"[ABSTRAK
Banyaknya jejaring sosial yang bermunculan. Salah satu jejaring sosial yang marak digunakan adalah twitter. Kegiatan promosi produk melalui twitter sudah mulai digunakan PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL) sejak tahun 2009 melalui akun @XL123. Penggunaan twitter oleh perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia masih dalam tahap penjualan dan promosi.
Namun demikian, analisis yang dilakukan hanya terbatas pada perhitungan jumlah retweet, komentar, dan follower. Analisis belum melihat sejauh mana makna komentar dari pelanggan maupun masyarakat. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi keputusan membeli masyarakat jika komentar yang diberikan negatif, dan sebaliknya komentar positif akan meningkatkan citra perusahaan di mata stakeholder. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fakta bahwa rating yang diperoleh XL Axiata tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi brand tersebut, yaitu rating 3 dari 10. Sedangkan ekspektasi yang diharapkan berdasarkan analisa perbandingan jumlah follower dan following, semestinya XL Axiata memiliki reputasi yang bagus yaitu 7-8.
Penelitian ini melakukan perhitungan reputasi dari produk XL Axiata, dan membandingkannya dengan produk Telkomsel dan Indosat. Selanjutnya dilakukan beberapa teknik ekstrak data, analisis sentimen, serta membandingkan tiga algoritma klasifikasi: Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan Decision Tree. Tahap evaluasi performansi menggunakan precision, recall, f-measure, dan kurva ROC (AUC). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibentuk oleh SVM memberikan performansi yang lebih baik untuk selanjutnya digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan Net Brand Reputation. Perhitungan NBR dilakukan di produk 3G, 4G, Voice, SMS, dan Internet (data). Berdasarkan perbandingan kelima produk ini, XL Axiata memperoleh rata-rata nilai reputasi yang lebih di dibandingkan Telkomsel dan Indosat yaitu sebesar 24.5%, sedangkan Telkomsel hanya memperoleh 13.2% dan Indosat 19.3%.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan pengaruh Brand Reputation dan Brand Tribalism pada Brand Relationship dalam konteks Brand Kecap Bango milik PT Unilever Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat konklusif dan desktiptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan convenience sampling dan menghasilkan 235 responden. Dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis model pengukuran, dan analisis multiple linear regression melalui SPSS 13. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Brand Reputation dan Brand Tribalism yang dipersepsikan konsumen secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Two-Way Communications dan Emotional Exchange yang mempengaruhi pembentukan Brand Relationship.

This study aims to find the influence of Brand Reputation and Brand Tribalism on Brand Relationship in context of Bango soy sauce brand owned by PT Unilever Indonesia. This study is using conclusive and descriptive cross-sectional research design. Data is collected by convenience sampling and generates 235 respondents. Validity, reliability, measurement model analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis are tested using SPSS 13. The results found that Brand Reputation and Brand Tribalism that is perceived by consumers are significantly and positively affect the Two-Way Communications and Emotional Exchange that form the Brand Relationship."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengaruh perceived service quality of endorsed brand, parent brand reputation dan attitude toward endorsed brand terhadap loyalitas dari brand Citadines Rasuna Jakarta (Serviced-apartment yang merupakan endorsed brand dari Ascott Limited).
Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive research design dengan metode survey (kuesioner) dengan rancangan cross-sectional yang dilakukan terhadap pengguna layanan serviced-apartment Citadines Rasuna Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived service quality of endorsed brand berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward endorsed brand. Parent brand reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived service quality of endorsed brand.
Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan ternyata parent brand reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward endorsed brand. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian juga diperoleh hasil bahwa baik perceived service quality of endorsed brand, parent brand reputation, dan Attitude toward endorsed brand berpengaruh positif terhadap endorsed brand loyalty.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the effect of perceived service quality of endorsed brand, parent brand reputation and attitude toward endorsed brand on Citadines Rasuna Jakarta brand loyalty (Serviced-apartment brand which is endorsed by Ascott Limited).
This study uses descriptive research design with cross-sectional survey method (questionnaire) and using serviced-apartment Citadines Rasuna Jakarta users as the respondens. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with sensus method. Results from this study showed that the perceived service quality of endorsed brand have positive effect on attitude toward endorsed brand. Parent brand reputation have positive effect on perceived service quality of endorsed brand.
The results also showed parent brand reputation turned out to be a positive influence on attitude toward endorsed brand. In addition, from the results of the study also showed that whether perceived service quality of endorsed brand, parent brand reputation, or attitude toward endorsed brand, altogether have positive effect on endorsed brand loyalty.

