Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas dental pulp stem cells DPSCs dalam menginduksi proses regenerasi jaringan pada defek tulang kelinci New Zealand dengan menilai kadar alkaline phosphatase ALP dan gambaran histologis. Defek kritis dibuat pada tulang femur kelinci dan transplantasi DPSCs dilakukan terhadap kelompok perlakuan, sedangkan defek pada kelompok kontrol dibiarkan kosong.
