"Abstract
Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang compliance rate perusahaan di industri garmen di Indonesia. Penghitungan compliance rate dilakukan dengan mengukur sembilan variabel yang mempengaruhi compliance rate perusahaan
antara lain child labour, discrimination, forced labour, freedom of association and collective bargaining, contracts and human resource, pay and benefit, working
time, occupational safety and healthy dan industrial relations. Berdasarkan penghitungan yang dilakukan compliance rate perusahaan di industri garmen di
Jabodetabek adalah 76%. Compliance rate pada tahun 2011 bila dibandingkan dengan kondisi pada tahun 1997 terdapat peningkatan compliance rate pada variabel pemenuhan upah tenaga kerja, akses untuk toilet, ketersediaan klinik di pabrik, berkurangnya cidera ketika bekerja dan meningkatnya persentase adanya perjanjian kerja bersama. Indonesia memiliki keadaan yang lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan Yordania, akan tetapi keadaan ini terbalik bila dibandingkan
dengan keadaan di Vietnam.

Abstract
In this research discusses the compliance rate of companies in the garment industry in Indonesia. calculated the compliance rate using nine variables, which are child labour, discrimination, forced labour, freedom of association and collective bargaining, contracts and human resource, pay and benefit, working
time, occupational safety and healthy and industrial relations. Based on our analysis this research can concluded the compliance rate of companies in the
garment industry in Indonesia is 76%. Then, when compared with conditions in 1997 there is an increased compliance rate on the minimum wage, access to
toilets, clinics availability in factories, injuries at work and the collective bargaining agreement. Indonesia has compliance rate better than Yordania contrast when Indonesia compared to Vietnam."

"ABSTRAK
Penyeliaan fasilitatif merupakan pendekatan baru yang digunakan dalam kegiatan
penyeliaan program KIA. Belum semua provinsi dan kabupaten di Indonesia
melaksanakan penyeliaan fasilitatif program KIA dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian
ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan langkah awal penyeliaan
fasilitatif program KIA di Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sijunjung tahun 2011.
Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan April – Mei 2011 di Kabupaten Sijunjung
Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan
desain studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Puskesmas yang
terdapat di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Sampel penelitian sama dengan populasi yaitu
seluruh Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sijunjung yang berjumlah 12 Puskesmas. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sijunjung memiliki rata-rata
tingkat kepatuhan baik (≥ 80%) terhadap standar pelayanan KIA dan asuhan
persalinan. Rata-rata tingkat kepatuhan Puskesmas terhadap standar pelayanan
KIA adalah 83,13% dan terhadap standar asuhan persalinan adalah 88,96%. Itemitem
yang banyak tidak memenuhi standar di seluruh Puskesmas merupakan
bagian dari aspek logistik. Puskesmas non-perawatan dan Puskesmas perawatan
memiliki rata-rata tingkat kepatuhan baik terhadap standar pelayanan KIA dengan
nilai 81,51% dan 84,75%. Diharapkan item-item yang banyak tidak memenuhi
standar dapat segera dibuatkan rencana tindak lanjut oleh pihak yang
bertanggungjawab.

ABSTRACT
Supportive supervision is a new approach used in the supervisory activities of
MCH program. Not all provinces and districts in Indonesia implemented
supportive supervision of MCH program. The purpose of this study is to know the
description of the implementation of supportive supervision initial steps of MCH
program in Primary Health Cares in Sijunjung District 2011. This study is
conducted on April – May 2011 in Sijunjung District of West Sumatra. This study
is a descriptive study with cross-sectional study design. The population of this
study is the entire Primary Health Cares located in the Sijunjung District. Sample
is the entire Primary Health Cares in Sijunjung District, amounting to 12 Primary
Health Cares. The result shows that Primary Health Cares in Sijunjung District
have an average good compliance rate (≥ 80%) of MCH service standard and care
delivery. The average compliance rate of MCH service standard is 83,13% and
care delivery standard is 88,96%. Most items which do not meet the standard in
all Primary Health Cares are part of the logistics aspect. Non-treatment Primary
Health Cares and treatment Primary Health Cares have an average good
compliance rate of MCH service standard with a value of 81,51% and 84,75%. It
is expected that many items which do not meet the standards can be followed-up
by the responsible party."

