"Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT. Phapros, Tbk bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung-jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Melalui praktek kerja ini, calon apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung alur proses bisnis dan implementasi CPOB pada kegiatan teknis di PT. Phapros, Tbk. Praktikan ditempatkan di Departemen Human Resource Development (HRD) dibawah bimbingan Direktur Produksi dan diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyusunan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Praktisi Industri PT. Phapros, Tbk. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mampu menyusun dan memahami standar kompetensi kerja yang diperlukan seorang apoteker praktisi industri sesuai dengan pelaksanaan tugas dan kualifikasi jabatan di tempat kerja berdasarkan fungsi bisnis PT. Phapros, Tbk.

Profession Internship at PT. Phapros, Tbk aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Through this internship, future pharmacists can see directly the flow of business process and implementation of GMP in technical activities at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Intern placed in the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) under the guidance of Director of Production and given the special task entitled Arrangement the Standard of Competences of Industry Practitioner Pharmacists PT. Phapros, Tbk. The special task was intended that the student is able to compile and understand the work standard of competences required by an industry practitioner pharmacist in accordance with the duties and occupational requirements in the workplace based on business function PT. Phapros, Tbk."

"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Dalam menjalankan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian Apoteker perlu memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker. Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi antara lain, praktik kefarmasian secara professional dan etik, optimalisasi penggunaan sediaan farmasi, dispensing sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, pemberian informasi sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, formulasi dan produksi sediaan farmasi, upaya preventif dan promotif kesehatan masyarakat, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, komunikasi efektif, keterampilan organisasi dan hubungan interpersonal, peningkatan kompetensi diri. Dalam memastikan bahwa seorang apoteker memiliki seluruh kompetensi yang relevan untuk mejalankan perannya dilakukan Pratik kerja pada dua sektor yakni di industri farmasi, dan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker kali ini dilakukan di PT Sydna Farma, Apotek Kimia Farma 78 Tangerang, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta.

Pharmaceutical work includes quality control of Pharmaceutical Preparations, security, procurement, storage, distribution or distribution of drugs, drug management, drug services based on doctor's prescriptions, drug information services, drug development, medicinal ingredients, and traditional medicines. In carrying out professional practice and pharmaceutical work, pharmacists need to meet pharmacist competency standards. The Competency Standards of Indonesian Pharmacists consist of 10 (ten) competency standards, among others, professional and ethical pharmaceutical practice, optimizing the use of pharmaceutical preparations, dispensing pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, providing information on pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, formulation and production of pharmaceutical preparations, preventive measures, and promotion of public health, management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, effective communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relationships, self-competence improvement. In ensuring that a pharmacist has all the relevant competencies to carry out his role, work practices are carried out in two sectors: the pharmaceutical industry and public health services. This professional practice of pharmacists was carried out at PT Sydna Farma, Kimia Farma 78 Pharmacy Tangerang, and Kramat Jati District Health Center, Jakarta."
