"Setiap rumah sakit harus menerapkan sistem keselamatan pasien yang mana salah satunya adalah ketepatan prosedur obat dan operasi dengan melakukan pengkajian awal pasien, termasuk RSUP Fatmawati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan pengisian pengkajian awal dokter pada pasien rawat inap di RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian didapat rata-rata kelengkapan pengkajian awal dokter pasien rawat inap sebesar 65%. Banyaknya kolom yang harus diisi, alokasi waktu dokter untuk pelayanan pasien rawat inap, dan feedback langsung dari pihak manajemen kepada dokter yang belum optimal dianggap memengaruhi kelengkapan pengisian pengkajian awal dokter pasien rawat inap RSUP Fatmawati.

Every hospital should implementing patient safety which is one of them is ensure correct- site, correct-procedur, correct-patient surgery by doing initial patient asessment. The aim of this research is to analyze the physician's early assessment completeness of inpatients of RSUP Fatmawati in 2015. This research use both quantitative and qualitative by using observation and in-depth interview method. The result of this research found that the average of physician‟s early assessment completeness of inpatients is 65%. The number of required fields, doctor‟s time allocation for inpatients services, and management's feedback to the physicians had not been optimal were considered affecting the physician‟s early assessment completeness of inpatients of RSUP Fatmawati."

Dilakukannya penelitian Hubungan Karakteristik Sosial Ekonomi, Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Kepercayaan Ibu dengan Perilaku Penggunaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Balita Sakit ISPA, adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara Karakteristik sosial ekonomi, Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Kepercayaan Ibu dengan Perilaku Penggunaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Balita Sakit ISPA. Analisis statistik yang dilakukan adalah uji perbedaan proporsi (X2) dan uji regresi logistik.Desain yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Untuk keperluan analisa, responden dibagi atas kelompok yang balitanya terkena pnemoni dan bukan pnemoni, karena dalam tindakan penatalaksanaan antara kedua kelompok ini berbeda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok responden yang balitanya terkena pnemoni; pendidikan, pekerjaan, sikap terhadap pengobatan dukun, sikap terhadap pengobatan melalui ibu, dan sikap tidak perlu membawa anak yang batuk pilek ke pelayanan kesehatan, mempunyai hubungan dengan penggunaan pelayanan kesehatan, sedangkan pada kelompok responden yang balitanya bukan pnemoni; sikap terhadap pengobatan dukun, sikap tidak perlu membawa anak yang batuk pilek ke pelayanan kesehatan serta kepercayaan terhadap umur bayi sakit yang boleh diberi obat, yang mempunyai hubungan dengan penggunaan pelayanan kesehatan.Namun dari semua variabel bebas, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat erat adalah variabel pekerjaan pada kelompok responden yang balitanya terkena pnemoni, sedangkan pada kelompok responden yang bukan pnemoni tidak terlihat hubungan yang erat satupun. Untuk meningkatkan penggunaan pelayanan kesehatan ini, perlu dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan terhadap responder dan keluarga, selain itu perlu peningkatan penatalaksanaan program ISPA kemasyarakat.

In developing countries, including Indonesia, morbidity and mortality rates for acute respiratory infection is high. At the same time, the utility rates of mothers whose children suffer from pneumonia is still very low. Even though those children should be taken to a health facility as soon as possible since pneumonia can lead to sudden death. On the other side, many mothers whose child suffers from pneumonia or another acute respiratory infection often treat their children with drugs bought in a local shop.

This research studies the relation between characteristic social economic, knowledge, attitudes and beliefs of mothers and the use of health services for children under five years of age Buffering from acute respiratory infection. The statically analysis used is proportional difference test (X2) and logistic regression test. The design used in this research is cross-sectional. During analysis, the respondents are divided in groups according to the acute respiratory infections of their children (pneumonia or non-pneumonia), because the behavior between these groups differ.

The research shows that the group whose child suffer from pneumonia, education, occupation and attitude towards traditional treatment, attitude towards self-treatment and the attitude not to bring a child with a cough a health facility, relate to the use of health facilities. In the group mothers whose child suffers a non-pneumonia infection, the attitude towards traditional treatment, attitude not to bring a child with a cough to a health facility and the beliefs regarding a certain age on which a child can be given drugs, also relate to the use of health services.

From all the independent variables, the highest relationship shown between the use of health facility is the variable occupation of the group whose child suffers from pneumonia, while the group whose child suffers from a non pneumonia infection, non of the variable show a strong relation. To increase the utility rates of the health facilities, and education intervention towards the respondents and their families is needed. Besides that, improvement of the respiratory infections program in order to reach the community."
