"[ABSTRAKHostess Club merupakan salah satu klab hiburan malam yang merupakan bagian dari Mizu Shobai (WaterTrade) yang sudah berkembang pada tahun 1960-an di Jepang. Hostess club menggunakan jasa wanita yangmampu berperan sebagai media untuk para tamunya meringankan beban psikologis mereka di sela-sela penatkarena pekerjaan dan hal lainnya. Selama ini hostess club cenderung dipandang sebagai profesi yangmengandung prostitusi, namun ternyata berbeda. Cara seorang hostess menghibur tamunya di hostess club yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan yang disebut sebagai Settai (接待) dan Tsukiai (付き合い) yang mulai populerpada periode setelah Perang Dunia II. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui lebih jauh lagi mengenai apa yang dimaksud sebagai hostess club dan bagaimana profesi hiburan malam ini begitu diminati oleh para wanitaJepang.

"Terbentuknya sepak bola Aljazair dipelopori oleh golongan Front Liberation Nationale FLN , sebagai salah satu bentuk kampanye perjuangan kemerdekaan Aljazair dari kolonialisme Perancis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan informasi baru yang mendalam mengenai Perkembangan Sepak Bola Aljazair yang mungkin belum pernah diketahui oleh banyak orang. Jurnal ini membahas sejarah perkembangan sepak bola Aljazair dari tahun 1962 sampai tahun 2015 serta tokoh-tokoh yang berpengaruh dalam pekembangan sepak bola Aljazair. Metode penyusunan yang dilakukan penulis adalah metode sejarah dengan empat langkah yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sumber data berasal dari berbagai sumber kepustidakaan seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta artikel yang berhubungan dengan jurnal yang akan penulis buat. Didapati bahwa sepak bola Aljazair terbentuk pada tahun 1958. Pada tahun tersebut pemain Aljazair yang bermain di Eropa, Rachid Mekhloufi turut serta bergabung dalam tim bentukan FLN tersebut. Ia dijuluki diplomat lapangan hijau. Dalam perkembangannya pemain sepak bola Aljazair dikenal sebagai pemain pejuang, karena dengan berbagai kendala mereka mampu selalu bangkit dan berprestasi di lapangan hijau. Terbukti dengan banyaknya klub-klub Eropa yang merekrut pemain dari Aljazair serta kejutan-kejutan yang mereka berikan di setiap piala dunia.

The formation of Algerian football was spearheaded by the Front Liberation Nationale FLN , as a form of Algerian independence struggle campaign of French colonialism. This journal aims to gain a deep knowledge and new information about the development of Algerian Football that may have never been known by many people. This journal discusses the history of the development of Algerian football from 1962 until 2015 and influential figures in Algerian football development. Method of preparation by the author is a historical method with four steps of heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography.

Sources of data come from books, scientific journals, as well as articles related to the journal that will author create. It was found that Algerian football was formed in 1958. In that year the Algerian player playing in Europe, Rachid Mekhloufi participated in the FLN formation team. He was nicknamed the green field diplomat. In its development, Algerian football players are known as player fighters, because with various obstacles they are able to always rise and perform in the green field. Evidenced by the many European clubs that recruit players from Algeria and the surprises they give in every world cup."

"Accounting reports on intangible assets have long been a problem, especially, those related to human capitals. They have become a problem whether they appear in balance sheet or not. These, human capitals have in fulfill asset definitions and recognition criteria. This paper highlights human capital reported in the United Kingdom football club's balance sheet. Ax we know the United Kingdom football industries have developed and yielded hundred billions pounds every year. They have also made football players become most important and most expensive in football clubs, with clubs paying regular large transfer fees in the transfer market to acquire players. FRS 10 Accounting /or intangible assets and goodwill, recommends capitalization as the most appropriate treatment for intangible assets. There are two main issues that will be analyzed in this paper, First, do football players fulfill the accounting criteria to be classified as assets of the football clubs? Second, if so how should they account for?"

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas mengenai kemungkinan investasi asing di klub sepakbolaIndonesia, sebagaimana yang sudah jamak dilakukan di liga-liga sepakbola Eropa,mengingat Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara tujuan investasi (host state)terbesar bagi investor asing di berbagai sektor usaha, salah satunya adalah dalamkepemilikan klub sepakbola profesional yang bernaung dibawah PT sebagai badanhukumnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatifempiris(socio legal) dengan menggunakan dasar teori legal positivism dari Hart danteori middle path dari M. Sornarajah. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa investasiasing dalam kepemilikan klub sepakbola di Indonesia berpotensi menimbulkanmasalah di kemudian hari karena tidak diatur secara jelas dalam DNI. Sebagaikonsekuensi, Indonesia sebaiknya mengkaji agar Revisi DNI selanjutnya jugamemasukkan bidang usaha klub sepakbola sebagai bidang usaha yang terbuka denganpersyaratan.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the possibility of foreign investment in Indonesian football club,as is already done in the plural European football leagues, considering Indonesia isone investment destination (host state), the largest foreign investor in variousbusiness sectors, one of which is in possession professional football club who shelterunder the limited liability company as a legal entity. This study is a qualitativeresearch with normative-empirical approach (socio legal) using the basic theory oflegal positivism of Hart and middle path theory of M. Sornarajah. The results of thestudy suggest that foreign investment in the ownership of football clubs in Indonesiahas the potential to cause problems in the future because it is not clearly regulated inthe negative list. As a consequence, Indonesia should review in order to furtherrevision of negative list also enter the field of business as a football club that is opento the field of business requirements."

