"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini berisi analisis atas prosedur pengadaan jasa konsultansi pada Biro Hukum Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum. Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 07/PRT/M/2011 tentang Standar dan Pedoman Pengadaan Pekerjaan Konstruksi dan Jasa Konsultansi telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah. Prinsip-prinsip dalam pengadaan barang/jasa adalah efisien, efektif, transparan, terbuka, bersaing, adil/tidak diskriminatif dan akuntabel. Beberapa kendala dalam pengadaan barang/jasa adalah jumlah peserta pendaftar tidak memenuhi target, jumlah Pokja yang terbatas, tidak terdapatnya bank data penyedia barang/jasa. Namun, penulis melihat pada prosesnya ini telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada.

ABSTRACTFocus of this study is an analysis of the procurement procedure of consultancy services to the Legal Bureau of the Ministry of Public Works. Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 07/PRT/M/2011 on Standards and Guidelines for Procurement of Construction Works and Consultancy Services in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 54 Year 2010 on the Procurement of Goods / Services. The principles in the procurement of goods / services are efficient, effective, transparent, open, competitive, fair / non-discriminatory and accountable. Some constraints in the procurement of goods / services is the number of participants applicant does not meet the target, the limited number of working groups, the absence of a data bank of goods / services. However, the authors look at this process in accordance with established procedures."

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai evaluasi atas pelaksanaan benchmarking pada Konsultan BBB sebagai bagian dari proses pembentukan laporan kajian kelayakan rencana pendirian off-shore investment holding oleh PT AAA. Cakupan pembahasan meliputi konsep umum benchmarking dan tahapan pelaksanaan benchmarking itu sendiri. Evaluasi atas pelaksanaan benchmarking dilakukan dengan membandingkan praktik riil benchmarking dengan teori benchmarking sesuai dengan yang dipaparkan oleh Stapenhurst (2009) dan Sekhar (2010). Setelah dilakukan analisa, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan benchmarking pada Konsultan BBB kurang memadai karena beberapa standar pelaksanaan benchmarking tidak dilakukan. Hasil analisa ini menyarankan Konsultan BBB untuk melakukan perbaikan terhadap proses kerja internal tim agar kedepannya pelaksanaan benchmarking dapat dilakukan dengan lebih maksimal. Penulis juga melakukan refleksi diri dimana penulis mengevaluasi beberapa pengalaman negatif dan menemukan bahwa penyebabnya banyak berasal dari internal diri penulis seperti sifat perfeksionis, tingkat fleksibilitas kognitif yang kurang memadai, dan pribadi penulis yang ekstrovert.

This internship report discusses the evaluation of the implementation of benchmarking at BBB Consultants as part of the process of forming a feasibility study report on the plan to establish an off-shore investment holding by PT AAA. The scope of the discussion includes the general concept of benchmarking and the stages of benchmarking itself. Evaluation of the implementation of benchmarking is carried out by comparing the real practice of benchmarking with benchmarking theory as described by Stapenhurst (2009) and Sekhar (2010). After analyzing, the results show that benchmarking activities at BBB Consultants are inadequate because several benchmarking standards are not implemented. The results of this analysis suggest BBB Consultants to make improvements to the team's internal work processes so that in the future the benchmarking implementation can be carried out more optimally. The author also conducted selfreflection where the author evaluated some negative experiences and found that many of the causes came from the writer's internal nature such as perfectionism, inadequate cognitive flexibility, and the author's extroverted personality.e.

"Thalasemia bergantung transfusi merupakan penyakit keturunan yang disebabkan karena gangguan sintesis rantai globin. Pasien dengan thalsemia bergantung transfusi membutuhkan trnsfusi rutin dan terapi kelasi besi. Thalasemia bergantung transfusi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi fisik ataupun emosional salah satunya stres. Stres dapat membuat kualitas hidup anak menurun, Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menguji efektivitas konsultasi keperawatan terhadap penurunan stres pada anak dengan talasemia bergantung transfusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah Randomized Clinical Trial (RCT). Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 36 anak dengan thalasemia bergantung transfusi berusia 10-18 tahun di Rumah Sakit Primaya Bekasi Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perbedaan rata-rata 2.47±1.87 dengan nilai p = 0.000. Konsultasi keperawatan efektif dalam menurunkan nilai stres pada anak dengan thalasemia bergantung transfusi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk rumah sakit agar memberikan konsultasi keperawatan sebagai salah satu intervensi pada anak dengan thalasemia bergantung transfusi.

