" Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kebijakan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) sektor kehutanan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai implementasi kebijakan PNBP sektor kehutanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan.
