"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh pelingkung berupa elemen dinding pada sebuah toko terhadap tanggapan pengunjung. Penelitian mendalam terkait pengaruh pelingkung toko dengan tanggapan pengunjung perlu dilakukan untuk dijadikan pertimbangan perancangan bagi arsitek dan pemilik properti. Studi literatur dilakukan sebagai tahap awal pada penelitian ini untuk menemukan faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengunjung. Faktor tersebut kemudian digunakan sebagai variabel dalam eksperimen. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan video simulasi tiga buah toko elektronik dengan penataan pelingkung yang berbeda. Dinding sebagai elemen pelingkung disusun berbeda pada setiap toko yaitu mengelilingi empat sisi, mengelilingi dua sisi dan tidak ada dinding sama sekali. Dua set kuisioner juga digunakan sebagai metode pada penelitian ini yang diisi oleh 163 responden yang berpartisipasi pada eksperimen ini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa toko yang disimulasikan tidak memiliki pelingkung berupa elemen dinding dapat mempengaruhi tanggapan pengunjung untuk menetap lebih lama di dalam toko. Faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi durasi pengunjung menetap di dalam toko adalah jenis kelamin, jumlah tabungan dan umur pengunjung. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa durasi pengunjung menetap di dalam toko dapat mempengaruhi keputusan mereka membeli produk yang dijual. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan pengelola properti dalam merancang toko yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belanja pengunjung. Arsitek dapat mempertimbangkan keberadaan pelingkung saat merancang bangunan properti. Penelitian ini juga dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan konteks toko selain toko elektronik untuk melihat pengaruh kebaradaan pelingkung terhadap tanggapan pengunjung.

This study discussed the effect of enclosure on customer responses. The spatial quality of a store can affect the behavior of customers when shopping. The development of retail uses temporary stores without enclosure as a new way to promote their products. In-depth research related to the influence of the stores enclosure with customer responses needs to be done to be used as design considerations for architects and property owners. A literature study was conducted as an initial step in this study to find factors that influence customer behavior. The factors are then used as a variable in the experiment. Experiments carried out using video simulations of three electronic stores with different enclosure arrangements. Walls as an element of the enclosure are arranged differently in each store (4 walls, 2 walls, 0 walls). Two sets of questionnaires were also used as a method in this study and were filled out by 163 respondents who participated in this experiment. This study found that a simulated store that does not have an enclosure can influence the response of customers to stay longer inside. Other factors that influence the duration of visitors staying in the store are gender, the amount of savings, and the age of visitors. The study also found that the duration of visitors staying in the store could influence their decision to buy the products. The results of this research can be utilized by property developers in designing the right stores to enhance the shopping experience of visitors. The architects can consider the existence of enclosure when designing property buildings. This research can also be developed by using a different store context other than an electronic store to see the effect of the enclosure on the customer responses."

"ABSTRAK
Heat transfer enhancement in a two-dimensional inclined lid-driven triangular enclosure utilizing cu-water nanofluids is investigated for various relevant parameters. A model is developed to analyze heat transfer performance of nanofluids inside an enclosure taking into account the force convection parameter, namely Reynolds number, Re. The transport equations are solved numerically using the Galerkin finite element method. Comparisons with previously published work on the basis of special cases are performed and found to be in excellent agreement. Results are obtained for a wide range of parameters such as the Richardson number, Ri, and Reynolds number, Re. Copper-water nanofluids are used with Prandtl number, Pr = 6.2 and Reynolds number, Re is varied from 100 to 500. The streamlines, isotherm plots and the variation of the average Nusselt number at the hot surface as well as average fluid temperature in the enclosure are offered and discussed in detailed. It is observed that the force convection parameter strongly influenced the fluid flow and heat transfer in the enclosure at the considered three convective regimes. Furthermore, the variation of the average Nusselt number at the heated surface is found to increase when Re increases and average fluid temperature in the cavity decreases with the raise of Re."

