"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkah laku orangtua terkait karir dan adaptabilitas karir remaja SMP. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas 9 di Indonesia, sebanyak 321 orang. Tingkah laku orangtua terkait karir diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Parental Career-Related Behavior) yang disusun oleh Dietrich dan Kracke (2009). Adaptabilitas karir diukur dengan Skala Adaptabilitas Karir yang disusun oleh Indianti (2015).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara tingkah laku ayah yang mendukung (r=0.291, p<0.01), ibu yang mendukung (r=0.282, p<0.01), dan ayah yang ikut campur (r=0.158, p<0.01) dengan adaptabilitas karir. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara tingkah laku ayah (r=0.235, p<0.01) dan ibu (r=0.281, p<0.01) yang kurang terlibat. Ditemukan pula bahwa tingkah laku ibu terkait karir berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap adaptabilitas karir, dibandingkan tingkah laku ayah terkait karir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi orangtua untuk menyediakan dukungan bagi remaja agar memiliki adaptabilitas karir yang baik.

The research aims to get the correlation between parental career-related behavior and career adaptability among middle school adolescents. The participants of this research are the 9th grader middle school students in Indonesia, amounts 321 students. Parental career-related behavior was measured by measurement tools PCB (Parental Career-related Behavior) made by Dietrich and Kracke (2009). On the other hand, career adaptability measured by measurement tools Career Adaptability Scale made by Indianti (2015).
The results indicate that father support (r=0.291, p<0.01), mother support (r=0.282, p<0.01), and father interference (r=0.158, p<0.01) correlate positively and significant with career adaptability. There are negative and significant relationship between lack of engagement (father: r=0.282, p<0.01; mother: r=0.281, p<0.01) and career adaptability. Results also showed that mother career-related behavior gives more contributions to career adaptability that father career-related behavior. Based on this results, its important for parent serve the support to their adolescents to have a good career adaptability."

"Ketika bertransisi dari kuliah ke dunia kerja, Generasi Z ditemukan mengalami kesenjangan soft skills, kurang mengetahui potensi diri dan minat karier, dan khawatir tidak bisa mendapat pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mereka belum memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Adaptabilitas karier adalah sumber daya psikososial yang dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk menghadapi masa transisi dan tantangan dalam berkarier. Kepribadian proaktif adalah faktor yang kritis dalam pembentukkan adaptabilitas karier dan dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk bertahan dalam lingkungan kerja yang tidak terprediksi. Selain itu, agar Generasi Z bisa terus memenuhi tuntutan dunia karier yang kompleks, kemampuan self-directed learning (SDL) menjadi penting untuk dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SDL dalam memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian adalah 131 lulusan baru Generasi Z yang sudah bekerja atau magang selama maksimal 1 tahun. Hasil analisis regresi dengan Hayes Macro PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa SDL memediasi parsial hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Artinya, SDL tidak sepenuhnya menjelaskan hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Generasi Z agar memanfaatkan kepribadian proaktifnya yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan adaptabilitas kariernya. Penyedia kerja dapat menyediakan mentoring karier atau coaching untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan adaptabilitas karier Generasi Z.

In transitioning from college to the workforce, Generation Z was found to experience soft skills gaps, lack of self-potential and career interests understanding, and worry about securing their desired job. This phenomenon indicates that they do not have good career adaptability. Career adaptability is a psychosocial resources that can help Generation Z to face transitions and challenges in their careers. Proactive personality is a critical factor affecting the formation of career adaptability and can help Generation Z to survive in an unpredictable work environment. In addition, self-directed learning (SDL) skills are important for Generation Z to meet the demands of a complex career world. This study aims to determine how SDL mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. The participants of this study are 131 Generation Z fresh graduates with working or internship experience for a maximum of 1 year. The regression analysis result using Hayes Macro PROCESS shows that SDL partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. In other words, SDL does not fully explain the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. This research recommends Generation Z utilize their proactive personality to continue optimizing their career adaptability. Job providers can facilitate Generation Z with career mentoring or coaching to advance their career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran mengenai hubungan antara work values dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Hal tersebut karena siswa kelas 9 diharapkan sudah mengetahui dan mulai merencanakan kariernya di masa depan. Pengukuran work values dilakukan dengan alat ukur The Work Values Scale Ye, 2015. Sementara, adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilites Scale CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 569 dari siswa kelas 9 SMP.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work values dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9 R2 = 0.21, p < 0.01, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin berkembangnya work values pada siswa maka semakin baik kemampuan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi siswa kelas 9 untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik dalam memilih jurusan di SMA, dan bagaimana work values dapat memberikan kontribusi pada adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas 9.

