"This study describes the behavior of particle board with plate count of aseptic box that uses phenol formaldehyde particleboard subjected to a couple of concentrated load. Particle board is made of aseptic material which is a material used for packaging beverages that are difficult to recycling. Aseptic material contains a type of silica contained in the aluminum layer of aseptic packaging. Section allows to increase the strength of particle board. For test in particle board used in accordance with regulations JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) A 5908-2003 and SNI 03 - 2105 - 2006 on particleboard. From this research, the review is the power of board particle counting aseptic box is burdened by the a couple of concentrated load. For the mix design calculations using trial and error method in order to get the composition that produces the greatest strength."

"Skripsi ini membahas aseptik kemasan minuman sebagai bahan utama papan partikel agar lebihbermanfaat dan mampu mengurangi volume sampah di kota besar. Papan partikel cacah aseptik-phenol formaldehida adalah hasil pengempaan panas cacah kotak aseptik dengan perekat organik. Untuk perekat digunakan phenol formaldehida. Menentukan komposisi papan partikel terbaik digunakan metode trial and error. Pengujian melingkupi uji kimia (emisi formaldehida), uji fisik, uji mekanik serta uji beban terpusat untuk mendapatkan pola retak. Papan partikel terbaik dari beberapa komposisi dengan acuan JIS A 5908 - 2003 dari sifat fisik maupun mekanik adalah papan dengan persentase perekat 10%, namun persentase optimal belum didapatkan. Dari uji kimia papan partikel ini aman untuk kesehatan. Sesuai dengan pola retak yang didapat maka papan partikel tidak mempunyai sifat getas ketika dibebani sehingga papan partikel mampu mendistribusikan beban dengan baik.
The focus of this study is to discuss the use of aseptic packaging as a main material for particleboard. It is destinated to make more useful and capable of reducing the volume of waste in big cities. Particleboard are formed mainly from aseptic by hot pressing with adhesives. Phenolformaldehyde is used as adhesive. Determination of the best particleboard composition is by conducting of trial and error method. Tests conducted formaldehyde emission tests, physical tests, mechanical tests and concentrared load to get the crack patterns of plate. The best ticleboard with reference to JIS A 5908 - 2003 result of physical and mechanical property is particleboard with 10% percentage of adhesive, but the optimal percentage has not been obtained. Formaldehyde emission tests show that particleboard is peaceful for health. The crack patterns result of particleboard could explain that it was not brittle when it was loading and it distributed the load properly."
