"Energi listrik merupakan sumber energi yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Hampir semua sektor kehidupan membutuhkan energi listrik. Saat ini permintaan tenaga listrik terus meningkat disaat yang sama juga masalah baru muncul, yaitu perluasan pembangkit tenaga listrik dan pembangunan saluran transmisi yang sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, terjadi pola pembebanan yang dipaksakan pada pembangkit tenaga listrik dan transmisi yang terlampau berat. Pada sistem tegangan yang jauh dari pembangkit cenderung akan mengalami jatuh tegangan yang paling besar. Pada skripsi ini lokasi studi kasusnya di daerah Subsistem Balaraja. Penempatan studi dikarenakan subsistem ini sering mengalami undervoltage, dan jarak Transmisi 150 kV ke beban dari pembangkit yang cukup jauh pada beberapa Gardu Induk sehingga mengakibatkan jatuh tegangan yang cukup besar. Oleh karenanya, untuk mengatasi jatuh tegangan pada sistem transmisi, dipasang teknologi Flexible AC Transmission System berupa Static Synchronous Compenstor (STATCOM). STATCOM dipasang paling optimal di GI Serpong dengan kapasitas 100 MVA dan dapat menginjeksi sistem sebesar 92.5 Mvar dan dapat membuat tegangan sistem diatas standar PLN. Skenario trip pada PLTU Suralaya juga dilakukan untuk mempertimbangkan penempatan STATCOM yang paling optimal.

Electric power is an important energy source for human life. Almost all sectors of life need electrical energy. The current demand for electricity continues to increase while the same issue recently emerged, namely the expansion of power plants and transmission line construction are very limited. Therefore, there is a pattern of loading imposed on power plants and transmission of outrageously heavy. On the system voltage away from the plant are likely to be experiencing the greatest voltage falls. In this thesis the location study his case in the area of Subsystem Balaraja, because in this location often had undervoltage due to the distance to the 150 kV Transmission load from plants far enough so that the resulting fall in voltage. Therefore, to cope with the falling voltage on the transmission system, installed the technology of Flexible AC Transmission System in the form of Static Synchronous Compenstor (STATCOM). The optimalization of STATCOM installation is in Serpong When installed in GI Serpong WITH equipment 100 MVA and value of 92.5 Mvar injection, so the voltage is in PLN standard. There are trip scenario in PLTU Suralaya to consider installment of optimalism STATCOM."

"Informasi Nilai Gizi (ING) merupakan sumber informasi kandungan gizi yang terdapat pada pangan olahan. ING jika digunakan dengan baik maka dapat mengarahkan konsumen ke pola konsumsi yang sehat. Remaja usia 15-19 tahun menjadi kelompok usia yang paling sering mengonsumsi mi instan, hingga mencapai lebih dari satu kali per hari yang artinya asupan natriumnya melebihi anjuran asupan harian. Jika kebiasaan diteruskan, maka akan timbul risiko hipertensi pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan ING pada mi instan oleh remaja di SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servasius. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2022 menggunakan desain cross sectional yang diikuti 181 responden melalui purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner online yang kemudian dianalisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proporsi remaja di SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servasius yang menggunakan ING adalah sebanyak 54,7%. Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel status gizi, status diet, uang saku, pengetahuan gizi & ING, kemampuan membaca ING, sikap terhadap kesehatan dan ING, serta persepsi terhadap harga dan rasa produk mi instan dengan penggunaan ING. Keterpaparan informasi tentang ING dan persepsi terhadap kandungan gizi produk mi instan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan penggunaan ING.

Nutrition Facts (NF) is source of information regarding on the nutritional content contained in processed food. If used properly, NF can lead consumers to healthier lifestyle. Teenagers aged 15-19 years consume instant noodles most often, reaching more than 1 time per day, which means that their sodium intake exceeds the recommended daily intake. If the habit is continued, risk of hypertension in adolescents will be higher. This study aims to analyze factors associated with the use of instant noodles NF by adolescents at SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servasius This research was conducted in August 2022 using a cross-sectional design, with 181 respondents using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire which was analyzed using SPSS. The results: proportion of adolescents in SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servasius who used NF was 54.7%. There was no significant relationship between the variables of gender, nutritional status, diet status, allowance, nutrition & NF knowledge, ability to read NF, attitudes towards health and NF, as well as perceptions of the price and taste of instant noodle products with the use of NF. Exposure to information about NF and perceptions of instant noodle’s nutritional value have a significant relationship with the usage of NF."

