"Penulisan laporan tugas khusus praktik kerja profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek samping, alur pelaporan, dan monitoring efek samping dari obat TB dan HIV di Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan sampel data 7 (tujuh) pasien yang mengkonsumsi obat TB dan HIV pada periode waktu Mei 2022 – Februari 2023 dengan metode observasional. Hasil yang didapatkan dari ketujuh pasien tersebut adalah sebanyak 3 (tiga) dari 7 (tujuh) pasien mengalami efek samping obat tuberkulosis yaitu pirazinamid ditandai dengan pasien mengalami mual dan muntah yang berlebih. Oleh karena itu, ketiga pasien dirujuk ke rumah sakit untuk ditangani lebih lanjut. Setelah itu, 2 (dua) dari 7 (tujuh) pasien mengalami efek samping levofloxacin dan 2 (dua) lainnya mengalami efek samping dari obat HIV yaitu efavirenz. Tindak lanjut dari pasien yang mengalami efek samping obat levofloxacin adalah obat belum bisa dihentikan dikarenakan masih tahap pengobatan TB-MDR sedangkan untuk tindak lanjut dari pasien yang mengalami efek samping efavirenz adalah penggantian terapi ARV menjadi KDT yang mengandung dolutegravir. Data monitoring efek samping obat yang didapatkan, kemudian dilakukan pelaporan ke e-MESO.

A special assignment report pharmacist professional work practice is writing at the Makasar District Health Center with the purpose to knowing about the side effects, monitoring the side effect and reporting flow of the side effects of tuberculosis and HIV drugs at the Makasar District Health Center. This report is using 7 total sample patients who consumes TB and HIV drugs with the period May 2022 – Februari 2023 with the observasional method. The results of this report from the seven of patients were as many as three of the seven patients was experienced the side effects of tuberculosis drug which is pyrazinamid by viewed nausea and vomiting. Therefore, that patients were referred to the hospital for the further treatment. The next is, two of seven patients experienced the side effects of levofloxacin and the others are efavirenz. The follow up of levofloxacin is the drug cant be discontinued because it’s still in the MDR-TB treatment. The follow up of efavirenz is the replacement of ARV therapy to KDT with dolutegravir. The data of monitoring side effects was obtained and then reported to e-MESO."
