"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari direktur dan komisaris perempuan dalam perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Periode 2015-2018 melalui indikator Return on Asset dan Return on Equity yang membuktikan bahwa keragaman gender berpengaruh negatif pada kinerja perusahaan, dengan adanya perbedaan pengaruh ketika mencapai persentase massa kritis yaitu 20% perempuan pada dewan direksi, mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara signifikan positif dengan hasil yang berbeda pada dewan komisaris, yaitu tetap negatif ketika jumlah perempuan dalam dewan mencapai persentase 20% seperti dewan direksi. Hasil tidak signifikan secara statistik juga ditemukan dengan indikasi belum terpenuhinya persentase massa kritis.

This study aims to see the impact of female directors and commissioners on companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period through the Return on Assets and Return on Equity indicators which prove that gender diversity has a negative effect on company performance, with the difference in influence when it reaches the critical mass percentage, namely 20% of women on the board of directors, affects the company's performance significantly positively with different results on the board of commissioners, which remains negative when the number of women on the board reaches a percentage of 20% like the board of directors.
