"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses program magang kampus merdeka di Bank XXX. Bank XXX merupakan bank sentral dan salah satu mitra program Kampus Merdeka. Program Kampus Merdeka diluncurkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri di luar program studinya. Program magang terdiri dari pembelajaran mandiri, penelitian, dan pengalaman kerja. Evaluasi program didasarkan pada teori pembelajaran dan model KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude). Hasil evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa program magang ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan model KSA. Program ini adalah program komprehensif yang memberikan banyak pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dan membentuk sikap yang baik. Hal ini membentuk mahasiswa yang siap untuk bekerja. Selain itu, laporan magang ini juga memuat refleksi diri. Setelah melakukan refleksi diri, tindak lanjut yang dilakukan adalah memahami deskripsi pekerjaan yang akan diambil kelak, melamar ke perusahaan akuntan publik, dan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris.

The purpose of this internship report is to evaluate the process of kampus merdeka internship program at Bank XXX. Bank XXX is a central bank and one of the partners of Kampus Merdeka Program. Kampus Merdeka Program is launched by the Minister of Education and Culture which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves outside their study program. The internship program consists of self-learning, research, and working experience. The evaluation of the program was based on the learning theories and KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) model. The results of the evaluation, concluded that this internship program are performed according to the KSA model. It is a comprehensive program that, after completion, bestows a lot of new knowledge and skills and forms a good attitude. This prepares students for the workforce. In addition, this internship report also includes the writer’s self-reflection. After self-reflecting the follow up actions are to understand job description of future job, apply to accounting firms, and increase English proficiency."

The findings of this evaluation shed light on the effectiveness of KAP DEF's document preparation practices and compared it with the relevant regulation in navigating the import duty appeal process. Additionally, the report offers insights from the author's observations and experiences reflected through self-reflection during their internship at KAP DEF, providing valuable lessons for future endeavors in the field.

Laporan magang ini menyajikan evaluasi persiapan dokumen untuk sidang formal yang dilakukan oleh KAP DEF dalam proses banding bea masuk PT TJFO. Fokus dari evaluasi ini berpusat pada efektivitas persiapan dokumen oleh KAP DEF selama sidang formal terkait banding bea masuk di PT TJFO. Laporan ini mengevaluasi proses persiapan dokumen yang disusun oleh KAP DEF sesuai dengan peraturan yang relevan untuk mendukung proses banding PT TJFO.
