"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penggunaan obat anti tuberkulosis (OAT) dalam upaya mencegah resistensi antibiotik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei terhadap petugas kesehatan, analisis dokumentasi kebijakan, dan pengkajian resep, serta observasi langsung terhadap proses pemberian obat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penggunaan OAT di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng sudah memenuhi standard dan upaya pencegahan resistensi OAT yang dilakukan sudah maksimal. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petugas kesehatan, memperbaiki sistem distribusi obat, dan memperkuat pemantauan pasien guna meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan penggunaan OAT.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of policies on the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) in an effort to prevent antibiotic resistance at the Cengkareng District Health Center. Research methods involve surveys of health workers, analysis of policy documentation, and review of prescriptions, as well as direct observation of the drug administration process. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the OAT use policy at the Cengkareng District Health Center has met standards and efforts to prevent OAT resistance have been maximal. Recommendations are provided to increase understanding of health workers, improve drug distribution systems, and strengthen patient monitoring to increase the effectiveness of OAT use policies."