"Penelitian tentang sistem kabut air sebagai suatu pengendali asap dan pengurangan panas pada kebakaran dilakukan pada suatu model kompartemen berukuran 50 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm menggunakan penskalaan 1 : 6 dengan ukuran ruangan sebenarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh sistem tirai kabut air terhadap densitas asap dan distribusi temperatur dalam kebakaran kompartemen. Penggunaan sistem kabut air dalam penelitian ini tidak memadamkan api secara langsung dengan menyemprotkan kabut air ke dalam nyala api akan tetapi hanya sebagai tirai air yang ditempatkan jauh dari sumber api. Bahan bakar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bensin premium sebanyak 8 ml yang ditempatkan pada suatu wadah dengan diameter 6.3 cm dengan tinggi 4.3 cm.
Dalam penelitian ini dibahas tentang pengaruh penggunaan kabut air dalam suatu kebakaran kompartemen seperti: perbandingan nilai optical density asap dan temperatur ruangan. Variasi data dilakukan dengan pengukuran nilai optical density asap dan temperatur ruangan sebelum dan sesudah pengaktifan kabut air. Data eksperimen akan menghasilkan suatu grafik optical density asap dan distribusi temperatur ruangan pada kondisi dengan dan tanpa pengaktifan tirai kabut air. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS. Ver. 5.0) kemudian membandingkan hasil simulasi dengan data yang di dapat dari hasil eksperimen.

Research on water mist systems as a controller of smoke and reduction of heat in fires performed on a compartment model with the size of compartment is 50 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm with scaling 1: 6 with actual size room. This study aims to determine the extent of influence of water mist curtain system to the density of smoke and heat distribution in compartment fire. The aplication of water mist system in this study does not directly extinguish the fire by spraying water mist into the flame but only as a water curtain which is placed away from sources of ignition. The fuel, which is being used as much as 8 ml of premium (gasoline) in this study, is placed in a container with a diameter of 6.3 cm with 4.3 cm height.
Comparison of smoke optical density and the room temperature will be conducted to determine the effectiveness of water mist curtains. Variation data was done by measuring the optical density of smoke and the room temperature before and after application of water mist system. Experimental data will produce a graph density of smoke and distribution of temperature compartement on conditions with and without activation of water mist curtains. Simulation was performed using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS. Ver. 5.0) and then the simulation results are compared with data obtained from the experimental results.

Harimau memangsa ternak merupakan bentuk konflik manusia-harimau yang
paling umum di banyak negara termasuk di Indonesia. Konflik ini menyebabkan
kerugian ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah predasi ternak
adalah dengan membangun kandang ternak anti serangan harimau atau Tiger
Proof Enclosure (TPE). TPE dapat melindungi ternak, akan tetapi TPE yang tidak
terawat akan berkurang kekuatannya untuk mencegah serangan harimau. Menurut
theory of planned behavior, perilaku dapat diprediksi dari intensi. Menguatkan
prediktor utama intensi akan meningkatkan intensi perilaku. Norma subyektif
merupakan prediktor utama intensi suami merawat TPE dan istri merupakan
significant others yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar pada norma subyektif
suami dalam merawat TPE. Oleh karena itu fokus intervensi pada penelitian ini
adalah untuk meningkatkan dukungan istri terhadap perilaku suami merawat TPE.
Setelah intervensi, diperoleh peningkatan dukungan istri yang signifikan secara
statistik (t = 2.491, df = 23, p = .020).

suffered economic loss because of livestock depredation. Tiger Proof Enclosure
(TPE) has been introduce to improve the livestock enclosure to prevent tiger
depredation on livestock. TPE was able to protect livestock, but poor maintained
TPE will lose its strength to prevent tiger?s attack. According to theory of planned
behavior, behavior can be predicted from intention. Strengthening the main
predictor of intention will increase the behavior?s intention. Subjective norms is
the main predictor of intention to maintain TPE, and wife is the most influental
significant others in a husband?s subjective norms. Thus the focus of the
intervention program is to increase wife?s support towards the husband?s behavior
to maintain tiger proof enclosure. Intervention program resulted in statistically
