"Penelitian ini mengukur hubungan antara planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini juga mengukur peran kepribadian proaktif sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 839 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Variabel penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kuisioner penelitian dari Career Decision Self-Efficacy- Short Form CDSE-SF, Planned Happenstance Career Inventory PHCI dan Proactive Personality Scale PPS, yang kemudian diadaptasi sesuai dengan konteks Indonesia. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda dan PROCESS dari Hayes dengan menggunakan model moderator sederhana Model 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: a planned happenstance berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan career decision-making self-efficacy dan b kepribadian proaktif tidak berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan planned happenstance dan career decision-making self-efficacy.
This study measures relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy on high school students. This study also measures the role of proative personality as a moderator of relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy. Data were collected from 839 high school students. Variables were measured using a research questionnaire in the form of Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE ndash SF, Planned Happenstance Career Inventory PHCI, and Proactive Personality Scale PPS, which were adapted to the Indonesian context. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and Hayes rsquo PROCESS 2013 simple moderator model Model 1. The result showed a Planned happenstance is positively and significantly correlated with career decision making self efficacy and b proactive personality does not act as a moderator of the relationship between planned happenstance and career decision making self efficacy. "Fase eksplorasi karir pada individu dewasa awal tidak selalu berjalan lancar. Untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut, mereka memerlukan kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan karir yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan terkait trait mindfulness dengan tingkat career decicision making self efficacy (CDMSE) pada dewasa awal. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi untuk mencari hubungan antara kedua variabel. Partisipan merupakan lulusan perguruan tinggi yang berumur 18-25 (n=95). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire dan Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Scale yang sudah diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat hubungan signifikan secara positif antara variabel trait mindfulness dan CDMSE (r = 0,315, p < 0,001). Ditemukan dimensi non-reactivity dan problem solving memiliki hubungan signifikan yang kuat dibanding dimensi lain. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar studi dengan topik mindfulness pada perilaku karir lainnya.
The career exploration phase in emerging adulthood individuals does not always progress smoothly. To tackle this issue, the ability to make well-informed career decisions becomes essential. This study aims to investigate how trait mindfulness is linked to the level of career decision making self efficacy (CDMSE) among emerging adulthoods. The study utilizes a correlation method to examine the relationship between these two variables. The participants in this study were college graduates aged 18-25 (n=95). The researchers used the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire and the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale that had already been adapted into Bahasa. The analysis reveals a significant positive correlation between trait mindfulness and CDMSE (r = 0.315, p < 0.001). Particularly, the dimensions of non-reactivity and problem-solving exhibit stronger associations compared to other dimensions. These findings provide a foundation for future investigations into mindfulness and its impact on other careerrelated behaviors."

"Tingginya angka ketidaksesuaian karier dengan minat mahasiswa di Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier yang rendah di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, pola asuh orang tua yang tepat dapat menjadi bekal bagi individu untuk mengembangkan efikasi diri, khususnya di bidang karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara perceived parenting style dan career decision making self-efficacy mahasiswa di Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yakni Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) dan Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) untuk mendapatkan data terkait variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 146 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoritatif berkorelasi positif signifikan pada CDMSE (r = 0,411, p < .001). Artinya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan pola asuh otoritatif yang dipersepsikan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier. Sedangkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoriter tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan bahwa penggunaan pola asuh otoritatif paling tepat untuk menumbuhkan efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier individu.
The high rate of career misalignment with student interests in Indonesia indicates a low level of career decision making self-efficacy among Indonesians. In this case, proper parental upbringing can serve as a foundation for individuals to develop self-efficacy, especially in career-related areas. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived parenting style and career decision making self-efficacy among university students in Indonesia. The researchers used two research instruments: the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) to collect data on these variables. The study involved 146 students aged 18-25 years. Statistical analysis showed that students' perceptions of authoritative parenting style significantly and positively correlated with CDMSE (r = 0.411, p < .001). This means that the higher the tendency for authoritative parenting perceived by the students, the higher their level of self-efficacy in career decision making. In contrast, students' perceptions of authoritarian parenting style did not show a significant relationship. The study's findings imply that the use of authoritative parenting is most appropriate for fostering self-efficacy in career decision making."

"Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya telah ditemukan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi berkorelasi dengan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier (CDSE). Kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi merupakan dua variabel yang dapat membantu individu mengatasi hambatan-hambatan eksternal yang dihadapi dalam mengambil keputusan kariernya. Namun demikian belum ada penelitian yang mencoba membandingkan keduanya dan menelitinya pada siswa SMK kelas 12.
Siswa SMK memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan siswa SMA dan mahasiswa yang menjadi partisipan pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dengan melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi terhadap CDSE siswa SMK kelas 12 kemudian membandingkan di antara keduanya, variabel mana yang memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap CDSE.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada 858 siswa SMK kelas 12 diketahui bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan atribusi memengaruhi CDSE siswa SMK kelas 12 di mana kepribadian proaktif memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan atribusi. Hasil penelitian nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam menyusun program intervensi.
Proactive personality and attribution, based on previous research that has been found, are correlated with career decision self-efficacy (CDSE). Proactive personality and attribution are two variables that can help individuals overcome external barriers needed in making career decisions. However there are no studies comparing the variables and examining them in senior year vocational high school students. Vocational high school students have different characteristics compared to high school and college students who are involved in previous studies. Therefore this study aims to gain new findings besides the result from the previous research by looking at how the effect of proactive personality and attribution on senior year vocational high school students CDSE then determining which variables have greater effect on CDSE. Based on the results of the study on 858 senior year vocational high school students it is known that proactive personality and attribution affect senior year vocational high school studentsCDSE in which proactive personality have greater effect than attribution. The results of the study may later be used as a foundation in developing an intervention program."

"Penelitian yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas 10 ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara kelekatan siswa pada orangtua dan teman sebaya dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier dilihat dari pemilihan peminatan (MIA/IIS/Bahasa) yang dilakukan siswa kelas 10. Lebih jauh, diteliti pula perbandingan besar kontribusi antara kelekatan pada orangtua dan kelekatan pada teman terhadap efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel 176 siswa kelas 10 di Depok. Hasilnya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelekatan pada orangtua dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier (r = 0,356, p < 0,01) serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelekatan pada teman dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier (r = 0,249, p<0.01). Ditemukan pula bahwa kelekatan pada orangtua berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap varians efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier dibanding kelekatan pada teman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar baik lingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan sekolah mengusahakan terciptanya kelekatan dengan siswa.
This research was conducted to examine the relationship between parental attachment, peer attachment, and career decision-making self-efficacy in 10th grade students. Samples for this research are 176 10th grade high school students in Depok. Career decision-making self-efficacy was examined from choosing the major that student want to take on high school (Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Languages). Furthermore, researcher examined the difference of contribution between parental attachment and peer attachment to career decision-making self-efficacy. The results are, there is a significant relationship between parental attachment and career decision-making self-efficacy (r = 0,356, p < 0,01), also there is a significant relationship between peer attachment and career decision-making self-efficacy (r = 0,249, p<0.01). Results also showed that parental attachment gives more contributions to career decision-making self-efficacy than peer attachment. Based on the results, researcher suggest to family and school environment to build attachments between parent, peer, and students."
