Hal-hal seperti ini yang sering menyebabkan penanganan yan lebih lanjut dalah material handing dan kurang efektif dalam kegiatan penyimpanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tata letak penyimpanan rak bahan baku untuk gudang baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan dan kebutuhan ruang sehingga material handling menjadi lebih efektif. "Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB di PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Laporan Product Quality Review (PQR). Selain itu dilaksanakan juga Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pitara, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek dan memahami serta melaksanakan kegiatan di apotek baik secara teknis kefarmasian maupun non teknis kefarmasian. Tugas khusus pada PKPA apotek yaitu terkait dengan telaah potensi interaksi obat kasus kardiovaskular pada resep polifarmasi di apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker juga dilakukan di PT. ANUGERAH PHARMINDO LESTARI, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami secara mendalam terkait penerapan CDOB dan segala aspek terkait industri distributor obat. Tugas khusus pada PKPA di PT. ANUGERAH PHARMINDO LESTARI terkait desain gudang penyimpanan obat.