Apakah pencahayaan dan warna pencahayaan dapat mengidentifikasikan konsep branding klub malam sehingga memberikan pengunjung klub pengalaman ruang yang berbeda dari yang lain?Skripsi ini membahas dua jenis klub yang berbeda yaitu dance club dan live music dance club. Dari dua jenis klub malam yang berbeda. penulis dapat menganalisis persamaaan dan perbedaan ruang yang diciptakan pada klub malam.

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara nilai pemain, kinerja lapangan, kinerja finansial dan kinerja saham klub sepakbola di Eropa.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 17 klub sepakbola di Eropa yang terdaftar di Bursa saham dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasilnya, disimpulkan bahwa nilai pemain berdampak positif terhadap kinerja finansial klub namun tidak memiliki dampak terhadap performa lapangan. Selanjutnya, disimpulkan juga bahwa kinerja lapangan dan kinerja finansial memiliki dampat positif satu sama lain. Terakhir, disimpulkan bahwa kinerja finansial dan kinerja lapangan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja saham klub

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between player‟s value, field performance, financial performance, and stock performance of European football clubs. The sample used in this research are 17 European football clubs which are listed in stock exchange. The method used to analyze the data is Generalized Structural Component Analysis (GSCA). The results show that player‟s value has positive impact on financial performance but its impact on field performance is insignificant. Then, field performance and financial performace has significant impact on each other. Last, both field performance and financial performance have insignificant impact on football club‟s stock performance."

"ABSTRAKTata kelola perusahaan memiliki efek yang signifikan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan kinerja organisasi. Makalah ini membandingkan penyelenggaraan tata kelola perusahaan antara klub olahraga dan perusahaan yang tercatat dalam ASX. Penulis menggunakan data dari sumber sekunder untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa klub olahraga memiliki strategi yang berbeda dengan perusahaan publik. Kesalahan dalam penerapan tata kelola perusahaan berkontribusi pada terjadinya skandal di klub olahraga dan perusahaan yang tercatat dalam ASX.

ABSTRACTCorporate governance structures have a significant impact to evaluate the effective performance of organizations. This paper compared the corporate governance disclosures and practices between the sporting club and the listed company. The writer used data from secondary sources to analyze the problem. The result showed that sporting clubs have a different strategy compare to public companies. It is known that both sporting club and the listed company have several corporate governance failings that contributed to the scandal."

Dalam hal ini, penulis akan memfokuskan pada Klub Malam yang sangat berkaitan erat dengan Disc Jockey dan karya yang ditampilkannya Remix yang pada dasarnya adalah adaptasi dari karya musik orang lain. Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai lagu sebagai karya dari seorang pencipta dan pemegang hak cipta yang dilindungi oleh Hukum Hak Cipta di Indonesia berkaitan dengan karya derivatif Remix oleh Disc Jockey dan ditampilkan pada Klub Malam dan hubungannya dengan pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta yang merasa hak-haknya telah terlanggar serta tindakan hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh seorang pemegang hak cipta. Penelitian ini dengan judul Analisis Hukum Penggunaan Musik dalam Karya Remix yang ditampilkan di Klub Malam oleh Disc Jockey berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana perlindungan hukum pemegang hak cipta terhadap karyanya yang digunakan tanpa izin oleh pihak lain.

Pleasure and entertainment are basically not the primary needs of the society. But nowadays, in fact entertainment is highly demanded. In this research the author will focused on nightclubs as a highly demanded entertainment with is strictly related to Disc Jockeys and their remix works that are basically an adaptation of others creation. This thesis will discuss related to music as a creation of a creation and copyright holders that are protected by Indonesian copyright law and derivative works Remix by disc Jockeys performed at nightclubs in relation with the creator and copyright holders who feel that their rights have been infringed and also the legal actions that can be conducted by the copyright holder. This research with title Legal Analysis on the Use of Music in the Work or Remixes by Disc Jockey based on Law No. 28 of 2014 uses the method of normative and descriptive. The result of this research shows the application of legal protection for copyright holders towards their creations that are used by others without permission."
