"Penelitian ini berfokus pada menganalisis strategi komunikasi CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pertamina dalam meningkatkan engagement kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022” di media sosial. Perusahaan memiliki kewajiban untuk mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi CSR sebagai bentuk kepeduliannya terhadap para pemangku kepentingan. Dengan menerapkan strategi komunikasi CSR melalui media sosial secara tidak langsung hal ini juga turut meningkatkan engagement dengan pemangku kepentingan. Sehingga, melalui strategi tersebut dapat membentuk hubungan yang baik dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Dalam hal ini, PT. Pertamina memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki untuk mengimplementasikan komunikasi CSR untuk meningkatkan engagement dengan pemangku kepentingan melalui kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan observasi media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pertamina menggunakan strategi komunikasi CSR pada “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”. PT. Pertamina juga menggunakan sosial media untuk meningkatkan engagement kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”.

This study focuses on analyzing the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) communication strategy carried out by PT. Pertamina is increasing engagement with the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign on social media. Companies have an obligation to implement a CSR communication strategy as a form of concern for stakeholders. By implementing a CSR communication strategy through social media, this also indirectly increases engagement with stakeholders. So, through this strategy can form a good relationship with stakeholders. In this case, PT. Pertamina utilizes its social media to implement CSR communication to increase engagement with stakeholders through the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign. The analysis in this study uses the method of literature study and social media observation. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pertamina uses a CSR communication strategy in "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022". PT. Pertamina also uses social media to increase engagement with the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign."

"ABSTRAK
Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Extraversion, Neuroticism dan Openness to Experience fans fanspage PT.ADM terhadap liking dan commmenting dengan mediasi broadcsting dan communicating yang menghasilkan liking dan communicating. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah regensi berganda one failed.pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui google form berdasarkan non probality sampling ( sugmental ).Responden
penelitian berjumlah 157 orang responden para pengikut facebook fanspage PT.ADM yang tinggal di wilayah indonesia.meodel penelitian dengan hipotesis 10
( sepuluh ). Hipotesis ini di olah menggunakan Spps 21. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Extraversion berpengaruh postif terhadap Broadcasting dan berelasi positif terhadap Liking dan Commenting.

design using Multiple Regression one-tailed. Gathering fans information using survey methode using Googgle Form based on non probability sampling (sugmental). 157 fans Facebook fanspage PT. ADM living in Indonesia use to be research. In these research, there is 10 (ten) hipotesis. These Hipotesis process by SPSS 21. The research result states that Extraversion has positif effect to Broadcasting has postive relationship with Liking and Commenting."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara orientasi gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki masing-masing atasan terhadap aktivitas komunikasi sebagai bentuk implementasi perubahan organisasi yang diterapkan kepada setiap anggota organisasi di perusahaan BUMN di seluruh Indonesia, dengan mengambil responden dari pekerjanya yang mempunyai atasan langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan teknik Convenience Sampling. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 155 pekerja dari beberapa perusahaan BUMN. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online dan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji keterkaitan antara empat variabel dari Person-Centred Orientation, Task-Centred Orientation, Distributed Leadership, dan Communicating Change. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, telah didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu variabel Person-Centred Orientation dan Task-Centred Orientation sama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Communicating Change. Pengaruh tersebut tidak dimediasi oleh variabel Distributed Leadership.

This thesis aims to analyze the relationship between the leadership style orientation of each manager towards communication activities as a form of implementing organizational change that is applied to every member of the organization in state-owned companies throughout Indonesia, by taking respondents from workers who have direct supervisors. This study uses a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique. The research subjects used 155 workers from several state-owned companies. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and processed using SmartPLS 3 with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to examine the relationship between the four variables from Person-centred Orientation, Task-centred Orientation, Distributed Leadership, and Communicating Change. From the analysis, the research results have been obtained, the Person-Centred Orientation and Task-Centred Orientation variables both have a positive effect on the Communicating Change variable. This relationship is not mediated by the Distributed Leadership variable."
