"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi persyaratan fungsional integritas dan pemeliharaan arsip pada SIKD PPATK berdasarkan ISO 16175-1:2020 sehingga dapat diketahui gap atau risiko pada SIKD yang dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan perbaikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan dan studi dokumen diolah melalui tiga tahap, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIKD telah memenuhi 9 dari 11 persyaratan fungsional yang ditetapkan ISO 16175-1:2020 pada area integritas dan pemeliharaan arsip. Terdapat 2 persyaratan fungsional yang belum terpenuhi oleh SIKD, yaitu tidak terdapat enkripsi arsip saat transmisi dan belum terdapat pengambilan otomatis dan pemeliharaan nilai metadata yang divalidasi untuk arsip. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak bagi SIKD seperti meningkatnya risiko kebocoran informasi/data yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh terhadap reputasi PPATK serta memperlambat pengelolaan arsip dan menurunnya interoperabilitas saat melakukan migrasi data atau integrasi dengan sistem lain. Ditemukan pula bahwa SIKD PPATK menerapkan mekanisme RBAC dalam pengaturan akses terhadap arsip, belum tersedianya fitur penyusutan arsip dan terdapat naskah dinas dengan tanggal penciptaan yang tidak sesuai dengan metadata tanggal pada tanda tangan elektronik yang dapat mempengaruhi integritas arsip.

This study aims to identify the implementation of functional requirements for integrity and archive maintenance in the PPATK SIKD based on ISO 16175-1:2020 so that the gap or risk in the SIKD can be identified which can be used as input and improvement. This study is a qualitative study with a case study method. Data from interviews, field observations, and document studies were processed through three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The study results show that the SIKD has met 9 of the 11 functional requirements set by ISO 16175-1:2020 in the area of ​​integrity and archive maintenance. There are 2 functional requirements that have not been met by the SIKD, namely there is no archive encryption during transmission and there is no automatic retrieval and maintenance of validated metadata values ​​for archives. This condition can have an impact on the SIKD such as increasing the risk of information/data leakage which will ultimately affect the reputation of the PPATK and slow down archive management and decrease interoperability when migrating data or integrating with other systems. It was also found that SIKD PPATK implemented the RBAC mechanism in regulating access to archives, the archive reduction feature was not yet available and there were official documents with creation dates that did not match the date metadata on the electronic signature which could affect the integrity of the archives."

"Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengenai kepatuhan persyaratan fungsional area penciptaan dan klasifikasi arsip pada aplikasi SRIKANDI yang diimplementasikan oleh Kementerian Pertanian. Dengan implementasi aplikasi SRIKANDI, dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kegiatan pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kementerian Pertanian terutama pada penciptaan naskah dinas korespodensi antar unit kerja. Fungsi penciptaan merupakan alur krusial dalam daur siklus arsip dan menu penciptaan yang sudah aktif dapat digunakan oleh seluruh pengguna aplikasi SRIKANDI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi fungsi create (penciptaan) area records capture and classification (penciptaan dan klasifikasi arsip) aplikasi SRIKANDI yang diimplementasikan oleh Kementerian Pertanian berdasarkan persyaratan fungsional kearsipan pada ISO 16175-1: 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan terhadap proses implementasi aplikasi SRIKANDI dan mewawancarai 9 (sembilan) orang informan yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi terdiri dari admin instansi, admin unit kearsipan instansi, admin tata usaha, pejabat penanda tangan, verifikator dan konseptor, serta dilakukan dokumentasi berupa temuan kesesuaian fungsi penciptaan arsip pada aplikasi SRIKANDI dengan persyaratan fungsional ERMS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari 16 keseluruhan persyaratan fungsional area penciptaan dan klasifikasi arsip, aplikasi SRIKANDI telah memenuhi 13 persyaratan yang terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) persyaratan dengan tingkat kewajiban harus, 4 (empat) persyaratan pada tingkat seharusnya dan 2 (dua) pernyataan dengan tingkat boleh. Sedangkan 3 (tiga) persyaratan yang belum terpenuhi SRIKANDI merupakan persyaratan dengan tingkatan harus.

This study focuses on the compliance with functional requirements for the records capture and classification area of SRIKANDI application implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture. The implementation of the SRIKANDI application is expected to facilitate and accelerate the management of dynamic records in the Ministry of Agriculture, particularly in the creation of official correspondence scripts between work units. The creation function is a crucial step in the record life cycle, and the active creation menu can be used by all SRIKANDI users. The objectives of this study are to identify the create function of the records capture and classification area of the SRIKANDI application implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture based on the archival functional requirements of ISO 16175-1:2020. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation were made on the implementation process of the SRIKANDI application, and interviews were conducted with 9 (nine) informants who are users of the application, including institutional admins, records management unit admins, administrative staff, signing officers, verifiers and conceptors. Documentation is also conducted in the form of findings on the compliance of the record creation function in the SRIKANDI application with the ERMS functional requirements. The results of this study show that out of the 16 total functional requirements for the record creation and classification area, the SRIKANDI application has fulfilled 13 requirements, consisting of 7 (seven) requirements with a shall level, 4 (four) requirements at the should level, and 2 (two) statements at the may level. The 3 (three) unfulfilled requirements in SRIKANDI are requirements with a shall level."

"Perhitungan unit cost modul pendidikan kedokteran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) menggunakan suatu perangkat lunak yang dirancang khusus belum pernah dilakukan. Suatu perangkat lunak untuk melakukan perhitungan unit cost ini telah dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman Java dengan manajemen sistem basis data MySQL. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perangkat lunak ini dapat digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan perancangannya.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak penghitung unit cost kompatibel dengan sistem operasi setingkat Windows XP atau diatasnya, dengan JVM versi 1.6 atau diatasnya. Perangkat lunak mampu melakukan perhitungan dengan tepat apabila dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah pengerjaannya. Masih terdapat fault dan kekurangan fitur yang harus diperbaiki dari perangkat lunak tersebut.

Calculation of unit cost of medical education module ini Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) using a software is never been done before. A software for calculate the unit cost has been designed using Java programming language with MySQL as the database management system. This study is performed to ensure that the software is can be use as the purpose of its design.The result of this study shows that the software is compatible to operating system Windows XP or higher and JVM version 1.6 or higher. This software can perform right calculation if it‟s done as the correct steps. There‟re still faults and lack of features that have to be repaired in this software."
