"skripsi ini membahas tentang peran library lovers club (llc) dalam mengembangkan perpustakaan sekolah dengan menjalankan fungsi-fungsi perpustakaan, seperti pengolahan, layanan, hingga promosi di perpustakaan sman 49 jakarta. penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa llc berperan dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai komunitas di perpustakaan sekolah dengan memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi perpustakaan dan lingkungannya, kemudian berbagai dampak positif ditunjukkan oleh anggota llc. oleh karena itu, instansi terkait seperti diknas dan perpusnas, sebaiknya mendukung llc sebagai ekstrakurikuler di sma, terutama di sma negeri, yang pada umumnya pengelola perpustakaannya masih merangkap guru atau staf administrasi, selain itu llc diharapkan menjalin kerjasama yang maksimal dengan orang tua murid dan organisasi lainnya agar kendala yang dihadapi menjadi lebih ringan serta tujuan menumbuhkan minat baca dan promosi perpustakaan sekolah dapat terlaksana.

this undergraduate thesis is studying about the role of llc in developing school library through library function which include data processing, service, and also promotion at 49 public senior high school, jakarta. the research uses qualitative method with a descriptive design and data collected by interviews, observation and literature studies. the result of this research shows that llc have the role on its function as school library community by giving positive contribution to the library and the society, and also positive impulsion by the llc`s member. this research advises the related instance such the national education ministry and national library to support llc as extracurricular in public senior high school which is the most condition is the staffs who manage the library are also being the teacher or administrative staff; advises to cooperate with student`s parents and other organization so that obstacles would be easier to be overcome and the purpose to grow reading interest and the promotion would be done."

"The number of drug abused in adolescent is increasing every year. It is assumed that the influencing factors of drug abused could come from their internal and external factors of the adolescent. Some of the external factors are family environment, community, school, and their peer group. This research was using the descriptive correlation and cross sectional study design. The goal of this study was to determine of the correlation between the external environments of the adolescent with the risk of the drug abused on the student of senior high school in the Depok city. The samples of this study were the 205 students of the first and second grade student in the senior high school in Beji District, Depok city. The samples were selected by the proportional random sampling method.
The result of this study showed that the family and peer group have significant correlation to the risk of drug abused amongst the adolescent (p = 0,006 and 0,020), where as the school and community had no significant correlation. It is implied also that the family environment has the highest correlation to the drug abused amongst adolescent (OR = 2,168). Characterize of the adolescent (gender) had also the correlation to the risk of drug abused (P = 0,003) and it was a confounding factors. Therefore, the focus of the community nurse role is including observation to the peer group, especially boys. It is suggested that community nurse should have good collaboration with public health center, school, and parents in making early detection on the drug abused behavior in adolescent. Counseling on the family, peer group should be implemented and monitored continuously."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada kenyataan bahwa kondisi moralitas bangsa sedang mengalami sebuah penurunan. Institusi pendidikan di satu pihak dinilai sebagai salah satu penyebab menurunnya kondisi moralitas bangsa ini, namun di sisi yang lain, institusi pendidikan memiliki peran yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Peran ini diwujudkan dengan memberikan muatan pendidikan nilai dalam proses pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada proses pendidikan nilai yang dilakukan di sekolah nonformal PKBM "Argowilis". Peneliti tertarik untuk melihat bagaimana proses pendidikan nilai di PKBM ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM "Argowilis" Banyumas dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum formal yang diajarkan di PKBM Argowilis, tidak berbeda dengan kurikulum yang digunakan di pendidikan formal. Secara eksplisit, muatan pendidikan nilai termaktub dia dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Proses pendidikan nilai di PKBM Argowilis, dilakukan melalui dua metode, metode di dalam kelas dan di luar kelas. Metode di dalam kelas dilakukan melalui kurikulum formal maupun kurikulum tersembunyi (hidden curriculum). Metode ganjaran dan hukuman jarang digunakan dalam proses pendidikan moral di Argowilis, meskipun ada beberapa tutor yang menerapkan metode ini, namun bentuk hukuman yang diterapkan adalah bentuk hukuman yang tidak langsung dan bersifat mendidik. Metode di luar kelas, dilakukan melalui kegiatan camping, berkunjung ke instansi-instansi pemerintah dan juga tempat-tempat umum. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman warga belajar serta untuk menumbuhkan rasa empati dalam din warga belajar.

ABSTRACT
The background of the study is formed by moral degradation happening in this country. Educational institutions are responsible to this problem in one side, while, in the other side, they play an effective role to bring the solution. It applied with give the value education on the learning procces. This study focused in process of value education held in PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) or Center for Community Education. For that reason, the study on how the process of value education runs was held. The study was held in PKBM "Argowilis" Banyumas by using qualitative approach Data collection was accomplised through interview, observation, documentation and FGD. The result shows that formal curriculum containing value education in PKBM "Argowilis" is not different with those in formal institutions. We can fmd that there are two major subjects that explicitly contain value education: religion and civics. The process of value education in PKBM "Argowilis" is run by using inside and outside classroom methods. Inside classroom method is done through formal curriculum and hidden curriculum. Punishment is rarely given. Some tutors choose to give indirect punishment which contain value education. Outside classroom method comes in ther form of outdoor activities such as camping, visit to governmental institute and also to public spots. The aims of these activities are to widen the knowledge of the student and so their experience, and also to stimulate their sense of empathic.
