"ABSTRAKPelayanan publik mengalami tranformasi digital. Salah satu cara pemerintah DKI Jakarta mengembangkan Jakarta Smart City adalah dengan menyediakan layangan perpustakaan digital iJakarta. Dengan mengembangkan model konseptual yang berkaitan dengan intensi masyarakat untuk menggunakan aplikasi perpustakaan digital, penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model TAM sebagai latar belakang teori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1 Menjelaskan pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use, dan 2 Menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan ketiga konsep tersebut, yaitu: computer experience, domain knowledge, aksesibilitas, dan relevansi. Data diambil melalui survei kepada 130 pengguna aplikasi iJakarta dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana. Dengan menggunakan analisis jalur, hasil dari penelitian ini mendukung secara kuat teori dari TAM untuk memahami niat masyarakat untuk menggunakan aplikasi iJakarta. Faktor yang paling memengaruhi intention to use adalah perceived of usefulness, walaupun perceived ease of use juga berpengaruh signifikan. Perceived of usefulness dipengaruhi oleh aksesibilitas, relevansi, dan perceived ease of use, dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah variabel relevansi. Sementara, faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi perceived ease of use adalah domain knowledge dan aksesibilitas, dengan pengaruh terbesar berasal dari variabel domain knowledge.

ABSTRACTPublic service has undergone digital transformation. The government of Special Region of Jakarta has provided iJakarta digital library as a way to develop Jakarta Smart City. By developing a conceptual model associated with people 39 s intention to use digital library application, this research uses Technology Acceptance Model TAM as its theoretical framework. The objectives of this research are 1 to provide explanation of the influence of perceived ease of use and erceived usefulness towards intention of use, and 2 to describe the factors which influence the relations of the three concepts computer experience, domain knowledge, accessibility, and relevance. Data was gathered in a survey on 130 users of iJakarta, using simple random sample. Using path analysis, the outcome of the research strongly supports the theory in TAM in understanding people rsquo s intention to use iJakarta application. This study found that the factor that influences Intention to use the most is perceived of usefulness, despite the significant influence of perceived ease of use. Perceived of usefulness is affected by accessibility, relevance, and perceived ease of use with relevance variabel having the most influence. At the same time, the significant factors affecting perceived ease of use are domain knowledge and accessibility with domain knowledge variabel having the most influence. "

"Salah satu provinsi dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar di Indonesia adalah DKI Jakarta. Kondisi tersebut berpengaruh terhadap tingginya permintaan pelayanan kependudukan. Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan diselenggarakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan masyarakat serta sebagai dasar pembuatan kebijakan. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Dinas Dukcapil Pemprov DKI Jakarta untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam menjangkau layanan administrasi kependudukan adalah “Alpukat Betawi’. Alpukat Betawi adalah singkatan dari Akses Langsung Pelayanan Dokumen Kependudukan Cepat dan Akurat; yaitu penerapan one stop network service yang mengintegrasikan 17 layanan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian dari skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi pada aplikasi Alpukat Betawi berdasarkan teori gabungan antara Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Delone & Mclean Model. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam skripsi ini; dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan pengolahannya dengan SmartPLS; serta menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan hipotesis diterima dan dua hipotesis ditolak. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Usefulnes, Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction, System Quality berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, dan User Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Net Impact. Mayoritas responden merasa aplikasi ini membantu dalam pengurusan dokumen kependudukan karena proses yang lebih mudah, menghemat waktu, dan menghemat biaya yang dikeluarkan.

One of the provinces with the largest population in Indonesia is DKI Jakarta. These conditions affect the high demand for population services. Population administration services are organized to find out the needs of the community and as a basis for policy making. One of the innovations made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's Population and Civil Registry Service Office to make it easier for the public to reach population administration services is "Alpukat Betawi”. Alpukat Betawi stands for Direct Access to Fast and Accurate Population Document Services; namely the application of a one stop network service that integrates 17 population administration services. The research of this thesis aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance and use of information systems in the Alpukat Betawi application based on the combined theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Delone & McLean Model. Quantitative approach is used in this thesis; with the data collection method using a questionnaire, and processing it with SmartPLS; and using interview and observation methods to collect data. The results showed that eight hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected. The accepted hypothesis is that Information Quality influences Perceived Ease of Use, Information Quality influences Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use influences Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use influences User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness influences User Satisfaction, System Quality influences Perceived Ease of Use, Service Quality has an effect on Perceived Ease of Use, and User Satisfaction has an effect on Net Impact. The majority of respondents feel that this application helps in managing population documents because the process is easier, saves time, and saves costs."

"Aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile atau yang sebelumnya dikenal sebagai PeduliLindungi merupakan aplikasi yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah dalam melakukan pelacakan digital guna menghentikan penyebaran COVID-19. Pemerintah mewajibkan penggunaan aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Sejak tanggal 1 Maret 2023, PeduliLindungi resmi bertransformasi menjadi SatuSehat Mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile oleh masyarakat di DKI Jakarta usia 20-29 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengaplikasian Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile di DKI Jakarta usia 20-29 tahun, sebanyak 420 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan pandangan yang baik terhadap aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of used berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using, attitude toward using berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention to use, dan behavioral intention to use berpengaruh terhadap actual system use. Pada analisis multivariat terhadap variabel attitude toward using, menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of used merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh yang menentukan sikap pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile. Penerimaan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile oleh pengguna sudah cukup baik, serta perlu dilanjutkan untuk meningkatkan fitur-fitur, keamanan data, dan maintenance pada aplikasi untuk meminimalisir potensi eror dan meningkatkan penerimaan pada pengguna.

The SatuSehat Mobile application, previously known as PeduliLindungi, is an application initiated by the government to carry out digital tracking to stop the spread of COVID-19. The government requires the use of the PeduliLindungi application. Since March 1st 2023, PeduliLindungi has officially transformed into SatuSehat Mobile.

This research aims to analyze the acceptance of the SatuSehat Mobile application by the people in DKI Jakarta aged 20-29 years. This research was conducted by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The type of research used is quantitative. This research was conducted on SatuSehat Mobile application users in DKI Jakarta aged 20-29 years, for total 420 respondents. The research was conducted during May-June 2023.

The results of the univariate analysis show a good perception of the SatuSehat Mobile. The results of bivariate analysis show that perceived ease of use take effect to perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness take effect to attitude toward using, perceived usefulness take effect to attitude toward using, attitude toward using take effect to behavioral intention to use, and behavioral intention to use take effect to actual system use.

In the multivariate analysis of the attitude toward using variable, show that perceived ease of use is the most take effect variable that determines user attitudes in using the SatuSehat Mobile application. The acceptance of the SatuSehat Mobile application by users is quite good, and it is necessary to continue to improve features, data security, and maintenance of the application to minimize potential errors and increase user acceptance."

"Penelitian ini merupakan adaptasi dari penelitian yang sebelumnya pernah dilakukan di Tiongkok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Confirmation, Effort Expectance, Performance Expectancy, Perceived Task-Technology Fit, Satisfaction, Social Influence dan Trust terhadap Continuance Intention selama periode pandemi COVID-19 studi pada Kulina sebagai aplikasi pesan-antar makanan yang baru beroperasi di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui self-administered questionnaire kepada responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Kulina untuk kebutuhan pesan-antar makanan. Peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari berbagai variabel yang ada terhadap Continuance Intention pada sebuah aplikasi pesan-antar makanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Trust berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi oleh perusahaan aplikasi pesan-antar makanan di Indonesia untuk tahu faktor-faktor apa saja yang harus dikembangkan untuk semakin meningkatkan Continuance Intention di kalangan pengguna.

This research is an adaptation of research previously carried out in China. This study aims to determine the effect of Confirmation, Effort Expectance, Performance Expectancy, Perceived Task-Technology Fit, Satisfaction, Social Influence and Trust toward Continuance Intention during COVID-19 pandemic period study on Kulina as a new food delivery app operated in Indonesia. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire to respondents who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi who had used Kulina app for food delivery needs. Researcher used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of the various variables toward Continuance Intention on Food Delivery Apps. The results of this study are Trust positively and significantly influence Satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as a reference for food delivery app companies in Indonesia to know what factors should be developed to increase Continuance Intention among users."
