Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan aset tetap pada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta berdasarkan siklus hidup aset dengan pendekatan Total Asset Management TAM agar mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara ekonomis, efisien, dan efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris apakah manajemen aset berpengaruh terhadap performa aset negara. Indikator asset life cycle management (ALCM) digunakan untuk mengestimasi parameter manajemen aset sebagai variabel prediktor terhadap variabel respon berupa performa aset negara.