"Asupan makanan yang tidak mencukupi merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya kekurangan gizi pada anak. Penggunaan formula pertumbuhan menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh orangtua untuk membantu mencukupi kebutuhan gizi anak usia 1-3 tahun. Tesis ini mengkaji mengenai kesesuaian kandungan zat gizi pada informasi nilai gizi, kontribusi kecukupan gizi, pelabelan, serta klaim gizi dan kesehatan formula pertumbuhan terhadap peraturan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain studi deskriptif. Hasil kajian kesesuaian kandungan energi dan zat gizi makro menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi untuk karbohidrat, sukrosa, dan asam lemak trans (100%), sedangkan terendah asam α-linolenat (60%). Tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi untuk kandungan vitamin adalah vitamin D, E, B2, niasin, dan vitamin B12 (100%), sedangkan paling rendah vitamin K (58%). Tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi untuk kandungan mineral yaitu natrium (100%), sedangkan paling rendah tembaga (68%). Untuk kesesuaian kandungan bahan lain, tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi yaitu karnitin (100%), sedangkan paling rendah DHA (44%). Hasil kajian kontribusi terhadap kecukupan gizi anak menunjukkan rata-rata persentase angka kecukupan gizi (AKG) kandungan zat gizi formula pertumbuhan sebesar 8-75% per saji atau 24-229% per hari. Serat memiliki kontribusi AKG terendah sedangkan kontribusi tertinggi diperoleh dari biotin. Hasil kajian kesesuaian pelabelan menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 100% pada pencantuman tanggal kedaluwarsa, cara penyiapan, dan pernyataan produk tidak cocok untuk bayi. Sedangkan tingkat kesesuaian terendah adalah untuk pencantuman peringatan bahaya yaitu sebesar 2%. Hasil kajian kesesuaian klaim menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian klaim kandungan zat gizi sebesar 99,5%, klaim perbandingan zat gizi sebesar 100%, dan klaim fungsi zat gizi 62%.

Inadequate dietary intake is one of immediate cause of child undernutrition. The use of growing-up formula have become alternative efforts made by parents to help them fulfill the nutritional needs of children aged 1-3 years. The objectives of this thesis were to review the conformity of nutrients content on nutrition facts and labeling, including nutrition and health claims of growing-up formula products to the regulation. Reviewed on contribution of growing-up formula to the child?s daily nutritional adequacy was also conducted on this study. This study was carried through the descriptive study design. Based on the results of conformity assessment of energy and macronutrient content, it is showed that the highest level of conformity were carbohydrates, sucrose, and trans fatty acids (100%), while the lowest was alpha-linolenic acid (60%). The highest level of conformity according to the vitamin content were vitamin D, E, B2, niacin, and vitamin B12 (100%), while the lowest was vitamin K (58%). The highest level of conformity according to the mineral content was sodium (100%), while the lowest was copper (68%). For conformity of other ingredients content, the highest level of conformity was carnitine (100%), while the lowest was DHA (44%). Reviewed on contribution of growing-up formula on the nutritional adequacy of young children showed that the average percentage of Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of nutrient content were 8-75 % per serving or 24-229% per day. Fibers had the lowest contribution of RDA while the highest contribution obtained from biotin. Conformity assessment on labeling showed 100% of conformance for the inclusion of an expiration date, preparation instructions, and the statement ?is not suitable for baby?. However, there was discrepancies in the inclusion of important notice for health hazards with the level of conformance was only 2%. Reviewed on claims demonstrated that all products specify nutrient content claims on the label had the level of conformance of 99.6%. All products specify comparative claims had the level of conformance of 100%. While all products specify nutrient function claims had the level of conformance of 62%."
