"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya hubungan antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan problem-focused coping style yang terdiri dari approach dan avoidance problem-focused coping style pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 516 mahasiswa S1 semester empat Universitas Indonesia dari semua fakultas. Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form (Taylor dan Betz, 1983), dan Problem-Focused Coping Style diukur menggunakan Problem-Focused Styles of Coping (Heppner, Cook, Wright, dan Johnson, 1995) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi positif antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan approach problem-focused coping style (r= 0.282, p<0.01). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif antara efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier dengan avoidance problem-focused coping style (r= -0.107, p<0.01). Disarankan agar mahasiswa menerapkan approach problem-focused coping style untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier, serta menghindari penerapan avoidance problem-focused coping style.

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between career decision self-efficacy with problem-focused coping style, consists of approach and avoidance problem-focused coping style on undergraduate students of Universitas Indonesia. Samples of this research are 516 4th semester undergraduate students from 13 faculties of Universitas Indonesia. Career decision self-efficacy was measured by Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form from Taylor and Betz (1983), and Problem-Focused Coping Style was measured by Problem- Focused Style of Coping (Heppner, Cook, Wright, and Johnson, 1955) which has been adapted and modified by the researcher.
The results are, there is a significant positive relationship between career decision self-efficacy and approach problem-focused coping style (r= 0.282, p<0.01), also there is a significant negative relationship between career decision selfefficacy and avoidance problem-focused coping style (r= -0.107, p<0.01). Based on the results, suggest that undergraduate student to enhance career decision self-efficacy by using approach problem-focused coping style."

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi bermain video game dengan fitur online multiplayer dan internal coping style to school-related stress. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 89 siswa kelas 12. Motivasi bermain video game diukur mengunakan survey motivasi bermain game oleh Yee 2007 dan coping style to school-related stress diukur mengunakan CASQ-R oleh Barnes 2011 yang secara khusus digunakan bagian school-related stress. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi immersion bermain berkorelasi dengan internal coping style to school related stress r=0,338, p < 0,01 .

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of between, motivation to play video game with online multiplayer and internal coping style to school related stress. The participant of this study are 89 student that are in 12 grades. There are 2 questionnaire that is use in this study. Motivation to play game is measure using motivation to play survey by Yee 2007 . While coping style to school related stress is measure using Coping Across Situation Questionnaire Revised CASQ R by Barnes 2011 . This study found that immersion motivation to play video game, correlate with internal coping style to school related stress r 0,338, p 0,01 . "

"Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan di wilayah Jabodetabek yang dimediasi oleh adaptasi stress-coping style (cognitive-appraisal, problem-solving, dan emotion-focused coping style). Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 287 responden tenaga kesehatan saat pandemi Covid-19, di wilayah Jabodetabek. Analisis uji struktural penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa 2 dari 4 dimensi kecerdasan emosional yakni self-emotion appraisal dan use of emotion tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, apabila dimediasi dengan gaya adaptasi terhadap stres (stress coping style) problem solving coping style maka pengaruh kecerdasan emosional signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan kedua jenis stress coping style lainnya yakni: cognitive-appraisal coping dan emotion focused coping, tidak memediasi pengaruh dimensi dimensi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemampuan individu dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi dapat memediasi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan di wilayah Jabodetabek saat pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung.

This study examines the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of health workers in the Greater Jakarta area mediated by stress coping style (cognitive appraisal, problem solving, and emotion focused coping style). This study was conducted during the quarantine period due to the Covid 19 pandemic, which examined 287 respondents who live in the Greater Jakarta area, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results showed that 2 of 4 emotional intelligence dimensions which are self emotion appraisal and use of emotion did not have a direct effect on job satisfaction. However, if 4 emotional intelligence dimensions are mediated by problem solving coping, it will significantly influenced job satisfaction. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence has a significant influence on 3 stress coping styles which of them are cognitive appraisal coping, problem solving coping, and emotion focused coping. This study found that only problem solving coping that has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction of health workers of 3 stress coping styles that used in covid-19 outbreak."