Industri bisnis ini paling cocok dengan situasi dunia saat ini karena minimnya kerusakan lingkungan dan juga pandemi covid-19 yang memaksa orang untuk mengurangi mobilitasnya. Namun, efek dari industri bisnis ini jika mereka masih melakukan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan lingkungan (ECSR) masih samar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh ECSR terhadap perilaku konsumen jika dilakukan oleh platform E-commerce di negara berkembang dan menggunakan reputasi merek sebagai mediatornya. Penelitian ini ingin menekankan kepada setiap pelaku bisnis bahwa tanggung jawab lingkungan dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang, bukan hanya mereka yang merusak atau sedang merusak lingkungan saja karena kita semua hidup di bumi yang sama dan setiap orang harus bertanggung jawab terhadapnya.

The rapid development of the internet caused a huge change in business activities. Nowadays, people can easily buy products on the E-commerce platform, a virtual market where individuals and businesses can post their products to be sold. This business industry suits best to the current world situation due to the lack of damage to the environment and also the covid-19 pandemic that forced people to reduce their mobilisation. However, the effect of this business industry if they still performed environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) is still vague. This research is conducted to see the effect of ECSR on consumer behaviour if it is performed by an E-commerce platform in a developing country and use brand reputation as the mediator. This research wants to emphasise to every business that environmental responsibility can be done by everyone, not just those who damage or are damaging the environment only because we all live on the same earth and everyone should be responsible with it."

"Penggunaan internet sudah menjadi kebiasaan dan kebutuhan tersendiri di masa setelah diberlakukannya kegiatan bekerja secara hybrid dan juga kegiatan sekolah yang mulai kembali normal seperti sebelum pandemi covid-19. Berdasarkan data yang dirilis oleh Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia, penetrasi internet di Indonesia mencapai 77.02%, kemunculan beragam penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia dengan produk- yang bersaing, dipengaruhi juga dengan meningkatnya penggunaan internet. Belum adanya media ulasan resmi, mendorong masyarakat menggunakan media sosial untuk mengungkapkan ulasan terhadap layanan internet. Pada penelitian ini digunakan data media sosial Twitter untuk mendapatkan nilai sentimen terhadap layanan internet dengan membuat model klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan Decision Tree dan juga pengukuran nilai kepuasan pelanggan dan reputasi merek dagang berdasarkan dari analisis sentimen yang didapatkan. Didapatkan hasil analisis sentimen dengan algortima SVM memiliki hasil performa yang paling baik yaitu 75.36 %. Layanan internet Biznet, MNC Play, dan Iconnet mendapatkan nilai kepuasan pelanggan berada pada urutan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga, sedangkan untuk nilai reputasi merek dagang, penyedia layanan internet Biznet dan MNC Play mendapatkan urutan pertama dan kedua baik pada perhitungan hasil pelabelan manual maupun hasil prediksi. Perhitungan CSS dan NBR ini dapat dipertimbangkan oleh perusahaan untuk dijadikan referensi dalam meningkatkan layanannya, selain itu dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk memilih dan membandingkan penyedia layanan internet terbaik yang akan digunakan.

The use of the internet has become a habit and a necessity after the implementation of hybrid work and also school activities which have started return to normal like before the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on data released by the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers, internet penetration in Indonesia has reached 77.02%, the appearance of various internet service providers in Indonesia with competitive products is also influenced by the increasing use of the internet. There is no official review media, has encouraged the sociecty to use social media to express reviews of internet services. In this study, Twitter social media data is used to obtain sentiment analysis for internet services by creating a classification model using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, and Decision Tree, and also to measure customer satisfaction and brand reputation score based on the sentiment analysis obtained. The results of sentiment analysis with the SVM algorithm have the best performance, with the accuracy 75.36%. Biznet, MNC Play, and Iconnet get first, second, and third place for customer satisfaction scores, while for net brand reputation scores, Biznet and MNC Play internet service providers get first and second place, for the calculation using manual labeling data or prediction data of classification model. The calculation of the CSS and NBR can be considered by the company as the reference to improve their services, besides that it can be used by the society as a consideration for choosing and comparing the best internet service providers to use."

" Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh trust in a brand for brand loyalty UD setelah rebranding. Rebranding dianalisa menggunakan kerangka corporate rebranding. Evaluasi eksternal setelah rebranding dilakukan dengan mengukur pengaruh trust in a brand terhadap brand loyalty UD Trucks. Pengukuran trust in a brand dilakukan kepada empat variabel independen yaitu brand reputation brand predictability brand compentence dan trust in the company.
Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survey yang dilakukan di beberapa kota Jakarta Tangerang Bandung dan Balikpapan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan metode non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik ini berarti memilih responden berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dengan metode regresi linear diperoleh temuan bahwa brand predictability brand competence dan trust in the company berhubungan positif terhadap peningkatan trust in a brand dan peningkatan trust in a brand berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty.

This thesis analyzed the influence of trust in brand for brand loyalty UD Truck in Indonesia after rebranding process. Rebranding analysis use theoretical framework corporate rebranding The external evaluation of rebranding can used to measure the influence of trust in a brand for brand loyalty of UD Trucks. Trust in a brand is measured by four variabel independen brand reputation brand predictability brand compentence and trust in the company.
This study use survey method in Jakarta Bekasi Tangerang Bandung and Balikpapan Technique of sampling will be used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. This technique of sampling means that responden is choosed based on certain criteria We get summarized by linear regression method that brand predictability brand competence and trust in the company have linear and positive relationship with trust in a brand and will make brand loyalty increased.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan menguji model consumer-based chain restaurant brand equity (CBCRBE) dan menginvestigasi efek dari variabel-variabel yang berada di dalam CBCRBE terhadap reputasi sebuah brand dan juga kepercayaan konsumen terhadap brand tersebut dan juga menginvestigasi efek dari reputasi sebuah brand terhadap brand trust dengan menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap brand tersebut dipengaruhi oleh reputasi sebuah brand, brand affect, self-congruence. Serta reputasi sebuah brand dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kualitas makanan dan juga pelayanan restoran, kesadaran konsumen terhadap sebuah brand, dan atribut asosiasi sebuah brand. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa self-congruence berpengaruh negatif terhadap reputasi sebuah brand, dan kesadaran konsumen terhadap sebuah brand berpengaruh negatif terhadap reputasi brand

ABSTRACT
This study was to develop and test models of consumer-based chain restaurant brand equity (CBCRBE) and investigate the effects of variables that are within CBCRBE to the reputation of a brand and consumer confidence in the brand and also investigated the effect of the reputation of a brand to brand trust using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study confirm that consumer confidence in the brand is influenced by brand reputation, brand affect, and self-congruence. As well as the reputation of a brand is influenced by factors such as the quality of the food and restaurant services, consumer awareness of a brand, and a brand attribute association. The study also found that self-congruence negatively affect the reputation of a brand and consumer awareness of a brand negatively affect brand reputation"

"ABSTRAK
Perkembangan jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Perkembangan internet berdampak pula pada munculnya beberapa ecommerce, tidak terkecuali ecommerce yang bergerak dalam jasa pemesanan tiket dan hotel. Selain itu, internet juga mendukung media sosial untuk mengekspresikan opini yang objektif tentang suatu produk/jasa. Media sosial dijadikan sebagai media electrocic word of mouth e-wom oleh pelaku jasa ecommerce. Peneltian ini terkait analisis sentiment, reputasi brand, dan jaringan sosial di Twitter terkait ecommerce yang bergerak pada bidang pemesanan hotel dan tiket. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang berhubungan dengan mention @pegi_pegi, @traveloka, dan @tiket yang diambil dari periode 24 September 2016 sampai 21 November 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritme GaussianNB, MultinomialNB, BernoulliNB, ME, SVM, dan Xgboost pada proses pembuatan model. Pada kasus imbalance data, proses pembuatan model menggunakan SMOTE yang bertujuan menyeimbangkan jumlah kelas pada data yang ada. Akurasi terbaik diperoleh dengan menggunakan algoritme SVM SMOTE sebesar 0.96, presisi sebesar 0.96, recall sebesar 0.96, dan F1-Score sebesar 0.96. Nilai reputasi brand untuk @pegi_pegi sebesar -6, @traveloka sebesar -5, dan @tiket sebesar -2. Akun yang memiliki tingkat pengaruh secara keseluruhan terhadap @pegi_pegi yaitu @calvinjeremy, @traveloka yaitu @banyuwangi_kab, dan @tiket yaitu @IndahJuli.