"Sejak tahun 1997, Departemen Kesehatan bekerjasama dengan WHO telah mengembangkan suatu pendekatan dalam tatalaksana balita sakit di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS). Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur dengan dana bantuan WHO pada tahun 1997 pula telah mulai menerapkan pendekatan MTBS di 6 puskesmas.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat kepatuhan petugas pelaksana MTBS dan kepuasan ibu balita yang mendapat pelayanan dengan menggunakan tatalaksana MTBS di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 12 petugas pelaksana MTBS dan 120 ibu balita. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan secara langsung pada saat petugas memeriksa balita sakit dengan menggunakan daftar tilik dan wawancara terhadap ibu balita setelah selesai pelayanan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan wawancara mendalam kepada petugas dan diskusi kelompok terarah dengan ibu balita.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pada tingkat kepatuhan petugas dengan menggunakan cut off point 90 dalam niiai kisaran kepatuhan tertinggi 100 dan terendah 83,32 maka sebanyak 65,80% petugas patuh dalam melakukan penilaian dan klasifikasi, 9I,70% petugas patuh dalam menentukan tindakan dan 66,70% petugas patuh dalam memberikan konseling. Untuk tingkat kepuasan ibu balita, dengan cut off point 29 dari total score 40, maka secara umum ibu balita menyatakan puas mendapat pelayanan dengan tatalaksana MTBS, tetapi masih ada 8,34% ibu balita yang tidak puas dalam hal keinginannya untuk kembali. Dengan uji statistik, pada p~,43 terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan petugas dalam penilaian dan klasifikasi penyakit dengan kepuasan ibu balita dalam hal keinginannya untuk kembali membawa anaknya berobat ke puskesmas.
Kesimpulan secara umum, tingkat kepatuhan petugas daIam tatalaksana MTBS sudah cukup baik, demikian pula kepuasan ibu balita terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dengan menggunakan tatalaksana sudah cukup tinggi. Maka disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk tetap mempertahankan kualitas bimbingan dan supervisinya agar kelangsungan pendekatan ini tetap terjaga. Bagi puskesmas perlunya memberikan penghargaan tertentu bagi petugas yang patuh untuk mempertahankan tingkat kepatuhan petugas , dan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan ibu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang MTBS. Bagi Departemen Kesehatan perlu mempertimbangkan cut off point tingkat kepatuhan, disesuaikan dengan telah berapa lama puskesmas menerapkan MTBS.

Relationship on the Compliance Rate of Health Workers and the Satisfaction Rate of Mothers on the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness at Distric Sidoarjo East Java year 2002Since 1997, the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the World Health Organization has developed an approach in managing sick child underfive at the primary health services known as Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (LMCI). District of Sidoarjo, using WHO budget has started socializing the IMCI in 6 health centers on 1997.
The objective of this study is to have a description of health worker's compliance and mother's satisfaction towards IMCI implementation in district Sidoarjo. The study will use cross sectional design with quantitative and qualitative approach with sum of sample to 12 IMCI-implement health workers and 120 mothers. Data collection is conducted by direct observation to health workers during sick child examination using a checklist and exit interviews to mothers using questionnaires then followed by an indepth interview to the health workers and focus group discussion to the mothers.
The study showed that means of staff compliance score on IMCI procedures are 92,18; 96,56; 93,06 and 95,45 respectivety for patient assessment & classificatioiu; determine treatment; giving counseling; and average total compliance using cut-off 90, it is showed that compliance on treatment determination is highest with 91,70% respondent midwifes. Followed by giving counseling (66,70%) and assessment & classification (65,50%). Furthermore, this study showed level of satisfaction for IMCI service on high (by using cut-off score of 29 of total score 40), except that there are 8,30% of mothers who expreseed will not return for the IMCI services at the health center. Furthermore, using Chi Square statistic with exact p-value approach, it is showed that there is a significant relationship between compliance in assessment & classification and satisfaction in intention to return for the same services (p~,03).
In conclusion, the compliance rate of health workers towards the IMCI achieve a higher level than Ministry of Health suggestion (80% comply)) similar results are shown for the mother satisfaction in health treatment. This study suggest the District Health Office of Sidoarjo to maintain its quality of IMCI services with adequate supervision and monitoring evaluation. Furthermore, Puskesmas manager should identify staff with excellent compliance and reward them adequately. For other staff, the manager may promote continuously the IMCI services. At last but not least, this study suggest the Ministry of Health recruits level of compliance based local experience on applying IMCI services.

