"Perkembangan Internet telah memberikan peluang untuk perusahaan layanan hukum mengembangkan usahanya dengan menawarkan produk atau layanannya secara online. Sebagai salah satu online legal service di Indonesia, Justika berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna terkait informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai hukum dengan membuat sebuah blog. Blog ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna memahami situasi atau masalah yang sedang dihadapinya. Akan tetapi, hasil heuristic evaluation pada blog Justika menunjukkan bahwa masih ada masalah usability pada sembilan prinsip dari 10 Usability Heuristics milik Jacob Nielsen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alternatif desain antarmuka blog Justika berdasarkan hasil evaluasi usability dan perilaku pengguna dalam mencari informasi hukum di Internet. Pengembangan alternatif desain antarmuka blog Justika dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan user-centered design dan pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan 10 partisipan, rancangan alternatif desain antarmuka blog Justika mendapatkan nilai usability di atas rata-rata dengan skor SUS sebesar 78. Meskipun demikian, alternatif desain antarmuka blog Justika masih perlu perbaikan lebih lanjut pada aspek desain antarmuka khususnya isu konsistensi dan aspek teknis dari fitur pencarian.

The development of the Internet has provided opportunities for legal service companies to expand their businesses by offering their products or services online. As one of the online legal services in Indonesia, Justika strives to meet the needs of users regarding information and knowledge about law by creating a blog. This blog aims to help users understand the situation or problem that is being faced. However, the results of the heuristic evaluation on Justika's blog show that there are still usability issues in the nine principles of Jacob Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics. Therefore, this study aims to develop alternative interface designs for Justika blogs based on the results of usability evaluation and user behavior in searching for legal information on the Internet. The development of alternative interface design for Justika's blog is carried out using a usercentered design approach and research data collection is done using a mixed methods approach. Based on the results of evaluations with 10 participants, the alternative interface design for Justika's blog has a usability rating above the average with a SUS score of 78. However, Justika's blog interface design alternatives still need further improvement on the interface design aspect especially the issue of consistency and technical aspects from the search feature."