ABSTRACT
The number of internet users in Indonesia has increased from year to year. Internet development impact on the emergence of e commerces, including in ticket and hotel reservation services. In addition, the internet also supports social media to express their opinions about a product service. Social media is used as a medium electrocic word of mouth e wom by actor rsquo s ecommerce services. This study focuses on sentiment analysis, brand reputation, and social networking on Twitter related to e commerce that focuses on the hotel and ticket reservations. The data used in this research is data related to pegi pegi, traveloka, and tiket taken from the period 24 September 2016 until 21 November 2016. This research uses a GaussianNB algorithm, MultinomialNB, BernoulliNB, ME, SVM, and Xgboost in the modeling process. In case of imbalanced data, process modeling using SMOTE which aims to balance the number of classes on existing data. Best accuracy obtained by using SVM algorithm SMOTE is 0.96, the precision is 0.96, the recall is 0.96, and F1 Score is 0.96. Brand reputation for pegi pegi is 6, traveloka is 5, and tiket is 2. Accounts that have effect on pegi pegi is calvinjeremy, traveloka is banyuwangi kab, and tiket is IndahJuli."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran employer brand dalam memperkuat hubungan brand personality dan employer brand attractiveness. Responden dalam riset kali ini melibatkan 415 sampel mahasiswa aktif S1 dari Universitas Indonesia (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta Fakultas Ilmu Komputer) serta mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (Program Studi Teknik Informatika). Syarat responden riset adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau pernah magang setidaknya satu bulan. Pengujian data dilakukan secara simultan dengan metode Structural Equation Method (SEM). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand personality sincerity, competence, excitement, dan sophistication secara signifikan mempengaruhi employer brand attractiveness. Pengaruhi tersebut dimediasi oleh employer brand affect serta employer brand trust, dimana efek employer brand affect juga dimediasi oleh employer brand reputation. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, berikut masukan kepada GO-JEK bahwa untuk dapat menarik minat calon pegawai. GO-JEK harus menciptakan perasaan positif pada pegawai potensial, pesan-pesan tersebut adalah pesan yang mencerminkan kejujuran serta adanya janji kepastian kerja.

The purpose of this research to examine the role of employer brand in strengthening the relationship between brand Personality and employer brand attractiveness. Data was collected from 415 registered students University of Indonesia (Faculty of Economic and Business as well as Faculty of Computer Science) as well as Bandung Institute of Technology (Information Engineering), specifically final year students or students with at least one-month internship experience. The data was tested using Structural Equation Method (SEM). The result shows brand personality traits sincerity, competence, excitement, and significantly and positively impact employer brand attractiveness. The effect is mediated by employer brand affect and employer brand trust, where employer brand affects effect is mediated by employer brand reputation. Based on the findings, the author would like to propose a few strategies to GO-JEK to maximized its employer brand effort. GO-JEK should able to create positive messages which highlights honesty as well as job certainty. Potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK due to the fact that GO-JEK brands are able to convey youthfulness, honesty, as well as a brand that is successful which in turn elicit a positive response from university students. Thus, the university students feel that GO-JEK is a trustworthy employer and that job certainty at GO-JEK. It can conclude that those are the reasons potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK."

Salah satu e-commerce yang banyak memanjakan konsumennya adalah Gojek yang merupakan perusahaan teknologi atau startup kebanggaan Indonesia dalam melayani konsumen dengan sistem B2C (business to consumer) melalui jasa ojek. Salah satu fitur Gojek yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah GoFood. Layanan ini memberikan jasa pemesanan makanan secara online melalui aplikasi Gojek. Untuk menunjang perkembangannya, merchant GoFood kerap memberikan diskon untuk promosi beberapa produk tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pengaruh discount framing terhadap brand reputation dan brand image pada purchase intention dan actual behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 154 pengguna layanan GoFood di Jabodetabek. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak LISREL. Peneliti menemukan bahwa discount framing berpengaruh secara signifikan baik terhadap purchase intention maupun actual behavior.

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, which increases every year, makes Indonesia a potential market for digital business. The sector is an alternative way for many Indonesians to find and buy products. One e-commerce that pampers its consumers a lot is Gojek, which is a technology company and a prided startup of Indonesia that serves consumers with a B2C (business to consumer) system through motorcycle taxi services. Among the most widely used Gojek features in Indonesia is GoFood. The service provides online food ordering services through the Gojek application. To support its development, GoFood merchants often provide discounts for the promotion of certain products. This study investigates the effects of discount framing on brand reputation and brand image on purchase intention and actual behavior. This study uses purposive sampling involving 154 GoFood service users in Jabodetabek analyzes the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software. This study finds that discount framing had a significant effect on both purchase intention and actual behavior."
