"The establishment of bank mu'amalah Indonesia is 1991 is the triges of growing syari'ah bank in Indonesia. Of course each syariah bank has interesting product to stimulate client, so it is important to be discussed about factors influenced customers to choose syari'ah bank. The study aimed to analize knowledge factors, motivation, group concering and bank exceting towards moslem businessman choose syari'ah bank in Tulungagung. ABSTRAK
Peningkatan permintaan akan mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Ha! ini disebabkan kapasitas yang tersedia tidak lagi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan yang meningkat sedangkan permintaan dari pelanggan harus tetap dipenuhi. Karenanya, perlu bagi perusahaan untuk memutuskan cara memenuhi permintaan tersebut, yaitu apakah tetap dibuat sendiri ataukah membeli dari subkontraktor yang merupakan mitra usaha perusahaan. Analisis untuk memutuskan hal itu disebut analisis keputusan buat atau beli (make or buy decision analysis)
Sebelum menganalisis, maka diperlukan pemilihan parts yang potensial untuk dianalisis. Pemilihan ini temtama berdasarkan proses permesinan dan jumiah komponen. Dalam hal ini dilakukan perhitungan kapasitas dan kebutuhan waktu proses sehingga diketahui mesin-mesin yang berbeban tinggi.
Parts yang dipiiih tersebut dihitung biayanya dan dibandingkan biaya pembelian dan pembuatan sehingga diketahui biaya yang diperlukan dalam mengambil keputusan.
Selain itu juga dilakukan metode peramalan untuk mengetahui berapa besar biaya yang dikeluarkan dari keputusan yang diambil untuk tahun yang akan datang, dan dipilih parts mana yang sangat potensial untuk tetap dibuat dan untuk dibeli dari subkontraktor berdasarkan keputusan ekonomis. Dari hasil perhitungan biaya tersebut, maka didapatkan kriteria-kriteria parts yang sebaiknya tetap diproduksi sendiri ataupun diproduksi subkontraktor.

Risiko dan ketidakpastian pasti ada dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan. Oleh
karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis keputusan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut.
Banyak sekali metode analisis keputusan, seperti Metode Expected Monetary
Value (EMV), Teori Pilihan, Teori Portfolio, dan lain-lain. Namun, tidak semua
dapat diaplikasikan dalam kondisi kehidupan nyata. Dalam hal risiko, industri
minyak dan gas bumi (migas) adalah industri yang memiliki tingkat risiko yang
tinggi, terutama dalam hal investasi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan migas
memerlukan suatu metode analisis keputusan untuk menghadapi risiko tersebut.
Hanya saja, teknik analisis keputusan yang digunakan tiap perusahaan belum
tentu sama. Penelitian ini akan mencari teknik analisis keputusan yang cocok
untuk digunakan di perusahaan migas yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Teknik
analisis keputusan tersebut akan dikaji performanya dengan cara menganalisis
nilai ekonomis sebuah proyek dan nanti hasilnya akan dibandingkan dengan nilai
ekonomis proyek yang menggunakan teknik analisis keputusan konvensional.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik analisis keputusan XYZ-PDEP
yang digunakan oleh K3S XYZ terbukti menghasilkan nilai keekonomian proyek
yang lebih baik daripada teknik analisis keputusan konvensional. Nilai
keekonomian tinggi yang dicapai dengan penggunaan teknik analisis keputusan
XYZ-PDEP dibandingkan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis keputusan
konvensional menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan teknik
pengambilan keputusan yang berbeda dengan performa yang dihasilkan.

decision analysis is needed in order to overcome those problems. There are
numerous decision analysis methods, such as Expected Monetary Value (EMV),
Option Theory, Portfolio Theory, etc. Unfortunately, not all of them are
applicable in real life conditions. Concerning risks, the oil and gas industry is the
one industry that has high risks, especially in investment. Therefore, oil and gas
companies need a decision analysis method to face those risks. Nonetheless,
decision analysis techniques differ from one company to others. This research will
find which decision analysis technique is the most suitable one for oil and gas
companies in Indonesia. The decision analysis technique?s performance will be
evaluated through one of its project?s economic value and the results are then
compared with the same project being evaluated by conventional decision
analysis technique. The results of this research shows that XYZ-PDEP decision
analysis technique that is used by K3S XYZ proved to produce a better project
economic value rather than conventional decision analysis technique. The high
economic value that was produced by XYZ-PDEP decision analysis technique
compared to conventional decision analysis technique concludes that there is a
relation between the utilization of different decision analysis technique with each

"Gas Serpih dianggap sebagai salah satu sumber energi yang paling menjanjikan untuk menopang kebutuhan energi dunia. Meskipun begitu, eksplorasi terhadap gas serpih di beberapa negara dinilai masih kurang bekembang dimana hasl ini disinyalir disebabkan karena kurangnya metode dan implementasi teknologi dibandingkan dengan eksplorasi hidrokarbon konvensional. Selain itu, teknologi, metode, dan data yang tersedia di berbagai perusahaan migas saat ini masih terkonsentrasi pada eksplorasi hidrokarbon konvensional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengusulkan metode yang berbeda dalam eksplorasi gas serpih dengan memanfaatkan data eksplorasi hidrokarbon konvensional yang ada menggunakan pendekatan data science dan decision analysis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah K-Mean Clustering untuk mengelompokkan batuan berdasarkan karakterisitik yang serupa (TOC, Porosity, Poisson Ratio dan Water Saturation) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Multi Criteria Decision Analysis untuk menentukan cluster batuan terbaik untuk eksplorasi gas serpih. penelitian ini mengambil Formasi Serpih Banuwati di Cekungan Asri sebagai studi kasus yang dikenal sebagai salah satu batuan induk yang menjanjikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, batuan di daerah penelitian dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga cluster. Cluster 1 ditetapkan sebagai “High Fractability Cluster”, Cluster 2 ditetapkan sebagai “Water Saturated Cluster” dan Cluster 3 ditetapkan sebagai “High Organic Content Cluster” berdasarkan sifat fisik dan kimianya. Sementara itu, Cluster 3 ditetapkan sebagai cluster terbaik dengan interval kedalaman 10212 ft – 10412 ft (3113 m – 3174 m) yang dinilai sebagai sweet spot untuk eksplorasi Shale Gas berdasarkan hasil Multi Criteria Decision Analysis style

Shale gas has been regarded as one of the most promising energy sources to sustain the world’s energy demand. However, its exploration is still underdeveloped in several countries due to a lack of methods and technology implementation compared to conventional hydrocarbon exploration. In addition, the technology, methods, and data available in various oil and gas companies are currently still concentrated on conventional hydrocarbon exploration. The purpose of this study is to propose a new comprehensive method in shale gas exploration by utilizing the existing conventional hydrocarbon exploration data using data science and decision analysis approaches. The methods used in this study are K-Mean Clustering to cluster the similar rock characters (TOC, Porosity, Water Saturation, and Poisson Ratio) then continued by Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis to determine the best rock cluster for shale gas exploration. The study takes Banuwati Shale Formation in Asri Basin as a case which is well known as one of the promising source rocks in Indonesia. Based on this study, the rocks in the study area can be classified into three clusters. Cluster 1 is determined as “High Fractability Cluster”, Cluster 2 is determined as “Water Saturated Cluster” and Cluster 3 is determined as “High Organic Content Cluster” based on its physical and chemical properties. Meanwhile, Cluster 3 is determined as the best cluster with 10212 ft – 10412 ft (3113 m – 3174 m) depth interval preferred as the sweet spot for Shale Gas exploration based on Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis result."