"Analysis on the Compliance Rate of Health Personnel towards the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness at DKI Jakarta Health Center Year 2001The Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the World Health Organization, since 1997, has developed an approach in managing sick child under-five at the primary health services known as Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI). Today, IMCI has been implemented in 26 provinces (of 30 provinces present) covering 128 districts/municipalities in Indonesia.
The province of DKI Jakarta, using regional budget 2000, has started socializing the IMCI to 14 health centers in 5 regions of Jakarta. How is the compliance of health worker in implementing the IMCI has never been studied.
The objective of this study is to have a outline information on factors related to the health worker's compliance towards IMCI implementation at HC in Jakarta. The study will use "cross-sectional" design with quantitative and qualitative approach and total sample of 23 IMCI-implement health workers. Data collection is conducted by direct observation to the health workers during sick child examination using a checklist. After the observation, the health workers will fill in a questionnaire. Some secondary data will also be collected using the checklist for Monitoring IMCI record and checklist for supporting facilities.
The result of the study shows that of 23 IMCI-implement health workers in DKI Jakarta 21.72% comply with interval value 58.61% - 90.28%, with cut off point value 80. The Internal factors is proven to have significant correlation with health worker's compliance with p = 0.04. While the external factors is proven to have significant correlation with human resources/MMCI facilities with p = 0.02 and leader's commitment with p = 0.009.
In conclusion, the compliance rate of HC personnel in DKI Jakarta towards IMCI has not adequate. It is suggested to the Provincial Health Services DKI Jakarta to provide a health policy in managing sick child under-five using IMCI approach and at the same time improving quality of its monitoring and supervision.
Health Center needs to have a clear task description for each of their personnel and a continued monitoring/supervision. A reward system should also be considered. The Ministry of Health needs to review the IMCI Monitoring and Supervision Checklist also considers Cut of Point of IMCI compliance rate and finalizing the Essential Drug for IMCI."

"Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur mutu pelayanan. Kepuasan pasien yang rendah menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan yang berada di bawah yang berpengaruh terhadap nama baik rumah sakit tersebut. Kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP pelayanan rawat inap dengan dikontrol oleh beberapa variabel karakteristik pasien yang meliputi : umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, kepesertaan asuransi, dan kelas perawatan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP pelayanan rawat inap, kepuasan pasien, hubungan antara kepatuhan dengan kepuasan serta variabel yang mengontrol hubungan antara kepatuhan dan kepuasan. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai 20 April sampai dengan 30 Mei 2004 di Rumah Sakit Kusta Sungai Kundur Palembang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 160 sampel dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode kualitatif hanya digunakan untuk menggali penyebab ketidakpuasan pasien. Metode kuantitalif menggunakan desain crosssectional.
Dalam analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan chi- square , didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP pelayanan rawat inap dengan kepuasan pasien. Dan karakteristik pasien, jenis kelamin, pendidikan pekerjaan, dan kepesertaan asuransi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan. Dalam analisis mulvariat diketahui bahwa kepatuhan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien setelah dikontrol variabel jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan, kelas perawatan dan kepesertaan asuransi.
Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dianjurkan untuk menggunakan prisip Total Quality Manajemen dalam pelayanan keperawatan.

