ABSTRACT
The study investigated the soxhlet extraction of Leum Pua rice bran oil (Oryza sativa L.) using 12 hours of extraction time, with comparison of product with hexane and ethanol as solvent. The chemical properties and gamma-oryzanol content in the rice bran oil were investigated.