Transfusion-dependent thalassemia is a hereditary disease caused by impaired globin chain synthesis. Patients with transfusion-dependent thalassemia require routine transfusion and iron chelation therapy. Transfusion-dependent thalassemia can cause physical or emotional complications, one of which is stress. Stress can make a child's quality of life decrease, so researchers conducted a study to test the effectiveness of nursing consultation on reducing stress in children with transfusion-dependent thalassemia. The method used in writing this article is Randomized Clinical Trial (RCT). The sample from this study was 36 children with transfusion-dependent thalassemia aged 10-18 years at Primaya Hospital, West Bekasi. The results showed an average difference of 2.47±1.87 with a value of p = 0.000. Nursing consultation is effective in reducing stress values in children with transfusion-dependent thalassemia. The results of this study can be used as a reference for hospitals to provide nursing consultation as one of the interventions in children with transfusion-dependent thalassemia."

"Manajemen Proyek adalah penerapan dari pengetahuan, keahlian, alat dan teknik bagi aktifitas proyek untuk memenuhi persyaratan proyek. Manajemen Proyek dicapai melalui penerapan dan integrasi dari proses manajemen proyek yang terdiri dari inisiasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, dan penutupan. Masalah-masalah yang dapat dideskripsikan pada penelitian ini adalah mengacu pada PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) 2004, perencanaan di perusahaan konsultansi konstruksi tidak dilakukan dengan semestinya dan adanya proyek-proyek pada PT. X yang mempunyai kinerja waktu yang buruk karena pelaksanaan proyek yang di luar perencanaan. Dari masalah diatas dapat disusun pertanyaan penelitian pada penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana pengaruh proses perencanaan proyek yang mengacu pada PMBOK 2004 pada pekerjaan jasa konsultansi konstruksi terhadap kinerja waktu? Untuk memecahkan masalah, diadakan survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner, dan hasilnya akan diolah dengan analisa statistik deskriptif dan korelasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah proses perencanaan proyek pada pekerjaan jasa konsultansi konstruksi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja waktu.

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. Project management is accomplished through the application and integration of the project management processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Problem that can be described on this research are point on PMBOK ( Project Management Body of Knowledge) 2004, planning process at construction consultant company is not done properly and marks the existance projects on PT. X that have poor time performance because of poor project execution.

Of problems upon can be arranged a research question on this research, which is how is project planning influence based on PMBOK 2004 on construction consulting services to time performance? To solve problem, arranged by survey by the use of questionnaire, and it?s result will be analyze with descriptive statistical analysis and correlation by the use of SPSS program. The result that is gotten from this research is project planning process on construction consultant company has positive influence to time performance."

"ABSTRAKDi era globalisasi ini, profesionalisme tidak hanya diwajibkan pada dunia usaha saja namun juga pada jasa konsultansi yang berkaitan dengan pemerintahan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mencapai suatu hasil kerja yang baik dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditargetkan oleh penyedia jasa. Penilaian yang dilakukan dalam proses lelang melalui dokumen penawaran yang meliputi berbagai hal, yakni pengalaman perusahaan, metodologi kerja, kualifikasi tenaga ahli dan rencana anggaran biaya. Pada beberapa kasus terjadi dalam suatu pekerjaan adalah laporan hasil akhir yang tidak sesuai dengan KAK (Kerangka Acuan Kerja)yang ditawarkan oleh jasa konsultan.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas dokumen penawaran terhada kinerja mutu pada pengadaan jasa konsultansi yang dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (Dinas PU)Jakarta. Sedangkan pertanyaan utama yang dapat kita ajukan sebagai research question adalah: pertama, factor ?apa? saja dari dokumen penawaran pada pengadaan jasa konsultansi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mutu perencanaan teknis jalan Dinas PU DKI Jakarta, kedua, berapa besar pengaruh factor tersebut terhadap kinerja mutu perencanaan teknis jalan Dinas PU DKI Jakarta??. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian untuk menjawab research question adalah dengan pendekatan survai.Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah kinerja mutu perencanaan teknis jalan dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan orang bulan, perhitungan teknis yang tepat dan sesuai, gambar kerja yang tidak sesuai, pengenalan kondisi setempat, ringkasan biaya yang diusulkan. Model yang diperoleh pada penelitian yaitu model hubungan antara variabel bebas, Kualitas Dokumen Penawaran dengan variabel terikat, Kinerja Mutu Perencanaan Teknis Jalan Dinas PU DKI Jakarta.

"The research aims to describe the public consultation process in the arrangement of distric regulation No. 15/2008 concerning the retribution of Bus Terminal Passengers Magelang. The research use description qualitative method. The result shows that : first, both government and society involved in the public consultation process without the presence of academics/experts, second the presence of security agency affected to the psychological condition of the subjects who come from the society : third, the implementation of information from the public consultation result influenced the quality of information accepted by the society : fourth, there was no follow - up from the public consultation result; fifth, public consultation process has been peristed on both sides, there was feedback from both the government and society; sixth, the work ahievement has not been optimaly reached yet, the limitation of time and discussion which was held in groups and not in depth made the work achievement of the public consultation process less optimal, seventh,the discussion has been held, but the agreement has not been achieved completely, the agreement was the main result which was intended to be reached in the public consultation process, however the goal was not yet achieved."
