Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is extra role behaviour, which is individual contributions in the workplace that go beyond role requirement an contractually rewarded a job achievement. OCB, which is represented in 30 questions, is measured based on 5 dimensions : altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue and sportmanship. Attitude is a favorable or unfavorable evaluative reaction to war something or someone, exhibited in one?s belief, feelings or intended behavior. Attitude, which is represented in 30 questions, is measured based on affective indicator to organization?s values, rules, climate and behaviour of people in social interaction. EQ is defined as the power not only to control emotions but to perceive them. EQ, which is represented in 42 questions, is measured based on Personal Competence and Social Competence.
The objective of this research is to analyze 1) the effect between Attitude on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of Employee, 2) the effect between Emotional Quotient on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of Employee, and 3) the effect between Attitude and Emotional Quotient on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of Employee at Agency of Assessing and Application of Technology (BPPT).
Structural Equation Modeling Analysis is used to test hypotheses that Attitude and EQ are positively significant on OCB. Population of this research consists of 2641 employees who work at 45 units at BPPT. Ten percents of the population is target sample, 226 questionaires are respons and only 223 respondents can be analyzed because they answer the questionaires completely.
The result shows that 1) Attitude has an positive effect to OCB 2) Emotional Quotient has an positive effect to OCB 3) Attitude and Emotional Quotient have an positive effect to OCB."

Background. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a rheumatic disease that often causes functional disorders and decreased health related quality of life (HRQoL). Different factors have been reported affecting HRQoL of RA patients. This study aims to evaluate the HRQoL and related factors in patients with RA.
Methods. One hundred and fifty-two patients from Reumatology polyclinic at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta were enrolled. Data about sosiodemographic, clinical and laboratory data related to disease activity, functional status, psyological problem, and number of comorbidities were collected. HRQoL was assessed using the Indonesian EuroQol five demensional questionnaire (EQ-5D) and EQ global health visual analogue (VAS). Univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate analysis were employed to identify factors related to HRQoL.
Results. Ninety percent were female with a mean age ± Sof 49.41 ± 12.31 years with a secondary education level and unemployed. Majority of subjects had moderate disease activity (median 3.26 (1.03 – 6.89) and independent functional status. Median duration of illness was 3 (0 – 34) years. Psychological disorders such as anxiety (11.2%) and depression (20 .4%) were also found, the median index value 0.84 (0.170 – 1,000) and the median EQ VAS 70 40 – 100). The factors that independently played a role in the index score were functional disability, disease activity, and depression, while for the EQ VAS were functional disability, disease activity, depression, anxiety, and number of comorbidities.
Conclusion. Functional disability, disease activity, psychological disorders and the number of comorbidities have a negative influence on the HRQoL of RA patients. So, the evaluation of these factors must be considered in the standard of care for RA patients and the appropriate management must be optimized

Indonesia is still an energy importer, especially in the form of crude oil and fuel products. Reducing fossil energy production and commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions encourage the Indonesian government to support the role of new and renewable energy. The production of palm oil-based biodiesel is faced with several environmental problems from releasing emissions. The purpose of this study was to develop LCI for biodiesel production, analyze environmental impacts including CO2(eq), acidification and eutrophication emissions and develop a life cycle concept for biodiesel production from palm oil. This research method is quantitative (LCA-AHP) and qualitative. The results of this study are LCI in 1 ton of biodiesel consisting of 5.67 tons of fresh fruit bunches, 1.17 tons of CPO; and POME 3.47 m3. The total emission of CO2(eq) is 1489 Kg CO2(eq), eutrophication 1.115 Kg PO43-(eq) and acidification 3.058 Kg SO2(eq). The concept of a biodiesel production life cycle can be applied by utilizing POME waste."
