in their pursuit of developing cost of quality system in construction project.

For that reason, author has conducted a ease study on 22 construction projects which have been completed by the contractor in the last one year. The methodology that was used referred to theory written by Robert K. Yin , starting with theory development, selecting the case, designing data collection, conducting case study until it result in the value of cost of quality, including the analyses and conclusion.

The conclusion of the case study can be summarized as follows:

1. The cost of quality system can be implemented in construction project.

2. The total cost of quality is 2.19% from sales cost or 1.92% from total sales.

3. Internal failure and external failure cost are two dominant categories cost of quality."
