"Setiap kelompok etnik mempertahankan identitas mereka melalui ekspresi budaya yang kontinu untuk menciptakan boundaries etnik, arsitektur kemudian menjadi salah satu aspek dimana boundaries tersebut tercipta. Didasari teori yang melandasi identitas etnik serta boundaries pada arsitektur urban, dilakukan pengamatan terhadap Jalan Pancoran, yang merupakan salah satu kawasan Pecinan yang paling aktif. Menggunakan pendekatan experiential, pengamatan menunjukan hadirnya boundaries yang terwujud dalam atmosfer ruang terbangun, sehingga dapat diidentifikasi indikasi akan keberadaan identitas etnik Tionghoa pada arsitektur kawasan Jalan Pancoran.

Every ethnic group preserve and maintain their identity by continual expression of their culture, in which ethnic boundaries are created. Architecture then becomes one aspect in which these boundaries manifest. Based on the theory that underlines the concept of ethnic identity and boundaries within urban architecture, an observation towards Jalan Pancoran area was done, as it is one of the most active areas in Jakarta’s Pecinan. Using experiential approach, the result of the observation shows presences of boundaries that manifests within the atmosphere of built architecture, which identifies the presence of indications over Chinese ethnic identity within the architecture around Jalan Pancoran area."

"ABSTRAKDewasa ini, persaingan dalam bidang kuliner semakin tinggi. Salah satu faktor yangdapat digunakan dalam keunggulan bersaing adalah melalui store atmosphere. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere pada restoranUNION Plaza Senayan terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian dilakukan denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 responden yang merupakanpenduduk Jakarta yang berusia 17 tahun keatas yang merasakan pelayanan dariUNION Plaza Senayan setidaknya satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Data penelitiandidapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisaregresi sederhana. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh storeatmosphere pada restoran UNION Plaza Senayan terhadap repurchase intention.

ABSTRACTNowadays, competition in culinary industry has been increasing. One of potentialaffecting factor of the competition itself is through store atmosphere. The purpose ofthis research is to analyze the impact of store atmosphere towards repurchaseintention. This research is conducted with quantitative approach. The research sampleconsists of 100 respondent which include to the criteria of being a Jakarta residence,17 years old above in age, and having the experience of dining at least once inUNION Plaza Senayan within the last three months. All required research data arecollected by distributing questionnaire which later on being analyzed with simpleregression analysis. Through this research, it is found that there is significant impactof UNION Plaza Senayan store atmosphere towards its repurchase intention."
