"Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Jatikramat periode Maret 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Mahakam Beta Farma for January – February 2022 periode, and Apotek Roxy Jatikramat for March 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice"

"Profesi apoteker memiliki peran yang penting pada pekerjaan kefarmasiaan, baik dalam bidang industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, maupun pemerintahan. Untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang profesional, calon apoteker wajib melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Hal ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mendapatkan bekal dan pengamalaman untuk memahami peran serta meningkatkan kompetesi sebelum terjun ke dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Beringin periode Januari 2022 dan Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Co., Ltd., periode April-Juli 2022. Melalui proses Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di apotek dan industri farmasi, calon apoteker diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran, wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker saat di dunia kerja.

The pharmacist profession has an important role in pharmaceutical work, in the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, services, and government. To become a professional pharmacist, pharmacist candidates are required to carry out Pharmacist Professional Work Practices. This is intended so that pharmacist candidates get the provision and experience to understand the role and improve competence before entering the world of work. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are carried out at Roxy Beringin Pharmacy for the period of January 2022 and Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Co., Ltd., for the period of April-July 2022. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice process in pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacist candidates are expected to get an overview, insight, knowledge, skills, and experience related to pharmaceutical work that a pharmacist will carry out while in the world of work."

The pharmacist plays a crucial role in maintaining public health. One of the important roles that must be executed in order to become a professional is to dive directly into the world of pharmacy. Hence, student undergoing pharmacist training is expected to conduct internship for the sake of understanding the role of pharmacist and to improve competency before finally engaging in the real world. The internship was done at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi from July – August 2021 and Apotek Roxy Poltangan on December 2021. Through the internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacist is expected to gather the appropriate knowledge, skill and experience before working as professional"

"Profesi apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam bidang kesehatan, khususnya pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian sendiri merupakan suatu pelayanan langsung yang bertanggung jawab kepada pasien berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi guna meningkatkan mutu dari kehidupan pasien. Salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesuia adalah berpartisipasi dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntuk untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan sumber pengalaman untuk memahami peran sebagai apoteker serta meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Januari 2022 dan PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional periode Maret – April 2022. Pharmaceutical service is a direct service that is responsible to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations in order to improve the quality of patient life. One of the important things to do to become a professional pharmacist is to participate in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and source of experience to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence before entering the world of work. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional for the March – April 2022 period. Through this PKPA process, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and skills that are appropriate and adequate to enter the world of pharmaceutical work. "

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di termpat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements to enter the world of work and undergo professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, then an internship was carried out at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and the Roxy Galaxy Pharmacy during the period February-June 2020. During the internship it is expected that pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experiences. to do pharmaceutical work in most professional work practices."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang dapat berperan di berbagai bidang antara lain pemerintahan, apotek, dan industri. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dapat menjadi salah satu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker. Penulis melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Balai Besar POM Jakarta, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Bayer Indonesia – Cimanggis Plant. Tugas khusus PKPA di Balai Besar POM Jakarta adalah melakukan pengujian di Laboratorium Pangan. Tugas khusus PKPA di Apotek atrika adalah membuat rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dengan cara studi literatur ke beberapa sumber antara lain website BPJS; website e-katalog LKPP; peraturan perundang-undangan tentang BPJS, JKN, Program Rujuk Balik (PRB); website PTSP di wilayah Surabaya. Tugas khusus PKPA di PT Bayer Indonesia – Cimanggis Plant dilakukan dengan membandingkan data pengujian kualitatif bahan baku pada catatan elektronik dan catatan kertas. Kegiatan PKPA di Balai Besar POM Jakarta, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Bayer Indonesia – Cimanggis Plant diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada calon apoteker mengenai peranan, tugas, maupun tanggung jawab apoteker dalam bidang pemerintahan, apotek, dan industri farmasi.

Pharmacists are one of the health workers who can play a role in various fields including government, pharmacy, and industry. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) can be a forum for prospective pharmacists to improve pharmacist competence. The author carried out the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at Balai Besar POM Jakarta, Apotek Atrika, and PT Bayer Indonesia - Cimanggis Plant. PKPA's special task at Balai Besar POM Jakarta is to conduct tests at the Food Laboratory. PKPA's special task at the Pharmacy atrika is to design a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program (PRB) by studying literature to several sources, including the BPJS website; LKPP e-catalog website; laws and regulations regarding BPJS, JKN, Referral Program (PRB); PTSP website in Surabaya area. PKPA's special task at PT Bayer Indonesia - Cimanggis Plant is carried out by comparing qualitative test data of raw materials on electronic records and paper records. PKPA activities at Balai Besar POM Jakarta, Apotek Atrika, and PT Bayer Indonesia - Cimanggis Plant are expected to provide an overview to prospective pharmacists regarding the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the fields of government, pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry."

ABSTRACT

A pharmacist has an important role in every pharmaceutical working sector, such as pharmaceutical industry, drugstore, and government sector. All pharmacists should comply the competency standard as a requirement to enter the working sector and doing the pharmaceutical practice. There are ten competency standards for Indonesian pharmacists to fulfil by every pharmacist before graduating. A prospective pharmacist needs to have an internship program regarding to understand the role of pharmacist. The internship was held at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Apotek Hidup Baru, dan PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. on January - April 2019. During the internship program, the apothecary student can understand and feel the experience as a pharmacist in a pharmaceutical working sector."

"Apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam berbagai bidang yang berkaitan dengan obat, antara lain di bidang pemerintahan, farmasi, rumah sakit, industri farmasi, dan distributor farmasi. Standar kompetensi merupakan persyaratan penting yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang apoteker ketika memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi yang menjadi acuan bagi apoteker ketika lulus dan melakukan kegiatan di tempat kerja profesi. Salah satu cara untuk memperoleh ilmu dan pengalaman untuk meningkatkan kompetensi maka dilaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika, dan PT AstraZeneca Indonesia periode Februari-September 2020. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh, pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di tempat kerja profesi.