Relationship on the Compliance Rate of Nursing Standard Operating Procedures and the Satisfaction Rate of Patient at Sungai Kundur Hospital Palembang in 2004Patient satisfaction is one of indicators to measure quality of service. A low patient satisfactions reflect of under standard of level quality service, which is effect for image of the hospital. Patient satisfaction is influenced by compliance rate of nursing standard operating procedures compound by patients characteristic such as : gender, age, education, job, Class of clinical service, insurance allowed, salary.
The objective of this study is to have a description of nursing compliance and patient satisfaction in Sungai Kundur Hospital Palembang on 2004. the research was performed between April 20 to May 30 in Sungai Kundur Hospital Palembang. Using random sampling methods at 160 samples. This research use both quantitative methods of analysis, and qualitative analysis which used to find the source of patient dissatisfaction. The Quantitative methods used a cross- sectional methods and the result are written descriptively, narratively and analytically.
In bivariate analysis using chi- square , there is finding significant statistical relationship between the nursing compliance of standard operational procedure and patients satisfaction. From the patient Characteristics, gender, education, job, and managed care affects the satisfaction level. In multivariate analysis, using logistic regression analysis the real confounder variable is gender, education, job, class of care.
To Improve the quality of nursing service it suggested to employ total quality management in nursing services.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai program pengampunan pajak yang berlangsung di Indonesia. Pengampunan Pajak merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk mendapatkan pendapatan dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Program Pengampunan Pajak seringkali langsung dianggap berhasil selama negara mendapatkan penerimaan yang cukup besar atau sesuai dengan target. Namun, pendapatan yang mencapai target tidak dapat dijadikan satu satunya indikator untuk menentukan keberhasilan program Pengampunan Pajak.
Dalam skripsi ini, permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah bagaimana tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak setelah dilakukannya Pengampunan Pajak dan bagaimana penerapan Pengampunan Pajak di Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat yuridis normatif dengan meneliti norma hukum tertulis dan bahan pustaka digunakan sebagai bahan utama penelitian, dengan metode penelitian untuk menganalisa data adalah secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah bahwa tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak meningkat, tetapi tidak signifikan meski telah dilaksanakan program Pengampunan Pajak di Indonesia, dan pengaturan Pengampunan Pajak di Indonesia masih kurang ideal.

This thesis discusses about the comparison of several tax amnesty programs in Indonesia. Tax Amnesty is one of the policies made by Indonesia rsquo s governement to earn income in a relatively short period of time. Tax Amnesty programs are often deemed as successful when one rsquo s country receive a large sum of money or when they reach the nominal targeted from the programs. Although considered very successful in terms of increasing national income but income is not the only indicator that makes taxation program successful.
This thesis will further discusses about several programs that have been implemented in Indonesia and Indonesia rsquo s tax compliance rate after these programs were implemented, as well as the ideal arrangement for such programs. Research conducted for this thesis is juridical normative by examining norms of written law and using written material for research with qualitative research method to analyze the data. In conclusion, Indonesia rsquo s Tax Compliance Rate has not increased much or significantly after the Tax Amnesty programs, and that the programs implemented are still far from ideal.

Menggunakan regresi panel Fixed Effect, hasilnya adalah perubahan skema tarif tunggal menjadi multi tarif, perubahan nilai tarif dan perubahan batas NJOPTKP, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan

The decentralization of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) on Indonesia in 2014, gave Local Government the flexibility to manage PBB-P2 including the regulation of tariffs rate, Non taxable object (NJOPTKP) etc, as a manifestation of fiscal decentralization and increasing the regional revenue. there are two groups, the regional group that changes the tax regulations and the group that does not, since those two has a differences trend of revenues, so we analyze the impact of tax structure change to Indonesia PBB-P2 compliance rate in 2014 to 2019 . With Panel Fixed Effect regression, the result show change of rate scheme from single to multiple rate, change in tax rate and limit of NJOPTKP signifficantly affected the compliance."