This research aimed to find the relationship between work values and career adaptability among 9th grade students. The reason this research needs to be done is because 9th grade students are expected to be ready for their career in the future. Work values was measured using The Work Values Scale Ye, 2015 . Career adaptability was measured using Career Adapt Abilities Scales CAAS Savickas Porfeli, 2012. The participants of this research are 569 9th grade students.
The result of this research show that work values have a significant relationship with 9th grades student rsquo s career adaptability R2 0.21, p 0.01. The result shows that the more developed the work values of the individual means the better the career adaptability of the students. Based on the results, it is important for 9th grade students to have a good career adaptability in order to prepares and choose majors in the next level of education, and work values can contribute towards the career adaptability of 9th grade students.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hubungan antara sibling relationship dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9 SMP. Pengukuran sibling relationship dilakukan dengan alat ukur Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale milik Riggio yang dimodifikasi oleh Mirah 2014. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale milik Savickas Porfeli 2012.
Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product momen. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 291 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas 9 SMP Negeri di Depok dan Jakarta. This research was conducted to get the correlation between sibling relationships and career adaptability upon 9th grade junior high school students. The sibling relationships were measured by using Lifespan Sibling Relationship Scale which is constructed by Riggio and then modified by Mirah 2014. "ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh social support, self-efficacy, dan career adaptability terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik survei. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience dengan jumlah responden yang terkumpul sebanyak 131 pekerja berstatus PWTT yang telah bekerja selama 1 tahun di Kantor Pusat PT Pertamina (Persero). Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social support mempengaruhi work engagement secara positif dan signifikan, self-efficacy mempengaruhi work engagement secara positif dan signifikan, dan juga career adaptability mempengaruhi work engagement secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya, juga ditemukan bahwa social support, self-efficacy, dan career adaptability berpengaruh terhadap work engagement secara simultan.

ABSTRACT
The research aims to examine the effect of social support, self-efficacy, and career adaptability on work engagement. This research used a quantitative approach through survey techniques. The sampling technique in this study uses convenience techniques with the number of respondents collected was 131 respondents PWTT status workers who have worked for 1 year at PT Pertamina (Persero) Head Office. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that social support affect work engagement positively and significantly, self-efficacy affect work engagement positively and significantly, and career adaptability affect work engagement positively and significantly. Furthermore, also found that social support, self-efficacy, and career adaptability simultaneously affect work engagement."

"Penelitian ini menguji peran career adaptability sebagai antesenden career engagement dengan dimediasi oleh career satisfaction dan promotability. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI) dengan total responden sebanyak 298 orang. Keseluruhan responden merupakan pegawai BPK RI dengan Jabatan Administrasi Umum dan Pemeriksa dengan masa kerja di atas lima tahun. Untuk memperoleh respon dari para responden, kuesioner disebarkan secara online melalui google-form dan link yang telah disediakan.
Alat ukur yang digunakan, antara lain Career Adaptability Scales (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas & Porfeli (2012), Career Satisfaction Scales (CSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Greenhaus et al., (1990), four-item scale yang dikembangkan oleh Shore, Barksdale, dan Shore (1995), serta Career Engagement Scale  (CES) yang dikembangkan Hirschi, Freund, dan Herrmann (2014). Untuk analisis data, metode yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualifikasi, kompetensi, dan kinerja PNS sesuai dengan sistem merit yang berlaku di era reformasi birokrasi, khususnya di BPK RI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa career adaptability memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap career satisfaction, promotability, dan career engagement. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan career satisfaction dan promotability memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara career adaptability dengan career engagement.

This study examined the role of career adaptability as antecedents of career engagement mediated by career satisfaction and promotability. This research was conducted at The Supreme Audit Board in Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) with a total of 298 respondents. All respondents were BPK RI employees in General Administration and Auditor position with a tenure of more than five years. In order to get responses from respondents, questionnaires were distributed online through google-form and links provided.
The measuring instruments used for this study were Career Adaptability Scales (CAAS) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2012), Career Satisfaction Scales developed by Greenhaus et al., (1990), four-item scales developed by Shore, Barksdale, and Shore (1995), and also Career Engagement Scale (CES) developed by Hirschi, Freund, and Herrmann (2014). A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyse data.
This research was expected to contribute in improving the qualifications, competencies, and performance of civil servants in accordance with the merit system prevailing in the era of bureaucratic reform, especially at BPK RI. The results indicated that career adaptability related positively and significantly with career satisfaction, promotability, dan career engagement. In addition, this study also showed that career satisfaction and promotability partially mediated the relationship between career adaptability and career engagement."

"Mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan diri mereka memasuki dunia kerja dengan mengikuti kegiatan magang dapat menghadapi kesulitan yang memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengikuti program magang. Penelitian ini juga hendak mengidentifikasi sumber persepsi dukungan sosial mana yang paling berperan dalam hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Kriteria partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sarjana tingkat akhir pada perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang sedang atau pernah mengikuti program magang. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Teknik statistik korelasi Pearson dan multiple regression digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan serta peran antara persepsi dukungan sosial dengan adaptabilitas karier. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan sosial dengan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengikuti program magang. Akan tetapi, effect size antara kedua variabel tersebut tergolong kecil. Sementara itu, sumber persepsi dukungan sosial yang bersumber dari orang tua ditemukan sebagai satu-satunya sumber yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier. Limitasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Undergraduate students who are preparing themselves to enter the workforce by participating in internships may face difficulties that affect their career adaptability. This study examines the role of perceived social support on career adaptability among final-year undergraduate students who have participated in an internship program. It also aims to identify which source of perceived social support plays the most significant role. The criteria for participants in this study are final-year undergraduate students in a university in Indonesia who are currently participating or have participated in an internship program. Data collection was carried out using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Pearson's correlation and multiple regression techniques were used to analyze the relationship between the two variables. Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived social support and career adaptability. However, the effect size is considered small. Meanwhile, perceived social support from parents was found to be the only source with a positive and significant relationship with career adaptability. Limitations and suggestions for further research are described in this study."

"Mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik, stabilitas hidup yang tinggi dan tingkat stres yang rendah menjadi cita-cita setiap mahasiswa ketika mereka menyelesaikan pendidikanya. Ketika perkembangan teknologi yang mempengaruhi tidak stabilitas dan kepastian disertai oleh adanya pengaruh eksternal di luar kendali mahasiswa, maka dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Permasalahan tersebut memburuk ketika rendahnya kemampuan adaptasi dan orientasi mahasiswa terhadap masa depan. Jika hal ini terjadi secara terus menerus akan berdampak pada kemampuan individu dalam menyelesaikan setiap tugas-tugas yang diberikan dan hal ini dapat meningkatkan tren kutu loncat dan quiet quitting yang dapat mempengaruhi pasar tenaga kerja. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 192 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Future Orientation memediasi hubungan Career Concern dan Career Control terhadap Career Decidedness mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia.

Getting a good job, high life stability and low-stress levels is the goal of every student when they finish their education. When technological developments that affect instability and certainty are accompanied by external influences beyond the student's control, it can affect final-year students’ decision-making. This problem worsens when students' adaptability and orientation toward the future are low. If this happens continuously, it will impact individual abilities in completing each given task. This can increase the trend of hopping and quiet quitting, which can affect the labor market. Research data were obtained from 192 final-year students at the University of Indonesia through online questionnaires. The results of the study show that Future Orientation mediates the relationship between Career Concern and Career Control on the Career Decidedness of final-year students at the University of Indonesia."

Kinerja individu yang optimal akan mengarah pada kesuksesan bisnis dan memengaruhi profitabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job crafting dan career adaptabilityterhadap job performance dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi psychological availability. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 220 pegawai Bank Papua dengan menggunakan metode survei online. Studi ini di analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Perangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menguji tujuh hipotesis yang dibuat berdasarkan model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career adaptability berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi psychological availability. Namun job crafting ditemukan berpengaruh negatif terhadap job performance. Selanjutnya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur sumber daya manusia, terutama bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pihak terkait untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap aspek kemampuan beradaptasi karir, yang berperan dalam proses pembentukan kinerja pegawai.

Job performance is a highlight and benchmark for every organization. These indicators relate directly to the organization, there by generating value and contributing to organizational goals, which are expressed in the organization's financial and non-financial results. Optimal individual performance will lead to business success and affect organizational profitability. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of job crafting and career adaptability on job performance and an indirect effect through the mediation of psychological availability. Empirical data was collected from 220 employees of Bank Papua using the online survey method. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. Lisrel software is used to analyze and test seven hypotheses based on the research model. The results of the study show that career adaptability positively influenced job performance, both directly and through the mediation of psychological availability. However, job crafting is found to have negative effect on job performance. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the human resources literature, especially for policymakers and related parties to pay attention to aspects of career adaptability, which play a role in the process of forming employee performance."

"Tingkat turnover pegawai di industri perbankan Indonesia cukup tinggi yaitu di atas tingkat ideal 10%, dengan tingkat kenaikan gaji yang rendah dibandingkan industri lainnya. Survei penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh peluang pertumbuhan karir yang dapat diakomodasi oleh perencanaan karir perspektif masa depan pekerjaan (OFTP) yang dapat mempengaruhi tindakan pribadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor yang relevan dalam perencanaan karir sesuai teori konstruksi karir yaitu adaptabilitas karir dan OFTP serta implikasinya terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitas Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Total sampel penelitian adalah 206 karyawan tetap di sektor perbankan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas karir mempengaruhi OFTP secara positif signifikan, dan secara tidak langsung terhadap perencanaan karir dengan OFTP sebagai mediator. OFTP ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap perencanaan karir, dan negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Perencanaan karir juga berpengaruh secara langsung dan merupakan mediator antara OFTP dengan turnover intention secara negatif signifikan.

Employee turnover rate in Indonesia banking sector is quite high which above the ideal level of 10% and the rate of salary increase is the lowest compared to other sectors. Previous surveys and research showed turnover intention are affected by career growth opportunity which can be accommodated by career planning and Occupational Future Times Perspective (OFTP) which can affect personal actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career planning’s relevant factor such as career adaptability and OFTP based on career construction theory to the career planning itself and the implication towards turnover intention. This study uses quantity approach and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to test the study hypotheses. The survey questionnaire was gathered from 206 full-time employees in the banking sector. The results showed that career adaptability affects OFTP positively and significantly, and indirectly on career planning with OFTP mediation. OFTP had a significant positive effect on career planning, and a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Career planning was also found to have a significant negative effect directly and also a mediator between OFTP and turnover intention."
